~Introduction~

The king lay slaughtered in his bed. Hardly anyone was left alive in the castle, and those who were...barely so. They had broken everything, torched and flooded the palace. Nothing remained.

Who could have done such a terrible thing, and why?

What are we going to do?

We are going to adventure through strange lands, meeting strange people and fighting strange creatures...to bring back the kingdom, and defeat the evil force that destroyed it!

All you have to do is to pick and develop your character, and join in the adventure. We need you to bring justice!

~Rules~

• Be able to write as much as is needed. This should a paragraph at least.
• Be able to write well. I'm not asking you to sit there with a dictionary, just make sure that it's all readable.
• Be creative, but keep with the story. I'm happy to have both character plots and mini plots, but don't destory the main story.
• Don't God-Mod. You deserve your own actions and thoughts, and so are others. This doesn't mean that you can't say a character seemed a certain way...just don't say they were.
• If you have a problem with something, say! I'm sure that it could be fixed or worked around!

~Characters~

Sorry people! I think all the characters are taken >.< If you still wanna join, then send me a message with a character proposal!

Pick a character, and then develop them how you like, just keep the key points the same please ^_^

• Prince: He's the son of the dead king and was away when everything took place. He's leading the pack. He's going to be brave, but a little cocky, friendly and loves a bit of a laugh.
• The rouge: A female who is always looking out for herself. A wild character with a few temper issues.
• The magical being: this can be any strange creature you can think of. This one's totally open to any characteristics.
• A mage: A young male who doesn't seem to talk much or want to be around the other characters, however is terribly interested in the archer (below)
• The archer: A mysterious female who only uses a bow and arrow. She gives good advice to other characters, but doesn't seem to connect with any of them. She often seems to be in deep thought, which can put people on edge.
• Healer: Either a male or female, who has healing powers and can also do light damage to foes. However, is as strong as paper.

I might be up for playing a mage... but....I kinda don't want to be automatically paired with the archer.

I mean, granted, the archer might be great, but I think deciding who will be attracted to who from word go is a bit godmoddy.

Your call if you want me. I should warn you tho- I'm in school, so I'm not online as much as you might need from me, and I like funny RPs, so if you're OMGmega!serious I'm not for you.

That said, I'm a good writer. I have a decent grasp of English, have been writing short stories since I was 8, modded an online RP for two years, and am multilingual so... cards are on the table.

Well with his character, I wanted him to only really be close to one person to start off with, to have a sort of start of mistrust or difference in the group.

If you tell me what you would like to do with the character then perhaps we could have a compromise? ^-^

I never liked broody mages. I was more thinking of someone a bit spacey, since he's always going over his knowledge in his head? You know, kind of like Dr.Bishop on Fringe, but with magick instead of science.

Name: Makoto Daishi
Age: Looks around 20 or 21.(Actually around late 500s.)
Race: Phoenix
Personailty: Quiet, caring, very diffcult to anger. He tends to keep to himself as much as he can.
Likes:Animals, roses of all colors, tranquility.
Dislikes: Murderers, death, hunters, people with cold hearts.
Power(s): Able to go between the form of a phoenix and human, only when in phoenix form is able to create fire in anyway. He also doesn’t need to go into a complete phoenix if he wishes. For example: he can make his arms seperately change into the wings of a phoenix or only his legs or even his head into the head of a phoenix.
Weapon(s): He always carries two small daggers in small pockets of his boots. He only tends to use them if he notices how the surrounding area would be in danger if he uses his phoenix form.
Bio: Makoto was born more rather in the form of a phoenix bird, than the human form. This was due to the fact that both his parents were full breeded phoenixes as well. The reason they looked like humans when they gave birth to Makoto was because they were able to fully control their power. Without realizing though, when he was born; Makoto also received a strange illness that nobody knew about; not even his parents or the doctors. The good news was that the illness wouldn’t take affect until he was older. So throughout his entire childhood and teenage years, his father had trained him to control the phoenix power and help him be able to go into a human form just like his parents. The risky part of this was that whenever he would train, this would mean he had to let the phoenix side of his body take complete control. Everytime he did that, the phoenix would always overpower Makoto from within killing him and reborning him through his ashes. The side affect of all this was that everytime he would get reborn through the ashes, his illness would become even worst causing his lifespan to shorten even faster. After several years, on Makoto’s 19th birthday; he was already able to control the phoenix within him, so he was able to stay In his human form along with changing into his phoenix form whenever he wanted. That wasn’t all though, also on his 19th birthday, bounty hunters had come to his home; destroying the entire place. This hunters had found out about his family being phoenixes, and they had thought that killing the entire family and taking their blood would also make them immortal. Makoto’s parents did whatever was needed to protect their only son as they told him to run away on that very day. It was diffcult for him to accept it, but he knew that if he were to stay; it wouldn’t have changed anything. Doing as he was told, he ran away from his own home, knowing his parents died that day. Ever since then, he had been venturing on his own, completely unaware about everything.
