Personality:Living on her own,Maria had become quite shy and quiet around people. She is usually afraid of men. After her friend Shinku moved in with her boyfriend and Steven moved out of town,Maria found herself clueless to do what her life. She got a job at a hospital as a nurse on the outskirts of town.
Past/History:Maria was in a train accident when she turned 3. Her brother Haine was out of the state since he is a traveler. Her parents had died and Maria was the only survivor. The only way she did survive was because a vampire bit her. He had turned her. He was a doctor and didn't think she should die at a young age and not live a life. So he gave her a second chance at life. When Maria was around 14 Maria was diagnosed with Leukemia. She had been in the hospital for 2 years. Though when she turned 16 that is when she was finally freed of the terrible disease. She now works as a nurse to help others. Along with working with a doctor who she finds attractive and has a crush on.

It was around night time. But it wasn't late. The sun was almost setting and Maria was helping patients,giving them their medication making sure they took it in order to get well and better. Maria always had such a sweet and gentle face when she saw her patients. She enjoyed helping people. But she always was a little scared to help men that were around her age or older since she was a single sixteen year old girl,who had a great figure. Who wouldn't want her? That's what Maria really feared was one of her patients touching her in places she didn't like. It had happened once but she didn't tell anyone. She had been to afraid to. Once she finished with one of her patients making sure she took care of her properly and made sure she took her medicine she then walked out of her room closing the door and going down the hall to see one of the male patients had pushed the call button. She let out a nervous sigh and walked into his room. She knocked gently on his door and walking in. "Do you need anything Sir?" She asked as he nodded. The man looked around his mid 20's."yes i do nurse. May i have a class of water?"He asked as she nodded and smiled. Though she hadn't noticed he was looking more at her breasts then her eyes. maria took his cup he had on his table and walked over to the sink turning the fosset on.

The man had been looking clearly at her butt the whole time but she didn't notice a thing.She gave him his water and smiled. She then left and accidently bumping into the doctor. The one she had a crush on. When she realized she bumped into him she blushed and bowed."I-Im so sorry doctor." she said apologizing. "I didn't hurt you or get anything on your coat did I?" She asked politely.

Dr. Steven Michael Taylor

Age: 24

Personality:

Steven is a gentle person that takes care of the recovery unit in the hospital he works at. Dr. Steven has been helping people all his life as he cares for all people no matter how they treat others. He one day would also like to open up his own recovery clinic to help people that need therapy or doing things after a major accident.

Background:

Steven was brought up in a caring home, his parents were a doctor and nurse team and that was Steven's inspiration to become a doctor himself. Steven helped people all his life, he was a part of a first aid safety team in middle school and high school. He excelled at taking care of people and knowing what to do to make them feel better quickly. He also helped to get people back on their feet after an accident and assisted with different therapy methods.

Steven was walking around just doing his rounds, making sure all the patients were doing okay. He was also making sure that his patients were also behaving as some of them tend to harass his nurses as they are very nice and all of them are attractive in their own ways. Steven was thinking about a few other things, he really enjoyed his job and wanted to be able to open his own practice some day. This has been Steven's dream for so long and now his dream is almost a reality. As he was thinking about the new clinic he wanted to open a young woman bumped into him and he had notice it was Maria.

Steven looked and didn't see any thing on his coat and smiled back at Maria "Nope I am fine and it's okay Maria, you seem to be a little flustered right now and I am glad to see you again. So how is the training coming along, I have heard that you are doing really well by the other nurses and some of the patients too. So keep up the good work and soon you will be an attending nurse and be able to do more than just check on patients. You would like that wouldn't you?" Steven wanted to make sure that she was doing well as she was really new and only 16. The hospital gave her a permit and let her earn her way as she was really good at making people happy so they kept her on. Steven also hoped that he could take her with him when he opens his clinic.

Maria smiled at Steven."Y-Yeah i am a little flustered." She confessed. "B-But I'm doing fine, I'm checking if any of the patients pushed the call button." She said with a smile. "Everyone seems to be doing very well"She told him. Though hearing what he said she nodded. "I would like to assist you when you do open your clinic. As i know it is your dream to open your clinic and i want to do everything to assist you." She said cheerfully. She was being very honest. She did want to assist him in many ways in making his dream come true to have his own clinic. She also wanted to do everything she could to help out because she liked him and enjoyed his company. He was very sweet and nice and she liked him for that.

Maria had a pager on in case Steven paged her. She often did work with Steven but that didn't happen often since she was new. If he needed help with a patient in case they were close to death or for whatever reason he would page them. Maria didn't get paged all that much. She wished she did though. She wanted to work close to Steven and see him in action trying to save someone's life.

Steven looked at Maria and smiled when she told him that she wanted to help make the dream of him opening his clinic come true "Well thank you Maria, you will make a very good nurse and if you ever need any help. Feel free to as ask me, I don't mind helping you out, if you really need it." Steven enjoyed working with all the nurses and now he really wanted to see how Maria would do with a more difficult patient. Steven also took care of the terminal patients, these patients were really close to death and have no chance of survival. Most of them were either non receptive cancer patients or had HIV or AIDS and would die because of them. Steven wanted to see if she could handle seeing a patient that wanted nothing more than to die, he wanted to see if she could make that kind of person smile like she did for the other patients in the recovery wing.

Steven looked at Maria "Would you like to come with me and help with the terminal wing? It is a little bit harder then the recovery wing, as the patients there have a very little chance of recovery. We don't ever say that they can't recover, just that the chances of them pulling out of it are not really good at all." Steven was hoping that she did well and could help him cheer up this one man that never smiled. He was always in a bad mood and Steven wanted nothing more than to see him smile. He knew that if anyone could Maria would be able to make him smile.

Maria just nodded. "Thank you. If i ever do need help i will be sure to ask you." She said with a smile as she brushed her blond locks behind her shoulder. Hearing Steven's request she nodded. "sure. I would like to try to make them happy even if they don't make it out of there." She said with a smile. Maria just wanted to make people happy, and help them. She enjoyed taking care of people. She was a very caring young woman. Ever since the accident with her family when she was 3, and she had lost her brother in the accident she has always wanted to help people. She knew her brother Devon would want her to be happy.

maria always kept a picture of her brother in her wallet. She missed her brother very much. Maria only survived the crash because a vampire saved her and her best friend. But she was unaware the vampire saved her brother but he was sent to a different hospital.
