I really like the DS to be honest. It has tons of RPGs on their and random weird fun games. Plus I love relaxing and laying down to play games. I have always loved Game Boys. I also like the PS, like Ninja Gaiden and Persona games. XD

I like the old nintendo stuff too.

i like the old school sega and nitendo, i aslo like playing the ps2 and the nitendo dsi. and i like playing the wii too lol. they all have some really good games.

I have all the main systems, the wii was so fun when we got it but now it collects dust (which I feel bad about) And the PS2 was one of the most amazing systems <3

Don't feel silly, it's just something I couldn't help but point out. I originally thought you meant like the governments in RPGs xD But then I read the post haha. Personally I love my 360.

I'll admit in the past month-or-so of owning it I've been converted to the xbox360. Like yours my Wii now sits there gathering dust - I feel a touch guilty about that.

I do love my DSi, although the battery life is annoyingly short when using anything to with WiFi. Despite that it's always in my handbag.

Hm, I also have a soft spot for the Sega Saturn, mostly for the nostalgia factor. I spent most of my childhood playing games on there, shame the games are so hard to come by now - even in specialist stores it's always the same four or five games. I still play it quite regularly. :)

Thane's my favourite with that expression too though.

I prefer my PS2 because I don't have a PS3 and I can still play PS1 games on it. My PS1 still works. I never sold it off (and probably never will) because I customized it with stickers xD and it was literally, the first console I've ever bought for myself (age 10).

I got my GameBoy Advance at age 12, but it's just sitting around on my dresser because I can't be bothered to buy batteries for it. My DS Lite takes care of that situation (it was the original pink one and I haven't found a need to replace it yet).

I also have a PSP but considering the games for it are so limited, I'm definitely gonna have to stick with my PS2 as my favorite.

My top favorite consoles (in no particular order) are nintendo 64, super nintendo, nintendo gamecube, playstation (one), and gameboy color if that one counts. I feel like I have more fun with my older game consoles than I do with my nintendo wii.

what favorite gaming device do you like the most? and why?

I mostly play PS2. I would really like an Xbox360 but that isn't happening too soon so for now I'm sticking with playing PS2 mostly and sometimes Gamecube. I have only the older game consoles for now but they are still fun. I've gotten most of the Nintendo consoles and handhelds, I even have Nintendo64 still, but i don't think i will ever get the Wii.

I have every single main gaming system and handheld; I mean, I don't have obscure systems like the Nintendo Virtual Boy, but generally if you name it I have it.

I personally grew up on the older systems like the N64, Super nintendo, PS1, Ps2 etc- so those have a soft spot in my heart and I still play them often.

I like newer systems like the wii, but mostly for family fun games, the system itself isn't that great feature wise when compared to other systems. The 360 is good, but generally 360 games are also available for the ps3 and I prefer the playstation over the 360. Probably because I grew up on the playstations XD Both systems have good games and gameplay.

Handheld wise, I loved the gameboy color, advance, and advance SPs. And when the DS came out I liked that too. But then they started coming out with the DS lite and DSI etc systems- encouraging people to waste extra money for one or two extra features- and I lost my love for the DS. The features were generally not worth it, and quite frankly paled in comparison to the PSP, which also conquered in graphics.
That said, I'm back to loving the DS with my newly acquired 3ds- which is a system that was finally worth buying- it's got features that are actually good coming out the wazoo and it surpasses the psp in graphics FINALLY.

That said, all the systems I have have their strengths and weaknesses. Out of the current systems I'd say I prefer the ps3 the most, then 360, then the wii. Out of the current handhelds I'd have to say the psp over the DS on any day- unless we're counting the 3ds.

I have the PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox360, Wii, and DSi. Out of all of the main consoles the play station is my favourite so I'm a Sony gamer. I prefer to use the play station because I am so used to the controller. My household has more games for the play station 2 so i find myself playing with that the most, followed by the play station 3, then the Wii, finally the Xbox360 mainly because I dont like the controller. for the portable game systems I use my dsi more than the psp but i think thats because I have more games for it.

SNES, NES, and Sega Genesis. The hight of console gaming right here. I also used to own a PS1 and I still own a PS2 and love it, but I admit that after the PS1 console games had started to appeal less and less to me.

The only thing I saw worth buying this "gen" has been a DS (only for remakes and Pokemon), and a Dingoo A320. I use the Dingoo more.
