Hey you.
Yeah you!
...
Do you remember these-
http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/i...an/Gameboy.jpg
...
Oh gosh.
Now those are old school.
I used to have one.
I loved it.
I would always play it while on the toilet.
I would play Mario and i forget the other game.
Had something to do with bombs though.
But id spend hours with this thing.
And never got bored with those two games.
I miss my gameboy.
I wish i still had it.
But alas somebody i once knew spilled her juice all over it.
...
So what old school toys did you have.
Or still have.
Do you still use them.
And please share a picture of it.
Just in case i dont know what it is.
(:

I've had a lot of "old school" games.

A Gameboy, a Gameboy Color, a Game Gear, an Atari of course.
Along with a Sega Genesis, Playstation X (or PS1), a Sega Dreamcast, a Nintendo, a Super Nintendo and an Xbox (since the x-box 360 came out...lol the xbox is now seen as being old school by some) and a Gamecube. All of which I love for one reason or another and I have a favorite game for most of these systems.

I love to collect "retro" systems and so far I have a PS1, Nintendo, Super Nintendo and a Gameboy Color I believe.

I'm all for playing Zelda and FF-FFVIII on my so called old school systems. Then there is my Gamecube which I love to play Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon and Chibi Robo. On the Dream cast I have a few favorite RPG's but I also loved playing Jet Grind Radio. ^_^

I had/have: Gameboy, Gameboy color, Gameboy Advance SP, PS1, and my dad an old school Nintendo 64 (I think it's at his parents house). I have the old, original version of the Nintendo DS (some see that as old school) a regular PS2, and then the smaller version of the PS2. I love the old school systems, so amazing ^.^

I remember getting a Tamagotchi when I was in second grade [this was when they first came out] and I screamed and went nuts! I loved it!
I also remember having a Furby, but it annoyed me and my mom because it took forever to shutup and go to sleep.
I also had a gameboy. The first game I ever received for it was Casper The Friendly Ghost. Then my aunt bought me Zelda and the Wind Fish. [I still haven't beaten that damn game!] I also remember playing a Looney Tunes game, where Bugs Bunny jumped up through tubes and there were around 100 levels and it was all to save Lola Bunny or get some treasure. Finally, I can recall playing Pokémon Blue. I was addicted to it!
As for old game consoles, I was thrilled when mom and dad gave my sister and I a Playstation. Mom loved playing it just as much and me and my sister did. We were really hooked onto a game called Pacman's World, where all of Pacman's friends were kidnapped and you had to go rescue them. It was so fun! I remember being really addicted to Toy Story 2, Peter Pan 2, and Bust-A-Move. [90 something..]

In terms of electrical amusement, i had, and still have infact; N64, Gamecube, PS1, Gameboy, Gameboy Colour, Gameboy Advance & Gameboy Avance SP tribal edition. I also used to love tamagotchi's. I still have one attached to my uni ID lanyard because im cool XD.

My Little Ponies were a staple for me. As well as a really old game, where you had to catch fish with a mini rod. The fish would rotate, and move around, their mouths opening at certain times. It was noisy as hell but i still love it.
