I was given more eggs than I know what to do with so I have been eating them for pretty much every meal. I've poached them, friend them, hard boiled, added them to rice, and baked them. I would have to say that poached and baked eggs are my new favorites.

So Mene, my question to you is how do you like your eggs? Please share recipes!

I love scrambled, fried and poached eggs! :D Scrambled eggs with rice and ketchup is delicious. I pretty much lived off of that and green tea while the "snowpocalypse" came through my area and got me snowed in at my friend's house.

You could also bake with them. Make some pancakes, cookies, brownies, cakes, french toast, meringue stuff (pies, cookies), creme puffs, etc

I can't actually make poached eggs. T_T I tried once, and failed miserably.

OH! You might try soft boiled eggs with some toast. When I went to Germany, one of the families I visited showed it to me. You boil the eggs for about two minutes, crack 'em open into a cup and dip your toast into it. I got so obsessed with it that I made it for breakfast for a while after I got home. XD

Well what is the bet way to cook eggses is.. is that you cut a hole in the middle of a slice of bread, using a cup, and then you put butter on the bread and put it in a fry pan. Crack the egg into the hole in the bread and wait for it to cook on one side. Flip it, wait a little longer, and enjoy.

SCRAMBLED WITH CHEESE! Also, on sandwiches (still scrambled xD)

I also love thai omelets. Instead of just frying the eggs in the pan, you can add vegetable oil and heat that up, then drizzle the egg into the pan like you would a funnel cake. Add carrots and onions and other veggies and it's basically awesome. Comes out crispy and golden

I like to scramble mine personally. I like to add bacon and cheese to them. C:
I don't really like Omletes so I tend to stay away from them.
I used to eat them a lot as a little kid. Maybe that's how I got tired of them.

I also like to poach my eggs in with my Ramen. It's very, very yummy. :D

I like my eggs plainly scrambled, with a side of toast, and either a glass of milk, orange juice or apple juice.

Omelet with lots of veggies in the middle. Mmmm...better be careful about folding it though. I've had my fair share of accidents with those. xD

French toast or Eggy Bread. Whatever you want to call it. Crack an egg in a bowl and stir it up with a fork. Dip a slice of bread in it covering it all over. Then stick it on the fry pan. Love it!

You can add stuff like cinnamon, sugar and milk but I don't. I like it plain with some salt or butter.

I use eggs to make yummy cookies and cakes <3
I do like making Devils eggs
Mmm...I might make that for lunch
I found an easy recipe for them.
Its simple
Boil eggs
cut into halves
scope out the yolk and place in a zip lock baggie
add in a small spoonful of mayo and mustard
pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
zip up the baggie
then mix ingredients by SQUISHING the bag. :D hehe squishy...
squish the ingredients towards one of the bottom corners of the bag.
Once your done with the mixing cut a slit at corner of bag were all the ingredients are resting.
Squeeze the mixture into the halves.
Sprinkle Paprika
enjoy!

mmm I LOVE making Devilled Eggs. We usually use Mayo, Mustard and Durkees to mix with the yolk, though. But it's sooo good. And I made another recipe a while back that me chop up some extra ingredients (I can't remember what they were...=/) and they were amazing.

Lol, I've never seen that stuff before. Is it like a hollandaise sauce or something?

Ha, ya I got gifted a bunch of eggs from my mom and the same day bought three dozen because they were $1 a dozen. So I had 7 dozen eggs. XD

Ever try Fire sauce from Taco Bell or the Del Inferno sauce from Del Taco? That stuff is pretty good in eggs too. Today I also found that I like poached eggs with some vinegar in the water. The vinegar alsoo holds the eggs together nicely.
