[ o1 ] «Follow the Menewsha ToS» pretty straight forward.

[ o2 ] «Keep things pg-15» this is a Fun role play but I do encourage Romance so please timeskip when nessesary. Also, I like drama, but do not overdo it.

[ o3 ] «Cussing» It's alright when your character has a fit of rage and talks crap about someone. Just don't ******* do ******* this *** every ******* other ******** word, alright?

[ o4 ] «Bumping» not in the IC thread.

[ o5 ] «Posts» 3rd person, I don't want people to use symbols to perform their character actions. If you're going to do that, please leave. I'm not a grammar Nazi, but illiteracy makes me flinch. Spell check is our friend (I use it all the time).

[ o6 ] «Do not ignore people» If someone tries to talk with your character, at least acknowledge him or her.

[ o7 ] «Semi-Literate» At least 1 paragraph, 5 lines (not 5 sentences).

[ o8 ] «Posting» For the basics, "This is speaking.” This is thinking. and This is for txt or e-mail.

[ o9 ] «Now, for the actual post» I absolutely love beautifully decorated posts! However, there is a line between 'beautiful' and 'complicated'. Don't pick posting colors that won't compliment each other in some way, don't use blinding neon colors, and don't throw a thousand icons and symbols onto your format. I like the fonts 11-9. Anything bigger looks weird, anything smaller hurts my eyes.

[ 1o ] «Pictures» Not too big, real, not ugly (sorry), anime is fine We are all people, and people aren't perfect. Learn to love that.

[ 11 ] «OOC message» I do not want people to post with just an OOC message within the IC thread. If you have something to say, there is an OOC thread at your fingertips. However, if you decide to put an OOC message inside a character post, make it easy to distinguish. {} [] | | ( ) I would appreciate all profiles please be forwarded to me first so as not to complicate the thread.

[ 12 ] «One last thing on posting» consistency. I'd like to have people posting at least once every three days. I do not want you to post once and drop off the face of the earth. Also, don't reserve or send in a profile if you know you cannot post. Tell me if you are going to be on vacation, or if you cannot get on for a while.

[ 13 ] «Profiles» A good profile is what will get you in. I love originality... go to town. Make your character like no other. All reserves and profiles are to be sent to me, they will be posted in full in the RP. Highlight this entire (with much emphasis on entire) post to see what the titles should be. It'll let me know you read all of the rules, and it's great to have someone role-playing that doesn't break them. If you just skipped around and found it, shame on you.

[ 14 ] «One more thing» You get three warnings before I will kick you out. Unless you are inactive. I will send you a message to reply to withing three days. After that if I have heard nothing from you your character will be removed.

Sophia looked around her and absently picked up a blush brush from on the bench in front of her and started to dab at a red powder blush. Lifting the brush to her face she lightly swept the brush across her cheekbones and as she put it down she looked to the mirror in front of her and picked up a purple eyeliner pencil and started to trace a set of simple lines on he corner of her face. Looking to the left as she dropped her pencil she found Skye sitting on a box and talking to her wolf, "Hey Skye, does this make-up look okay for tomorrow nights performance? I was thinking of something a little different."

Skye sat on her box, having a very nice conversation with her wolf, Genesis. He was russet coloured with a tan stomach and golden eyes, just like his owner's. He sat there, curled up and starring into Skye's eyes, their own silent way of communicating. Genesis was looking a little hungry. The wolf rolled over onto his back and panted. Skye reached down and tickled his soft fur. She looked up as Sophia asked her about make-up.

Oh, THIS is gonna be fun.

She got up from her rainbow striped box, walked over and looked at the girl's face.

"Hmm . . ." she said as she analysed the colours of the shapes on her face. "You look . . . purely edible. Doesn't she just ?"

Genesis barked, his tongue lolling out of his mouth as he panted. Skye sat down next to Sophia and picked up a neon pink eyeliner pencil. She applied it over her already smokey eyes and smiled at herself in the mirror, revealing her custom made wolf fangs.

Jessica was in the sables like every morning, giving her horses new hay and made sure they were clean and gave them a nice long brush. There were only three of them. A tall black stallion which had been named Crystal, and two slightly smaller horses which were a beautiful smoky grey colour which were named Cherry and Romance. "You're going to do well today aren't you?" They all bowed their heads nodding. "You all ready for later?" They neighed together and she went to get herself ready like most other people would be. It was surprising how little it took for her to get ready. She stretched, feeling too tall that morning and ran her hands through her pale purple hair. "Morning world!"

Sophia laughed and stood up and walked over to Genesis. Rubbing his stomach a little she said over her shoudler, "Don't use all my fluro this time, I don't have the money to buy a new one this week." Turning back to Genesis she said with a slight tilt of the head, "I look good Genesis? Than my work here is done!" She stood up and did a little twirl and stopped on her left point like a ballerina, "The guys won't be able to resist me! And I'm sure the girls won't complain either." She said with a small wink and a giggle.

[ oh yes! umm Anber I put you as Other is that okay? seeing as you perform plus look after the horses]

Skye laughed with Sophia and watched as she twirled and danced. She shook her head and went to join her, twirling and dancing, her black poofy skirt twirling round with her. Genisis barked and weaved through the two girls, trying to dance as well.

"The guys can't resist you as it is !" Skye giggled. "Stop making the rest of us look baaad !"

Genesis barked again, his tongue hanging out and jumped up to lick Sophia's face, missing her eyeliner by just an inch.

Sophia laughed, 'Calm down Genesis! do yuo know how long it takes to look this good in the morning?" Not expecting an answer she contined, "A really long time!" She looked out towards the open door and saw Jessica standing by the stables, "Oi Jess! Ready for tommorrow?" She danced her way over to the door and stopped on point again, "I am totally psyched for this performeance! did I tell you all my mum and dad were coming? They want to see what I've been doing since I ran away." She looked over her shoulder towards Skye, "They may not like it but at least they aren't forcing me back to live with them."

He turned round and saw Sophia completely enjoying herself. "I hope they do respect what you're doing. Even if they don't, they should at least be positive. "You look very good today dear." She was always interested in what the other girls did with their make up, mostly because she never wore any. With long legs and natural pale skin, she felt it was simply a waste of money. "I can't wait to get up and ride tonight. They've been restless for a good show."

"Hey, Jess ! If they're restless, we could take 'em out for an hour or so !" Skye said as she danced slowly over to the horses. "I know I'd love to go for a ride !"

Genesis followed at her heels and whined. Skye leaned down and patted him on the head.

"Nawh, baby." she said, cooing over him. "Sophia'll keep you company, she's useful like that."

Smiling, Skye stood up again and poked her tongue out at Sophia.

"Oh It would be so beautiful to take them out for a while!" She went back into the stables and brought out Cherry and Romance, One of them with a harness and saddle, which walked over to Skye. "There you go, Cherry is better with a saddle then Romance." The horse bent down and Jessica lept up and made herself comfy. "Sorry Sophia about electing you to stay. I'll make it up to you." She stroked her horse and it nodded happily.

Skye's eyes lit up with glee as she climbed onto Cherry's back. It shook it's mane out as she landed on the saddle.

"Whoa." she said, a smile spreading on her face. "I feel so . . . tall."

Holding onto the harness, she looked over to Jessica.

"So, where to, Horse Lady ?" she asked.

Jessica smiled and her horse moved along side the other seeming without it's rider doing anything. Jessica patted Cherry's head. "Oh you should try sitting on Crystal, she's huge. I was thinking to the field behind the tent." The horses nodded as if agreeing. She laughed and once again her horse started to walk off seemly without any help from her. "You done this much before?"

Skye looked slightly nervous as Cherry started to walk alongside Romance without her doing anything.

Horse riding ? Erm . . . she smiled. Not really, no.

She patted Cherry on the head gently.

"Please don't let me fall off." she pleaded with the horse.

"Aww no don't worry, she's good with things like that. She practically knows what to do anyway. If you want her to go speed up a little, push your feet against her a little and if you want her to slow down pull the reign, that's all you really need to know. She'll pretty much just go where she likes so no worry about steering her."
Jessica and her horse started to walk a bit faster, but soon they were almost flying around the field, Jessica hardly holding on. This is wonderful! You are such beautiful creature.

Sophia sat down on the striped box and started to absently pet Genesis as she watched the other girls ride off, I guess I don't mind being given babysitting duty. She looked down to Genesis, "At least your a good dog and not a bad one like some." She said to the silent dog. Looking around her she noticed the Lowe's of in the distance practising their knife throwing act and winced a little as Oden slipped and barely missed hitting Kirin with a plastic knife, Wonder what's up with him? He never misses

[I hope you dont mind me putting that in there about your characters kimi thought it would be an okay starting point for your characters.]

OOC: Uhm I don't mind but Kirin does the throwing hehe. I can work something out for that though. ^^

BIC:

"Not bad brother. Try not to be so nervous though. You're doing very well." Kirin said calmly smiling at the taller boy who balanced the next knife perfectly on his hand. He'd taught her the skill when they were kids and Kirin had gotten quite good at it. The director of the circus however wanted to reverse roles for the night show and Odin was very nervous; not that anyone could really tell. His face was perfectly impassive and not a single emotion showed, but being his sister Kirin could read him perfectly despite the mask. He was thinking of her. It'd been years since he last was the one to throw the knifes.

With a resounding THWAP the knife embedded itself right beside her temple. Kirin smiled, but blinked when Odin threw off the mask he always wore which covered half his face and tossed down the blades before running over to her. Kirin focused on herself, but felt no tell tale trickling of blood. She'd felt the wind as the blade embedded itself literally millimeters from her skin, but it hadn't pierced.
"I'm fine brother. I'm not hurt. You did wonderful as always." she said quietly as he gently released her from the target board and ran slender hands over her face to asure himself she was truly okay. Kirin wrapped her arms around him and laid her head on his chest. His heart was beating too fast.
"I'm fine...there's nothing wrong...you did great...it's okay..." she murmured.

Everyone always thought that Odin had been chosen to get thrown at because of his perfectly emotionless face. The thruth was though that the siblings chose this setup for a different reason.

Odin said nothing. He just held his sister close and hugged her tightly to asure himself she was still alive and well as he tried his best to stomp down hard on the annoying bout of fear that gripped him since that day.

Cherry was still only walking slowly around the field, just as Skye liked it. She wasn't exactly scared to go any faster, she was just enjoying watching Jessica race in circles inside the field at lightning speed. She seemed so happy, and that could only be a good thing. She looked around at the trees, the grass, the large tents that dotted around where she was. She noticed Kirin and Odin practising their knife throwing again and decided to go say hello.

"Hey, Jess ? I'ma just go over here for a sec, okay ?" she called over to the girl on the horse, riding as if she and Romance were as one.

She turned Cherry towards the brother and sister, tightly embracing, and lightly tapped the horse, edging it forward. It had no trouble understanding the request and gently walked across the field and towards Odin and Kirin. Skye slowly decended from the horse's back and patted her on the head.

"Good girl." she cooed to the animal, who absent mindedly lowered it's head to chew on some of the lush grass.

Skye walked up to the two figures, her golden eyes watching them, her lips curling up into a friendly smile.

"Hey, guys !" she said, smoothing out her voice so that it came out like velvet, hoping not to be disturbing anything. "Howyah doin' today ?"

"Hi Skye. We're okay. Nervous for our act because we've never reversed roles before, but okay. How are you doing?" Kirin said smiling as Odin let her go the minute the other girl entered what Kirin referred to as his zone. His zone was the space around him in which he'd acknowledge any people there. Outside that area of space things just didn't seem to exist to her brother. Kirin chuckled as Odin was instantly standing by the horse petting it and whispering quietly to it.
"Well looks like Odin's back to animal whispering." she giggled.

Quiet as always, Odin was just not a people person. It took quite a lot to get any visible emotions out of him. In fact nothing short of threatening his sister would lure any emotion to the blank face and even then it was only to his eyes. Those steel-blue eyes would gleam with deadly intent if anyone dared harm Kirin and he'd stalk toward the offender with a grace akin to that of the big cats.

Kirin watched him a moment longer then turned to sky.
"The director wants Odin to do the throwing tonight. He's also thinking about letting us do maybe an act with the tigers since Odin seems to be the only one they actually don't try and eat. Hihi poor director had a real scare with that one." Kirin said giggling at the memory of when the two were first introduced to the tigers and Odin just put his hand in the cage giving the owner of the circus a near heart attack when the tigers simply sniffed at his hands and licked it. The handler who brought them said it was because Odin was so calm that the tigers knew he wouldn't hurt them.

Skye smiled at Kirin.

"Pssh, don't be worried ! You guys'll do great !" she said chirpily. "And I'm sure the tigers'll love to work with you two, I know I will !"

She turned to Odin, watching him as he whispered to Cherry, who seemed to be transfixed as well. She giggled slightly. It was a shame he never spoke much to anyone other than his sister. He seemed like a really nice guy. She blushed slightly for no apparent reason and turned back to Kirin.

"I'm good too, thanks. Genesis has been up to his old tricks again, hiding my fluro so i have to use all of Sophia's." she beamed.

After a good while she rode back to the stable and rubbed the horse down and went to see the others. "Hey. I heard what you were saying about swapping rolls. You guys will be more then fine, and It's always a thrill for the audience to see something different, and we wont let anything bad happen to you." She ran a hand along Cherry. "I'm sure you wont even need it but good luck Odin, and you Kirin, and you Skye. I'm go looking forward to the show."
She gently patted her shoulder and the horse trotted into the stable and stood in it's stable, closing it in front of her. "They are so good. I don't know what I would do without them. They're more like friends or siblings to me."

Kirin looked at Odin who nodded and mumbled a thanks to Jessica, but kept his eyes trained on either the horse or the ground now. Kirin looked from Odin to Skye and back. She giggled.
"Thanks Jessica. I hope we do well. Odin's so nervous...it's been a while since he last did the throwing...not since that time when...well it doesn't matter...Hey Jessica? Can you teach me? To ride horse?" Kirin asked taking Jessica's hand and walking her a bit away already. She knew Odin liked Skye, but was just too shy to talk to her. Kirin leaned over to Skye a moment.
"He likes you." she whispered quietly so only Skye heard before continuing to try and get Jessica to go with her and teach her horse riding.

Odin watched quietly from the corner of his eye as he pretended to be fussing over the horse. He smiled when Skye looked at him, but quickly hid it as he mentally rejoiced in the fact that she looked at him. Kirin had told him to talk to Skye already, but he couldn't. He'd tried before, but he'd always find himself unable to even say hi. He also couldn't see why she would even like him. He was somehow convinced despite almost everyone telling him otherwise that he wasn't all that handsome or that girls would even be remotely interested in a quiet guy like him who couldn't even say hi.
