Hello! Thanks for the good luck! I have a feeling it may take me a while as I have not been sleeping well lately but I plan to poke my head in here and do what I can when I can. I haven't made any threads yet on Menewsha that have been structured and pretty and I am excited to do one!
I do love green - it's my favorite color! My avi's clothes are mostly event items, and for a while I was mostly doing the bathing outfits, but now with the noel skirts and tops I had some jewel tones to play around with, so I'm excited to create more combinations based on top of that. And in real life I would wear silver jewelry because it suits me more than gold, so I am excited to get to play around with the green/gold combos here.
Anyway, I guess that's a lot of rambling but I am excited you two came by to say hi

For a first thread you seem to be doing very well! Much better than the countless, "hi any1 else play teh gaiaz?" xD Heh I kid.
Green and gold is a lovely combination.. and one that I don't see too often IRL; that's why I like Menewsha, we can wear all sorts of eye catching colors and not have to worry about being the center of attention.
Rambling is good.. it helps to pass time and reach quest goals all the faster.. think about that 500g item in the shop.. and how many posts like these it will take just to get that top. MIND BOGGLINGS e__e
Risque: Hehee. Well, I have been around for a while and have chatted in multiple threads but never before set out to make a permanent one with structure and maybe even thread graphics or something. And good point about the rambling!! :D
Greed: YAY for creepers!! Haha, I saw it on someone's avi the other day and instantly wanted it! Actually there are several versions - they'll all come up if you type picklesssss into the marketplace but they're not tagged under creeper or minecraft. I was SO excited to see a creeper shirt.. oh my gosh I love creepers. I even have some real-life creeper stuff - got a plush toy for Christmas :D:D
I KNOW! I have a minecraft creeper shirt myself, it looks really similar to the one here. :) The plush toy sounds so cute, take a picture of it? I would love to see it.
Risque: Hmm, I don't know (about secret item stuff)! Maybe it has to do with copyright issues or something like that.
Aww poor house! I play on peaceful most of the time, unless I need certain items that I can't find anywhere else except for mob drops, or if I want to get experience from killing mobs (but normally I get experience other ways). It is a little less exciting to play like that in certain ways, but it does mean I don't have to worry about creepers exploding my things!
Wood house on a lake sounds really pretty! I haven't done too much building with wood and had been thinking I might try it soon, especially with some different types of wood for different patterns. Because I mostly build with stone everything with wood seems rustic and pretty to me. And on a frozen lake!
Greed: Awwwwesome I am definitely a fan of people having real-life creeper shirts
My plush creeper is this one:
(picture from the merchandise website) I hadn't been prepared, for some reason, for him to have four feet! It makes total sense but when I had seen the website earlier it was a front-on view and it just looked like this flat kind of thing, so when I saw he had four feet I kinda squeed :):)
Haha, never mind. I found the creeper shirt in the Hot Gossip. I have not seen it previously so I assumed it was like an Easter Egg item for Menewsha.
XD I would much prefer to play on peaceful as well, but there is definitely a tradeoff of fun vs. risk of losing your time investment. I played on a server so.. there was no changing difficulties at my convenience!
Ah yes, stone and wood, the tried and true combination~! I haven't played for a while so I'm not sure if Notch ever improved the underwater lighting, otherwise I would have really liked to build some cool foundations/pillars for my wood house on the lake. I would suggest that you try it too. <3
I usually play on normal but with blast disabled. ;p I love playing with mobs on, but it's just frustrating when my things would get blown up by creepers. Especially because I normally play with my sound off.
