Bio: Ever since he was little he liked to play with fire. Only after a while did it get out of hand and he slowly started to go slightly insane from it. He started to set everything on fire and his guardians soon saw him talking to the flames. THey knew right away something wasn't right and sent him off to get some help.

Bio: When maddy was born her mother Thought she was the most beautiful baby in the world. And then her mother died when she was three. Her dad went into a five year depression and she was left to fend for herself. One night he snapped out of his depresion and began yelling at her. He raped her and threatened to kill her if she told anyone. This dragged on for years and she kept silent. She soon began hearing a voice in her head and muttered things like,"Let go." or "Please stop." she began failing school and it was because she was writting in runes instead of words. But she couldn't help it. She had even perfected some of Newton's laws and yet her teachers wouldn't hear it. Finally one teacher found out what was going on between her and her father. She was sent her and he was sent to prision and receaved the death penitaly. And now she resides here never getting better but has over come being suicidal. Now she detaches herself from the world because nothing seems real to her... Exceptthe voice in her head that tells her everything.

The guys in white where walking down the hall with Christian between them. They had to take him out of his room because he had burnt it again, that was the third room this week. The men had finally been able to get his matches away from him and Christian was sulking. "can you please give me back my matches or at least something to start a fire." he asked softly and pleadingly. The men smirked, "if you think we are going to give you anything your wrong." he said and continued to wlak.

Maddy waited with her guards for the door clearence. She was shaking slightly. That man had gotten better. He had almost gotten into her head. But thanks to her protector's gentle advice she had won the battle. Her white coats looked at her and she was muttering in another language again. "You should stop that." one said snapping her ou of her thoughts as they walked into the rooms bay. She was silent and suddenly pulled out her pocket knife and began scratching a rune into the wall. "Hu stop that!" one said and took it away. "Give that back!" she said reaching for it but was then grabbed ruffly by the arm. She gave up and walked. "Did he set his room on fire again?" one white coat asked as they approached a boy. Maddy had withdrawn into her mind again and was muttering. "Say hi." a white coat said nudging her. "Hello John, Keven." she said to the white coats startling them. "Sorry... She has a weird way of guessing names." one explained and she rolled her eyes. "Hardly," she said and crossed her arms.

Christian looked up at the girl and smiled, "hi." he said cheerfully. His face was slightly smeared with charcoal from his room but he looked happy. He then looked up at his men in white and smiled, "hey, I promise not to set my next room on fire if you let me have a match." he said and he really wanted one. He wanted to feel the falmes on his skin. "no, the last time we did that you set your room on fire anyways." Christian grumbled then looked at the girl, "have matches or anything that might light a fire?" he asked and didn't feel liek giving her his name.

Maddy looked up calculating something in her mind and her eyes flowed. "Who needs matches?" she said and took a paper from one of her white coats and struck the metal door with her knife sending sparks flying and they caught the paper on fire. She was about to hand it to him when a white coat smacked her hand making her drop it and stomped it out. He took her knife and broke it. Tears welled in her eyes and she rubbed her red hand. "Dont you do that again!" one snapped and she flinched expecting him to hit her like her father had. "Why not have him put in her room. She's harmless and has done pretty good so far... Maybe shell have a good influence on him?" a white coat offered. "Im maddy..." she said ignoring the pain from her stinging hand. "Nice to finally meet you Christian." she said smiling.

Christian smiled at her, "it is nice to met you too." he said as he one guy shoved him into the room and just as the mans hand left Christians skin he yelped slgihtly. HIs one finger was slightly burnt and Christian smirked and said nothing. The guy glared at him and then shoved Maddy into the room. "play nice.." he siad then looked at Maddy, "and try to help him. this guy needs it." he said then closed the door Christian looked aroud the room, trying to find some metal he could use for a fire. The fire that was on him now was going out.

Maddy shook her head at the white coats and ran her hand along her rune carved wall lovingly as she walked to her bed. "So I presoom you are the fire speaker my voice has told me about..." she said and smiled. She walked over to the clean wall and flicked out another pocket knife that she had hid on her person. She carved two runes and nodded once done. She turned to him and smiled. "You, me." she said pointing to the runes with her knife. "Thats water, wind," she said walking over to the covered wall and pointed to two other runes. She then took his hand softly and put his hand on a rune. She whispered softly,"Fire."

Christian smiled when he felt the rune under his hand and felt the power. But then looked at her, "if by fire speaker you mean a person who can talk to flames and get it to do what he wants then yes." he said and wished nothing more then to have some fire with him. He felt cold without it, like he was a flower outside and winter was coming to destroy him. He shivered slightly and pressed closer to the rune, feeling the heat form it.

Maddy nodded and smiled understanding his need for a flame. She let go of his hand and grabbed her tissue box. She struck her knife against the metal bed frames and sparks showered down onto the tissue box. "Here." she said softly putting it on the ground and sat on the bed. She said nothing as she heard the whispers from the fire too. She heard whispers from all things. The walls even whispered to her if she wanted to listen.

Christian quickly grabed the burning box of tissues and a huge smile was on his face. He felt a home, he felt whole. He soon found himself sitting agenst the wall with the fire in his lap. he then looked over at her and smiled, "thanks, you have no idea how much I needs this." he said and wondered why she was here, "so why are you here and why do they say you can help me?" he asked since he knew nothing was wrong with him.

"Im here.... For past issues..." she said quietly remembering her fathers abuse and quickly shoved the thought out of her mind. "I have a guiding voice in my head.... My protector. He aloes me to know, see, and understand things beyond most people's wildest dreams. For example, I can do this." she said and picked up a small pebble. It floated in her hand and then dropped back into her hand. "I can also talk in all elemental langueges like fire." she said in the language of fire.

Christian smiled when he heard her speak in fire, it was mostly just crackles and loud pops to people who didn't know the language. "I am here because they think I am going to burn down a city." he said and remembered almost burning down his house. He hadn't done it on purprose, he was just enjoying the heat of the flames. "they think I am a pyromaniac but that is completely wrong. I just like fire, it speaks to me and I need some with me at all times or else I feel like I am going to die." he said as he remembered when they put him in a straight jacket and sent him into a room for a while. He hadn't been able to set a fire and slowly he started to feel dead inside.

"Yes.... They really don't understand us...." she said softly and shook her head. She had known she would get in trouble soon from this. Her days here were numbered now. "I hope I can teach you to produce fire and use it soon... I'm not going to be here much longer..." she said softly.

Christian looked at her and shook his head. This wasn't good if she said that and he then walked over to her. "how about instead we get out of here." hesaid as he looked at her. He had been here long enough to know ways out of here. He just never had any meaning to go out since playing around with the people in here was fun. He had been in there for about four or five years and he enjoyed making them do things. "because I know how to get out of here without my fire." he said as he smiled.

Maddy smiled longingly and shook her head. "I can't leave yet... There's another to come see me before my time..." she whispered and sighed. "I figure I have about a week and a half at the most... Some scientists have been in here studying my wall... I don't know what they want... But then again... I'm not sure if I want to know..." she whispered and shivered. Those scientists were the only ones who scared her. She then tossed the pebble and made it levitate again calming herself while doing it.

Christian sighed and looked at her. "if I know this place you have less time." he said and leaned back agenst the wall. "when you think week and a half it is mor elike two to three days. while when they say two weeks they mean one." he said and looked up at the cealing. "they do this so that when they do take you they just make you think that you are headed off to some place for a test when in reality it isn't." he said and remembered when they tryed to do that to him. He had burned everyone who came close to him.

Maddy hung her head and sighed heavily. She didn't want to die yet... There was still so many things she hadn't learned... So many places she had planned to visit... "I wish people could just understand... I'm not a freak... " she said and shook slightly. Death really scared her. She had never planned to die but when her protector said she was going to die she knew there was no changing her fate.

Christian walked over and sat down next to her. He wrapped a arm around her shoulders and hugged her. "hey, if you stick close to me I will make sure that you will survive that day and the next." he said softly, trying to get her to calm down. "I know how they work this place and I know how to survive. you have no idea how many times they have tryed to kill me. Eahc and every time they have failed and they have the scares to prove it." he said and tryed to make her feel better. He would make sure that she got out of here.

Maddy smiled weakly trying to be brave. But despite his comfoting words her protector had spoken... And he was never wrong. "Im glad we were able to meet... You are the only one that I trust right now..." she whisperedand hugged him thankfully. She closed her eyes enjoying the quick moment and then pulled away. She then stared at the still burning fire with intrest.

Christien looked at her and the fire crackled in his eyes and he nodded in agreement with it. It said that she didn't trust his word and he wondered if he should tell her that he should have died a long time ago. The fire snaked around Christien as if it was a snake and yet it didn't burn him. "trust me, You will be fine. I promise you wont die in here." he said with a smile and saw her looking at the fire, "oh and this is seara." he said and the snake fire snaked around him more.

Maddy smiled and nodded. She reached out and petted the snake gently. The fire didn't burn her and she smiled. "Very nice to meet you Seara." she said with a smile. "I used to have the same relationship with electricity.... But they took it all away from me..." she said and sighed. She missed the power and glow of her electric pet... "Its horrible to be seperated from from him." she said and shook her head but lit up at a thought. "You want to see his symbol?" she offered.

Christian nodded, "yeah, I would like that." he said and couldnt' even imagin what life would be like if he didn't have Seara by his side. She was the one who kept his heart beating and if he was sepereated for her or fire for long enough he would end up cold, almsot dead on the floor. He wondered if it was possible to get her pet back.
