Soubi yawned softly as he woke up. He was going to pick up Ritsuka from school today. He felt bad that Ritsuka was alone so often. He did want to be closer to the boy. He truly did love him dearly. He got up and walked to the school and waited outside at the gate where he always did.

Ritsuka sat in class, extremely bored. His friend, Yuiko, chatted with him. Altough he was barely listening. When the final bell rang, he stood up and packed up his stuff. He walked through the doors with Yuiko still talking. As he got out the door, he noticed Soubi there, waiting. He ran up to him.

Soubi smiled down at the dark-haired boy. "Hello Ritsuka," he said with that familiar gentle smile, "I thought maybe you could come over and I'd cook for you tonight." The older man loved to take care of his Sacrifice. If he could he would keep him nearby always and keep away from his freakish mother.

Ritsuka smiled back. "I would like to come over, but I don't know if mom would let me." he said. "She doesn't like it when I'm gone after a certain time of day." he added, looking towards the ground.

Soubi frowned a little. He hated Ritsuka's mom. His hand lightly plopped on top of Ritsuka's head. "Then shall I walk you home?" he asked softly.

Ritsuka nodded. He looked at him. "I would like that." he said. He reached up and took Soubi's hand. He started pulling him down the street.

Soubi walked with him. He looked at their joined hands and a smile came to his face again. Ritsuka was his and that gave him great satisfaction. After all, the boy was impossibly cute.

Ritsuka looked up at Soubi. Seeing him smile, he smiled himself. With his free hand, he reached into his pocket, pulling out his camera. He aimed it at Soubi and took a picture of him. He was smiling the entire time.

"What was that for?" Soubi asked, looking down at the dark-haired boy, "Making memories again?" The blond man fixed his hair as the wind had tousled it greatly.

"Yep! I like having photos of you. Especially when you're smiling." Ritsuka said. "You don't mind, do you?" he asked.

Soubi was surprised but it made him smile more. "No, I don't mind," he said softly, "I like that." Soubi walked with his Sacrifice to his home. He knew he couldn't go in. It would probably freak out his mom.

"Well, Soubi. I have to go in. But will you come to see me later?" Ritsuka asked. He looked up at him. He had also put his camera back into his pocket.

"Later tonight?" Soubi asked looking down at him. His gloved hand lightly caressed the boy's face.

Ritsuka nodded. "Please come." he said. He blushed slightly as Soubi caressed his face.

"I'll be there," Soubi assured him, "I love you Ritsuka." Soubi gently let him go and watched him enter the house.

Ritsuka smiled at him slightly before going inside. "I'm home." he called as he shut the door. Then he went up the stairs to his room before his mom could notice him.

A young woman had been watching Soubi and Ritsuka from a distance. Furusaki Yumi walked up to the house and looked up at the lit window that she assumed was Ritsuka's room. Her name, "Loveless" could be seen on her neck.

Ritsuka had gone up to his room. He sat down and did homework for a few hours before his mother called him down for dinner. He ended up getting hit at some point during the night before he got back to his room.

Yumi gently tapped on the window of Ritsuka's room, peering inside. Her hair was long and black. Cat ears twitched on top of head as she waited for Ritsuka to notice her. It had began to rain at the water droplets clung to her hair.

Ritsuka heard a knock on his window and went over to it. He opened it and looked outside. He saw a girl he didn't know. "Who are you? Why are you here?" he asked, backing up slightly.

"I'm Loveless," she said softly, coming in, "And I finally found you." She hugged him tightly, closing her eyes lightly.

Ritsuka froze for a second. Then he pushed her away from him. "Don't do that. I don't know who you are. So don't touch me." he said.

Yumi frowned. "You can call me Yumi," she said softly, "I'm sorry it took me so long to find you." She pouted cutely at the boy. She seemed to be a few years older than him.

"Find me? For what? I still don't know who you are." Ritsuka asked.. He pulled out his desk seat and sat down in it. He looked up at the girl. Then he waited for her to answer his questions.

"I told you I am Loveless. I'm your Fighter," she said softly.

Soubi came in through the window. He frowned looking at the girl.
