So, does that mean if an image is UNDER 500x350 (say, 200x200) and it is over 150kb (say 200kb), is it still reportable? The wording confuses me.

It can't be over both, but it can be over one of the limits? Maybe it's just because I'm tired and getting confused by the wording.

Yes, that's what it means. When it's only slightly over by say 5 pixels then they're not as strict, but if it's clearly over then strict modlets come out. :P

Though I'm sure the image size is automatically cut off at 500 x 350 pixels if I remember right, so it's mostly the KB size that's the important part.

Oh ._. that doesn't help my confusion, to be perfectly honest. xD Let me list an example, and someone tell me if it's against the rules or not. Then I'll know. I seriously need sleep.

That image is less than 500x350 pixels. However, it's 600+ KB. Still reportable?

Because those are the images I've been reporting >_> Normally the mods tell me if I make mistakes but no one has said anything about it, so I thought I was okay?

Yes, that image is reportable because it's over the limit stated in the rules. Don't go over the pixel size, don't go over the KB size. If one is over, yes it will/should be reported.
