I do love me some Mug Root Beer though!!

I call it soda, pop, or Coke. It really depends on my mood and whatever comes out at the time. I used to have a major addiction to colas so I try to avoid pop now.

It's like calling a "bathroom" a "washroom". People give me weird looks and actually ask me if I said "soda" a lot of times.

I call it soda or Coke. Pop doesn't sound right to me.

I call it either Pop, or Coke. It depends on my mood..... And I'm not exactly which mood triggers which word.xDDD But, yeah. Oh, and I really like coke...... Preferably Diet Coke, though. I dunnoooo~~~~ I just like the taste of Diet Coke better than the original Coke.

We call it Soda where I'm at. Unless you're referring to a specific one. In which case, it's Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Root Beer, etc. Not that I drink much of any of them. I won't go beyond Ginger Ale or Sprite in most cases (unless it's a Root Beer Float :3 ).

We call it soda here, I don't drink it though. I hate soda. Anything carbonated, actually, I refuse to drink it. Now iced tea, that I can drink! Especially peach flavored! Oh! I love lemonade too!

We call it soda; I'm from NYC and live in South Florida. But what's really funny is that in most of the southern states they call it pop, but in SoFL mostly everyone calls it soda. I thinks it's because so many people from up north moved down here.

I either call it soda or coke, everyone else around me usually calls it soft drink. I love strawberry flavor, grape flavor, and root beer.

In the UK they are usually referred to as fizzy, carbonated or soft drinks. Drinks like Coke, Pepsi, Dr Pepper etc. are all terrifically bad for you so I don't drink any of them. Some of the stuff that goes into them is practically hazardous material.

Odd coincidence, my mom actually bought me peach flavored tea recently. It's delicious.

Anyway, I agree. I hate soda. Not to mention, it's terribly unhealthy. I don't drink it at all. I can't even remember the last time I had some. xD I always drink water. Occasionally I'll drink tea (rooibos is the best), coffee, or orange juice.

Oh, and I call it "soda" where I live.

Around here, everyone says "soda." I've never actually heard someone call it "pop" in real life. XD I think "pop" is a cuter word for it though.

And all I drink is Root Beer. Any.

Soda or pop - NEVER coke. Why? Because Coke refers to a specific brand. If I want a soda from the fridge and there's a Coke Cola sitting next to a Dr. Pepper and I tell them I want a coke, I'd be handed a Coke Cola instead of my Dr. Pepper. =_= All my friends drink Coke, so I never use 'coke' to refer to soda in general, especially if the last thing I want in the fridge is an actual Coke.

I use both soda and pop. Sometimes sodapop which I was told was wrong...
