I just saw this article on yahoo news and got a laugh. It took 35 years to discover this stolen car XD

What are your thoughts on it?

I think it's pretty funny.

Ah not that funny, but it reminds me of what happens when you finally find a lost sock.

Well, I mean it sucks the car was stolen, but I find it funny that it was found 35 years after the fact. Very few people will care about a car that is 35 years old (there are some, since there are vintage collectors, but over all most don't care)

It would be cool if the original owners could get it back, I mean how often some something stolen get returned in better condition than it was in when it was taken?

That is weird! I also wonder if the owners will get it back. Then again, who keeps a stolen car for THAT long?

Cashuea they didn't keep the car for that long :p looks to me like the person who stole sold it, and its been sold several times since then before it found its way into the hands of the Arizona refurbishing company.

I don't think the original owner is going to get it back. Like the article said, it belongs to their insurance company as the theft claim was paid. Some lucky vintage car collector is going to be VERY happy when that baby gets put up for auction.

Ha. That's hilarious. Makes you wonder if the original owner just sold it off and filed a theft claim for the money. Very interesting.

Lol.

I saw that on CNN.
Although, it's sad that stuff like this happens, yet cold cases can't be solved. :(

You'd think they'd give up after so long and just forget about it.
