Has anyone ever hear of The Great Lakes Medieval Faire in Geneva, Ohio? :) It's a great place for role-playing medieval sports such as jousting, the living game of chess, and sword fights. Personally, I spend each summer up there as a Cast Member. Last year was my first and my character was a lady-in-waiting to Lady Isolde and Queen Guenivere as well as Kind Arthur. This year, we're doing Ivanhoe, so my character's name is Lady Leola, hand maiden to Rowena of Rotherwood, Saxon Princess. :) Oh, the romance and the action. Gotta love it.
