Your in a world that is more on the medevilish time. Why you ask well because that was when the world was more beautiful but advanced enough for things that you need. You can be a lowly servent in love with your master or the kings child in love with an out sider. You decided, remember things are never as they seem. Go on a quest to find your love, runaway and get married, your fate is in your hands but your life is pre-plotted out by the book keeper of life. Will you go find he/her to change your life to be with they one you want that doesn't want you or go for the one that doesn't know you exsit?

What happened in my life: He's hidden himself from human knowledge - after all, what kind of creature from faery should be treated as equal with man? Shusuke lives amongst the mortals . . . the only problem is the fact that he doesn't age. What happened in my life: Raiden and Batara are twins, the eldest twins of the Uani clan far from civilization. The Unai clan is a fierce clan, their people ranking mostly in combat and hunting skills. The twin were raised in this clan and were the best of the best. It was because of this that they were both to be wed in the up coming months. Arranged marriage. That's what it was and there were only two ways out and that was through death or by leaving the clan completely. They left, left to go find their own clan to start a new.
I think of myself as: Both twins are quite friendly and feed off of each other's emotions. Their clan being the pack, they like being around others. They are always found together and are the type that finish off each other's sentences. They are protective not only of each other but of those that they become close with. By how they act though, many would think that they were a couple rather than twins.

Lyna Lunair

The valley was vast, green and lushes with the fruits of the plants, water weaved its way through it. The silver haired girl, walked along, listening to the sounds of the forest. She was slowly making her way to the village that she knew was hidden among the trees, she couldn't remember if it was a Human village or an elven one. Either way she looked human enough, wearing a silver teal accentted dress, a black cloak about her shoulders, hiding her wings from sight. she started to sing with the animals, her saprano voice echoing through out the woods, slowly blending in with the sounds of the forest.

"Hey Haru where's my soup?" cried a short-tempered man, Haru sighed wanting to give that man a piece of his mind. "I'll be there in a few minutes, so can you please wait?" the boy asked, the man shrugged and went back flirting with the waitresses. Haru hated working but he had to just to buy food and clothes for him and Hikaru. He glanced at his friend, she was having fun at her part-time job. Hikaru noticed him and winked, Haru started to blush and kept on working.

Hikaru was having the time of her life! She sang her heart out, the customers seem to enjoy her singing. She wondered if Haru's having fun, I'll ask him later she thought. She liked this Elven city, everybody's really friendly plus there's no gangs at all. Hikaru wanted to live here forever, but she knew she can't it made her sad. When she was done singing she hopped down the stage and went to talk to the customers. The smiled and complimented her, it made Hikaru's confidence go up. "Haru-chan! Haru-chan!" she shouted, Haru turned around carrying a bunch of dishes. Hikaru ran and helped him carry them.

-Shusuke-

Sitting in a corner booth, the young man easily ignored the girl singing at the front of the room. Pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose, the Shusuke bit his lip, his silver eyes scanning over the book before him. Knowledge led to wisdom; wisdom is treasured by all. As an elf masquerading about as a human, the dark-haired male wished he had more knowledge. It was bad enough just hiding the fact that he was a faery, a mystical creature. He hated being placed in that category.
Glancing at the girl as she skipped through the room, he let a gentle frown crease his smooth features before looking down to his work once again.
His dark clothing and hair was a contrast to his skin - almost deathly pale. It was one thing he couldn't avoid showing. He couldn't hide everything about his true nature - just the fact that he had pointed ears. Shusuke was still a good six inches taller than most people, slender, had silver eyes, and thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors. But an elf could never be a human, and human's could travel about freely. Elves were looked strangely upon - Shusuke didn't want that for himself. He wanted to be . . . normal.
Shoving his nose back into his thick tome, he narrowed his pale eyes and adjusted his glasses again, leaning against the table before him as he focused on his book once again.

-Esmme-

Slowly walking along the side of the street, the woman let her blue eyes follow the movements of the townsfolk as they went about their daily business. Nothing interesting ever happened around here. It was full of normal people that did normal things in their normal lives. The teen sighed, and moved to pick up a smooth stone from the ground, tossing it into a gutter gracefully. Brushing a wisp of dark hair out of her eyes, Esmme glanced about again.
I'm ready for something interesting to happen in my life. I don't want to grow up to be a seamstress.

Haru noticed a man sitting on a table with a book in front of him. Haru wondered if the man was hungry or not, he shrugged and heard someone calling his name again. "Haru! Got my soup yet?" screamed the annoying short-tempered man, the boy noticed he forgot to get the man the soup. He jogged back not noticing Hikaru talking to the owner, and he accidentally bumped into her and dropped all the dishes out of his hands. "Haru-chan! Are you ok? I'm sorry I was in the way, I'll be out of your way next time! I promise!" Hikaru bent down and picked up all of the glass, Hikaru it's not your fault, it's mine. that's what Haru wanted to say but he sighed, bent down and picked up all the glass. Then he went to the man with a book and asked him if he would like anything.

Haru-chan is so clumsy! If only I wasn't in his way then this mess wouldn't happen! thought Hikaru, she picked up another glass but then noticed a scratch on her finger. She sucked on it but kept on picking the glass up, "There you go, now I gotta go and keep on working. Bye bye!" mumbled Hikaru since she was still sucking on her finger. Then she went up on stage and sang a couple more songs.

Saraine came in after a long day of traveling. She had not eaten in 2 days and was really starting to get hungry. So she went to a table and sat down waiting to order.

Hearing the crash, Shusuke looked up, startled. It was the girl from earlier and one of the inn's servers. Watching for a moment, the tall youth thought of going over to help for a moment. He shook his head, his shaggy black hair flitting about his features. Just as he was about to delve back into his book, the girl started singing again.
With a sigh, he let his novel snap closed. Alright. I'll help. Slowly slipping out of his booth, Shusuke moved toward the boy that was cleaning up the dishes and broken glass. "Can I help?"

Haru looked at the man startled and nodded, "Sure." whiles he picked up the glass he wondered if he should give the man a free coffee or something. He wasn't so sure, he glanced at a girl, she had brown skin and long silver hair. She looked starved and tired, then he was done picking up the glass, he thanked the man and went in the kitchen to get him a coffee. Then he went up to the girl and asked if she wanted an order.

Hikaru's finger stung a little but it didn't bother her much, she watched Haru picking up the glass then an older man went and helped him pick up the pieces. Hikaru silently cheered, And Haru-chan finally found a buddy! I think, well I'll count him as one instead. she thought. Then she noticed a really pretty woman, she looked starved. Hikaru wondered if that woman came from a far away place, she'll give her some money when she's done singing. Growwwwl Hikaru flinched a little, then she remembered she didn't have any lunch yet.

She came upon the city that she was looking for, it was quit simple and it was a human city, she sighed heavily, The humans seem to be taking over everything. She thought to her self as she walked around. She looked and saw a tavern to the right of her and she walked in. It seemed to be a lively place, she sat down in a corner of the room. She looked around, noticing that a things were a little on the chaos side.

Shusuke nodded at the other male's thanks, and moved back to his booth after wiping his hands off with a towel at the counter. Without a word he flipped the book open and scanned to find his last spot. Ah. Here we are. He pushed his glasses up on his pale face, silver eyes intent on the words once again. Hopefully things would calm down enough so he could concentrate on his work once more. . . .

"Haru-chan! Can you get me some food? I'm starved!" shouted Hikari, Haru looked up and saw her sitting on the stage rubbing her stomach. He sighed and gave her an apple, "Here, feel better?" he walked away and went cleaning the tables with a rag. "Thanks Haru-chan!" she shouted.

Yum, yum, yum, yum! Apples are so good! Hikaru thought, when she took her last bite, she stood up and wiped her mouth with her skirt. She looked around to find the man who helped her friend. "Bingo! Found him!"she whispered, Hikaru skipped to where the man was and pulled up a chair. "Hi thanks for helping my friend!"

A couple of dark figures were running through the forest. They were weaving between, jumping over, and ducking under one another as they went. Their hyena-like laughter filling the air around them. It was a crystaline sound, one that you would not expect to come out of two large black hell hounds. The two were ramping and just having fun as they did so. Then they both stopped all of a sudden, like there was an invisible barrier or something blocking them.

The smaller, lighter black hound sniffed the air, the larger, darker one soon following. They looked at one another after a few moments and the smaller one chirpped at the larger, he responded with his own chirp. Though they were large canines, their heads about mid torso high, they chirpped. They could bark, but it was an odd sound, almost unearthly, but such was expected from a hell hound. Rather, the sounds they communicated with were chirps.

The two continued on, but cautious this time. This scent was odd, one that they never experienced before. Their heads ducked low, almost as if the two were one, avoiding branches. Once past the last few, they saw an odd encampment. The buildings were solid and built of stone and creatures, bi-peds of some sort were walking about doing, well they didn't know.

Curiosity got the better of them and the continued to walk further into the town. There were so many scents in the air, some of which smelled very good, others, not so much. The hounds walked side by side, in step with one another, their tails curling around the other's once in a while as they waged and twisted in the air behind them.

"M-m-monsters!" Someone yelled suddenly, the sound throwing the two off. They looked to where the sound had come from and a group of people stood there petrified. They weren't monsters, they were Unai, this was odd for them. A group of men from some large, dark, smoke filled area came at them, some sort of hammers with them. They were large, built men covered in black and smelled highly of smoke.

The two hadn't wanted any trouble, they were just exploring. They started backing up and backing up and backing up until their hind quarters hit a solid surface. Turning back the saw a large door, they were trapped. Lowering their heads they watched the men. The smaller one kept trying to back up, but the larger one, when the men got close jumped backwards causing the door to fly open and the two hounds to tumble in. The door shut once they were clear, as if the weight itself was what kept the door closed. The men didn't follow them for some reason and looking around they realized why.

They were in a large room with a lot of people, many of them drinking. The men must have thought that these people would finish them off. They looked at each other, quiet chirps from one to the other, before looking back at the group, analyzing their current situation.

((Think of the compies from Jurassic Park II for their chirping sound ^^;; ))

Lyna looked up when she heard a commotion going on by the door, she saw several of the patrons stand up and pull their knives out and start moving towards the hell hounds. She knew what they were after all she is a Fairy. She got up and walked towards them, and set a hand on each of thier shoulders. "Now, you fellows wouldn't hurt my peets would you?" she asked as she smiled, and slowly began to pet them, she hoped that they would get the hint. She watched as they were still on gaurd around the Unai. She just smiled kindly, letting her sweet charm and dissposition would put them off and get them to sit down.

The Unai twins found themselves able to calm down at the appearance of another female. They chirpped happily as she was not afraid of them, let alone she was defending them. The male rubbed his head in her hand while his sister licked at her hand. While they didn't know what pets were, they did know what animal companions were like. Their pack had used them and so that is what they figured they would act like.

Chirpping happily, they looked at each other, to the female that was helping them, and then to the crowd that was slowly settling. After that reaction though, they did not believe it would be best to change into their human forms here. That would probably set the whole place off again. This girl though, they were going to have to thank her, and of course, befriend her.

While Haru was cleaning some tables up he saw two, what, huge hellhounds? He rubbed his eyes to see if he was seeing things. When he opened them, he still sees the hellhounds, he couldn't believe his eyes. When he was little he always wanted to meet some, and now he did. He walked up to them but stopped, Ok Haru, you just better get back to work so you can earn some money. he thought trying to calm himself down. Then he went back to cleaning tables, when he was done the hell hounds were still there but a girl was with them this time. He went up to her and asked if she needed anything.

"Oh...thank you, we would like some water, and a nice meal. The meal can be anything i don't mind and niether do my pets." she said to the man that had walked up to her, she was glad that he was being nice. SHe montioned to the corner where she was sitting, letting the Unai know to go over to the very dark corner. Once they were over there and out of hearing range, she whispered to them. "You, should be more careful. This corner is dark enough for you to change and just incase I will put my cloak over you so it would be harder to notice." She said a piece of magic, making her wings completely dissappear. She took her cloak off and covered them, giving them the oppertunity to change shapes.

The two followed the girl obidiently and climbed onto the seats in front of her, taking in every word that she spoke. Regardless to how they may act, they were loyal, listened, and above all were smart, usually. It wasn't their fault that they had never been to actual civilization before. How were they to know that people would react like that. Once they were covered, they did as the girl suggested and shifted.

"Ah, thank you so much," a girl's voice said as she pulled down her side of the cloak.

"Mm hmm," came a reply in a deeper voice as the male pulled his side down. Both had white haird and were dressed in what could look to almost be white royalty wear; Unai had great taste in fabric. "Oh, here's your cloack back, thanks for the help," he said as he handed her the cloth then pushing his white hair out of his face. "I'm Raiden," he added then pointed to the girl and said, "And this is my-"

"Twin sister Batara," she said all smiles. "So what's your name, huh?" She asked as she leaned her elbows on the table, leaning onto them. Her brother followed suit. It was almost like they were mirror copies, right down to their movements.

"Sure." Haru shrugged and walked away, "One roasted chicken with a salad and two bowls of water please." the chef looked up at him and gave Haru a hearty smile, "No problem Haru, why don't you and your friend get a break?" Haru grinned, "Hikaru already took a nap on a table, or so she seems like it." the chef chuckled, "Ok here's the food, be careful it's heavy, Hikaru! Come on and help Haru!" Hikaru turned around and ran to help him. Haru blushed but shook it off. When they approached their customer Hikaru gasped, "Wow you have such pretty hair!". Haru elbowed her in annoyance since he's tired and all.

"What's that for Haru-chan? Well it's true she has pretty hair you don't have to do that to me!" Hikaru argued, then the chef shouted, "No arguing you two! We want to make money here so there will be no fighting here!" Hikaru smiled and saw the other two "Wow are you guys twins?"

Batara looked over her brother's head as they both turned to look at the two approaching the table. Smiles crossed both of their faces seeing the new comers, well, more of being able to talk to them really. "Why thank you," Batara said with a smile as she watched the two. "We are indeed-"

"Twins," Raidened finished the answer to the two that stood near the table. "What is it that your names are," he asked. "I am Raiden and this is my sister Batara." The girl just nodded her head in agreement. She had no reason to speak as of yet though she wanted to. She did not know what to say, these people did not seem to know what they were which made it interesting to her. It was not very often when one was an unknown race, though of course this far away from the pack it would not be unexpected.

"Thank you....I get it from my mother." she said as she smiled at the girl, not offended by either of them. She looked at the bowls of water and chuckled some. "I am sorry it seems like my pets have partted through the back door, If you could put it in a glass that would be fine for My cousins. Oh, Thank you both kindly." She said, her voice kind, relaxed and understanding, she leaned on the table restting her elbows on it, clasping her hands together infront of her. She looked at the twins infront of her and smiled lightly. "I am sorry that Auntie forgot to tell you my name. Lyna is what i am called." She actted like the were family, and like her name was easily forgotten even though it was unque to many. When she mentioned her name she was talking to all four of them.

"I'm Haru and this is my friend Hikaru, nice to meet you." Haru nodded and asked Hikaru if she would go back to change the bowls for glasses. The girl nodded and skipped back, then he gave them the food,"Sorry about the lack of food I'll go get more." Haru walked back a little bit disappointed and got more food. He saw Hikaru skipping with the glasses, she looked like she's going to trip anytime soon. But he knew she'll make it.

"Here's your glasses! So are you guys traveling?" Hikaru asked, she never seen them around the city even though she just got here a few days ago. She already knows everybody here that they're practically like family! She hopes she'll be friends with them too just like she was with everybody. "Do you guys want dessert with that too? We got the most delicious apple pie around here."

A small voice distracted him from his book, and his silver eyes slowly lifted from the page. Shusuke was about to answer the girl as she approached when a commotion stole her attention. The hounds . . . they were Faery-kin as well. Blinking slowly, the tall youth realized that Hikaru had disappeared. Flighty little thing, he thought to himself. Slowly getting out of his booth, he closed his book and tucked it under his arm, slowly approaching the group.
"Pardon," he cleared his throat nervously, a pale hand darting up to adjust his glasses. "But might I ask," he glanced about before lowering his voice, "what you . . . are?" He wasn't quite sure, but he had a few guesses. The slender youth bowed then, embarrassed. "I-I d-don't mean to be rude," he stuttered, shaking his head. "I'm sorry for asking." Shusuke bowed again, and then slowly began backing away.

"Your of the fae aren't you?" she asked the man that had come over to their little group, she kept her voice down so only and the Unai could here her. Fae were the othe group of people, the none humans and she was one of the rarest fae out there. No one outside the fae knew what the word was or meant, to humans it would just be some made up gibberish, but to those that where fae it meant that you were one if you understood the word. She already knew that the twins understood the word, they were hellhounds after all and almost new everything out there. "We just met up here is all. Thank you again." she said to Hikaru as she smiled at her, she seemed nice and really wantted to get to know people.
