I can't wish congratulations in this incident but I will say good job on bending the lack of rules and thinking out side of the box. Bribery and off site voting in my opinion is still quite the low down thing to do however given the lack of rules that were stated at the start of this contest ...

Regardless good job to everyone that placed despite the means to the end.
