• I was looking to start a role play based on the anime Utena. I checked out some of the other people with one on one roleplays and none of them had that anime listed. So if anyone is interested, please post or send me a PM and we'll talk about it.
  
  Whoever may choose to start a roleplay with me, it can start out one on one if we don't have many people interested and then accept more characters when other people show interest.
  
  I was hoping to play Touga myself, but I'm flexible if someone wants to do a one on one romance kinda roleplay with two of the other characters.

I've done Miki in the past, so I've had experience with him. And he was fun! Saonji I'd love to do, but I also want to play Juri or the great Utena herself.

And if he can be fit in, I'd LOVE to do something with Ruka. I played him before, and he was insanely fun.

So in short- I'm pretty durned flexibe. 8D

• I played Miki the last time I did an Utena role play, but I he's so much like myself. That's why I was looking for Touga, or some other dominate personality. Juri would be fun to play. I think she might be my favorite character, cept for maybe chuchu.

Juri is definitely one of the best female characters ever created. I've never played her, but I wanna Dx <3

I would love to play Juri or even Utana or Anthy but i think Juri would be my untamant choose to play as she is in love with a fellow female student and i my self am a lesbian. let me know. I love the series by the way.

One people can't RP two members of a couple, it takes away all the sponaneity.

A sugegstion: Rather than re-playing what happens in the series/manga, perhaps we should take the RP from afterwards, and follow them as they try to become adults? We'd then obviously have to re-united Anthy and Utena somehow.

I would LOVE to star as Utena... I'm gonna go over the script first (it's been a while since I've seen it) but I'd be very happy. ^.^

The script? Do you mean for the series? I was thinking of maybe continuing with what hasn't been written... like I wrote up there^... what d'you think?

That would be fine... but is this off the OAV series or the TV series? I've only seen the ending of the OAV and I don't know if they're different or not.

Herm, by OAV I imagine you mean the film, which was a sort of retelling, with a different set of symbols to elaborate on what the series covered or suggested. It was both more vague and less vague. But both agree that, generally, the world that was Ohtori is a fairytale place that everyone must outgrow once they put their personal issues behind them and move into the real world. It may or may not exist as a real place.

I would love to take it from where the seires/movie left off and go from there but we defently need more people. Yes we could do it so that Juri and the others help Anthy find Utana as the main story lind with off shoots dealing with the diffrent characters lifes and problems. what do you think. Let me know whats up with it. This sounds so fun.

Well the major issue is that the cast will be split up for a while, unless we push it forward a bit. Anthy left on her own and Utena vanished, no one knows why or where (in the series ending), leaving Anthy to fill her shoes.

We definitely need more people. I have the RPG thread reserved, we just need to fill in some names. Do you have friends?

I wish most of my friend are back in Indiana and not many of them are in to anima like i am. I don't realy know that many people her in oklahoma where i am now. I think it would be fun to rep the search if we get enugh people to gether to do it. i will post something about it on my myspace to see if i can get any takers. does any of the otheres have any friends who could help us out with this?

Cartwright its right near the texas oklahoma border and you?

Tulsa area. North East Oklahoma. But you might already know where Tulsa is.. I think it's Oklahoma's biggest town.

yes i have heard of it. does any one have any friends that we could get in on this. i am eager to get it up and going.

I know someone who LOVES the series but she's not a member of Mene... and she's a truck driver so it'd be hard to get a good RP with her anyway.
