Every now and then I have a 'dream' that is very much like real life except someone or some thing is messing with me, either for mischevious or malevolent intent. I shall share experiences of this sort in this thread. Also, if this type of thing is not in line with your own spiritual beliefs, I would ask that you respectfully move on rather than try to flame or correct me.

02 August 2011 - approx 3:00/3:30-4:00 AM during "psychic quiet hours"

I haven't had some sort of psychic trauma this bad since college.

My last experience was when i was living at the old motel and someone/something sat on the edge of the bed, I felt their weight, and they just sat there and observed me. This started quite a bit differently.

Previously, I have had dreams about displaced rooms, a few to none of my objects and strangers things, trash, ants, etc... I thought I was there in a strange bed but I had my two wallscrolls. I kept hearing a noise coming from "yonder" in my room, by the closets. "Psst!" "Hey!" "Shh!" I kept trying to startle "it", what I thought might have been a rat into being silent.

Then something jumped on my bed. At first I was scared but it turned oout to be a white kitten. I felt a light breeze around my forehead and thought that perhaps my roomate had left the balcony door open and we aquired a visitor. I FELT each place it landed and I could pet it, but not catch it. At one point another joined. There was a black and white one, kind of half and half, almost a yin yang. The white cat came close enough to lick the pointer and middle fingers of my left hand and I kept trying to catch one to show my roomate but they were 'slippery', as in not easily caught. I was amused and told them "If you mean me no harm, go if you must, stay if you will, hail and farewell".

In between I wanted to know and I managed to (really) grab the lighter from my nightstand that has an LED built into the bottom of it activated by a switch and I put my thumb fingernail on the switch so I could see things clearly instead of being freaked out. This was just as 'real' as the kittens or what was the come next.

There was a dark entity that came in and on my room. I tried shining the light on it but to my dismay when I tried it wouold flicker red then die, as if it was 'eating it. It was the size of a LARGE animal, like a panther or medium-large dog. It was completely black and I was very scared. It approached and said a thirty second chant two times, mixed gobbledy gook with two words. Seeing as how I only heard the chant three times in all at most I only memorized the first bit "Agaba Agabadada Skull...", and it kept getting LARGER until it filled half my room. It also came closer to me with a flat snake head and two silver perfectly round spherical eyes that were watching me.

I kept screaming for my roomate, about a hundred times that seemed to mildly irritiate it that I was struggling against it. At one point when I tried to say the name "mitchell" it literally tookt he word and silver-like energy from my mouth. After it had consumed a large amount of my energy it started to switch to English. It said that I could be like it if i went a certain path, or maybe if I joined it... I was scared to death and sometimes made futile calls but also talked with it. It asked about schizphrenia but I said I wasn't schizophrenic though I had other things, leading me to believe that things people really see are really real, is what it was implying. In fact I DID take my meds not long ago, Paxil, Klonopin, and Percoset. Eventually one of my calls came out a little different. My throat hurt. My roomate heard me and I asked him to come into my room. I remember when I was calling before I was so desperate I was along the lines of "Please Mitchell i'm begging you!"... I had the LED in my had and the prescence appeared to be gone and I just asked to be held... I sprinkled Holy Water over my bed.

I think I left myself too vulernable, I haven't been wearing any of my protective charms lately and I took my crystals for cleansing, my strongest 'light' pyramid, my amathyst for protection, and hilt of my quartz 'lightsabre' all reside in the windowsil by my head... i have alot of housecleaning to do tomorrow. Not before I take a bath in my own homebrew holy water with both (one of the many many) wiccan chants and salt, and the Vatican's holy water chant with a symbol of faith...

Alright, now I'm a skeptic believer in spirits, ghosts, psychics and all that, but to me this doesn't sound like your being attacked. From what you've described you've had an experience where something or someone sat down on your bed and some nasty vivid dreams. Nearly everyone has had a nightmare and these are usually the most vivid that we have, mostly because their scary and more memorable.

What you seem to have described is very dreamlike in nature, with several features of the creature that attacked you changing as the dream progresses, the "slippery" cats, the words you tried to speak forming as a sort of mass. To me that sounds like a nightmare. Its not pleasant, but its just a natural thing that your brain does when your resting. Just remember, you see with your brain not your eyes, that means that a dream can be just as vivid as real life even if the brains just making it up. Its scary but...

If its really inhibiting your sleep or goes on for say, two to three more weeks consistently, you might want to see someone about it. (Doctor, therapist, spiritual leader of some kind, though id recommend you wait until you've seen a professional before doing that)
If it makes you feel better and more secure, use your crystals, pray and cleanse your house (its a good thing to do at any time really XD), but I think what you really need to do is relax a bit. Take that bath, get yourself centered and meditate. If it does nothing else, you'll at least be refreshed, relaxed, and hopefully a little less fearful. If your really worked up before you go to bed, well your going to take that tension into your dreams. Your dreams are ways of working out what you did during the day. It just does it in a really surreal way XD.

As to the entity sitting on the bed. If this happened while you where fully conscious, there possibly may be something there. If you were on the brink of sleep when you felt it, probably nothing. The brain plays tricks on us all the time, especially when were just going into stages 1 or 2 of sleep, the lines between reality and fiction get blurred. As to what it is if it actually exists, well that's more subjective. Some people would say its angels, demons, spirits, id probably say ghost XD. Ether way, don't jump to the assumption that its malevolent, most of the time their just living there too and going about their own business. And if its really bothering you, sternly and seriously tell it to leave and cleanse the room.

Nekochan5345: First of all, I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. However, I feel that your answer is in two parts... the mundane and the spiritual/energy/magickal realm. You see, I already have another "Life Issues" thread where I mostly rant about how much hell life is giving me for no apparent reason at any time. You can find that thread right here.

You see, on the mundane side of things, I do have sleep issues. I have had a 'wonky' schedule ever since college and could barely operate a "nine to five" job. I tend to lean towards nocturnal. However, for the past good half a year or so I have not had any sort of sleep schedule. I do not sleep the same two nights in a row. It is very, very, frustrating. I have upped medication and therapy for potential causes: pain meds for my chronic pain/physical disability, anti-anxiety pills to calm my brain down, but I have yet to find a pill without severe side effects that doesn't over-sedate me or turn me into a mass of human jello (as muscle relaxants tend to do). In fact, I am supposed to be meeting with a new psychiatrist five hours from now. I am very self aware of my problem and it is inhibiting me from achieving higher goals and is on the top of my "to fix" list, my sleep problems.

Now that I've informed you of the mundane side of my situation, allow me to give you a bit of my spiritual background. I am somewhat energy sensitive, and of interest to others who are energy sensitive as well. I have lived with a few vampires and that was a good learning experience overall in dealing with the unseen. You are a self-confessed skeptic so I'm not sure where you stand in giving advice.

Dear, I have dreams where I'm tortured, chased by zombies and demons, etc. Those are 'normal' dreams for me. I then have very emotional dreams that usually accompany med withdrawl where I have had to kill my own parents in self defense because they were trying to kill me. I wake up where every muscle hurts, I sweat, and I have a headache. They are very emotionally charged and leave me feeling 'off' for the rest of the day.

Now, sometimes the veil between the worlds is thin. Last night I was in my room. 'between' the segments of my dream I DID manage to grab my lighter that has a switch for an LED light. I FELT the different places on the beds were the cats landed, their weight. I FELT the two fingers licked. I heared my voice choke as the 'thing' sucked silver breath from my mouth. My room was exactly as is except for the prescense. I have had similar experiences before but not for some time.

The previous most time I was still living in the motel room and someone came and SAT on the edge of my bed to observe me. They didn't terrorize me like last night's visitor did nor try to speak or even touch me.

I know once or twice a real life friend has visited in the night. One time we had a fight over something stupid and after a few months he visited me one night, sat right on my stomach and had his say at me. I then made contact with him post haste and he said I had been on his mind. One time we had a conversation via dream and we compared from our own perspectives and it was the same dream.

Once again, I am very self-aware and am very sure this was a psychic attack. I have a couple of running thoughts and theories but it happened to pick one of two nights where I wasn't wearing a protective amulet and my strongest crystals on my windowsil/nightstand right by my head (and the amythst that shields me, currently from an athame that my mage friend detected 'weird in a bad way' energy attatched)... My minimal defenses are back in place now. A few people have suggested that something might have 'accidentally' come along with the athame. Another thinks that I somehow broadcast something that attracts things.

At an old house, I was doing energy work and there were two beings floating over my house. i went to take a shower and my mage friend expanded his power which at first excited them thinking there was more to 'eat', then it could be clear he could 'eat' them and he chased them all the way into San Francisco and went through an airplane in the process. My astral skills are nowhere like that, but I know I am 'gifted' enough to attract... the unseen... and it's usually not friendly.

Hmm; very interesting. Now, I'm actually one who hasn't made up my mind on most things in that spiritual sense.
I guess, I should state what I do believe in that sense first.
I do think that a large number of ghosts and other spiritual things have some physical cause, or are otherwise not 'mystical'
I'm kinda skeptical to say all incidents are like that though...
My mom's a highly spiritual person in all senses of that word, and she says she often senses angels and things like that, and I certainly believe here, and my father's occasionally sensed stuff too.
It's true that exercising your spirit puts you more in touch with spiritual things!
I myself have only really seen something once. Friend were playing with a crappy Ouja board, Me and another said we didn't want to play and sat in a corner and I was playing pokemon.
And then all of a sudden there was this big floating thing with a hand coming out of it O_O
Freaked me the eff out. A couple of other people saw the hand, though they didn't see what it was coming out of like I did.
Still don't quite know what that was. I thought it was a ghost, but on consideration, I'm not sure. Other than that I sense people who aren't there all the effing time. Usually when I look, and see no one the sense leaves, but often enough it lingers and bothers me and my lack of sanity XD
Of course, I don't know what to think of those personal experiences, as my own sense of reality tends to be thinner than most, not helped by the fact that I will believe most everything if I see enough proof. I almost feel if I tried enough I could bend reality...
but would I be bending it for everyone or just myself? And that, my friends, is the difference between sanity and insanity.

Anyways. That part being said, i do highly believe in spiritual gifts. The spirit is an organ, used to contact God and all sorts of things that don't make sense, and God has different spiritual gifts for each person. My boyfriend can sense people's aura's, which is neat, but bad when he meets icky people cause then he gets a really gross feeling and I feel sorry for him cause he feels sick DX

I'm getting off subject here XD
I guess, what I should say is, I don't doubt that what you are saying is true;
Now, the main issue is, it seems some of these things are causing you a lot of anxiety. The first issue would be to find out if anything is physically based; perhaps a air conditioner at a weird frequency, etc etc etc, although as it seems the events aren't very based on places. Second would be to see if you are the only one experiencing these things, and at least with the case of your dream you and your friend shared, that would not be the case.

So, then you'd have to battle spiritual with spiritual, as I see you have your own methods of doing. I don't really have an opinion on those, I don't understand the tying in of crystals with spirits and all, not to say it's not real.
I do however firmly believe that the mind/spirit has much more power over things than many people believe, and by exercising your own spirit, you can control these things, even without other items, and that even at least partially some of the power these items have is power you are giving them by placing your 'faith' in them.
I think, if you start empowering yourself, you will be able to send them away, perhaps even like your mage-friend did.
Speak out loud when they come next time, tell them that you won't tolerate any bad behavior or ill-intentions in your house. Speaking helps exercise the spirit!
It probably will be hard, and I apologize as I am not as strong of spirit even myself, though I'm working on it, and neither do I fully understand your situation, but the spirit properly used will have power over just about anything.

Ok, thank you for hearing me out at the very least and thank you for elaborating. I hope I didn't offend. I’m glad that you’re seeing to your physical mundane needs at very least. If you think that the way you’re feeling could at all be linked to something material or non-spiritual, address that first. But, from what it sounds like you have quite a bit of that already on your plate. Also,I hope you sort out your physical and emotional problems and, I know it doesn’t mean all that much coming from a faceless person on the internet, but I hope your dads doing better. I confess that I didn't read much of the thread, but the fist post was enough to earn my respect for you with dealing with such a painful situation.

Now to Mr. Spiritual…

While I am a skeptic, I still believe in spirits, ghosts, psychic powers and all that, I just look for reasonable answers before immediately jumping to the paranormal side. I don’t KNOW that anything exists out there, but I choose to believe that it does. If you’ve gone out of your way and are absolutely positive that there is no other logical explanation for what’s going on, I say that anything is possible. Truthfully, I’ve had my share of what I believe to be spiritual encounters. And while I’m probably not nearly as energy sensitive as you are, there are rooms in my house that I simply cannot go into because they just feel like there’s someone always in there and they are not happy to see me. So, I don’t really doubt your judgment here, especially since I’ve come into contact with the paranormal, and not always in the friendliest sense.

Before I go any further, you said it correctly, I am a skeptic believer. And while I do have some experience, I’m DEFINITELY not an expert. If you have some kind of spiritual person who has a lot of experience with this, consult them. Your awesome mage friend maybe? :D I’m sure they know much better than little old me.

What I personally would do, if you genuinely think that you’re under attack of any kind, is do exactly what WinglessFairy said, tell whatever It is firmly to leave. Really, REALLY mean it when you say it. Don’t be scared, just scold it and tell it it’s not welcome. This tends to work better if there are more people involved. It sounds silly, but it actually does work most of the time.
If you can get it to leave, I’m sure that if your sensitive you’ll be able to tell if it does or not, you should probably cleanse the room in whatever way you feel comfortable. From what I’ve read, you seem to have been doing this to an extent with crystals and such for protection, but in my experience there’s a difference from “keeping it away” and “getting rid of it”. There are lots of ways to do this and a lot of it depends on what religion you follow. In my own opinion, I don’t think that there is such a thing as a right way to do this, it’s all very subjective. Some people move furniture, use crosses, me personally, I use homemade holy water, incense, prayer, and a pentacle. But that’s just me. So, if you prefer crystals, use them. I’d do a little research or consult that mage friend of yours. He seems like he knows what hes doing X3
The main thing is that you NEED to believe that it’s going to work even before you do the cleansing. I’m a firm believer in the “will it and it shall be” principle when it comes to the spiritual side of things. If you have the mindset that “This is going to work” and that “this is my safe place and nothing bad can get in,” odds are that if you put enough of that thought and effort into it, then it’s going to be. This is pretty much just brain training, but the result is the same. Just feeling that way, you’re going to make it much more protected, even if you’re not thinking about it 24/7. I think a strong mental and spiritual defense is much more powerful than anything physical you can muster up.

And I know I said it before, but you might want to try meditating. If you have the time and energy to do it, it REALLY can help. The more centered you are, the easier it will be to use your energy to block whatever it is that you feel is attacking you. And if all else fails, at very least you’ll be relaxed when you’re done.

Backing away from that for a bit, if you feel something is wrong with the athame, I personally would dispose of it or find a way to cleanse it if you already haven’t. (I use salt water but again that’s just me) If it makes you feel uncomfortable, odds are its going to or already has backfired.
On that note, if you are doing spells (I’m not sure if that aligns with your spiritual beliefs or not) make SURE you cleanse the area beforehand and make it very clear that nothing negative is allowed within the area. That goes for astral energy work too. Typically, if you’re more sensitive to spirits, spirits seek you out, and doing astral work probably attracts them even more. I’m not all that sensitive and every time I don’t “clean” the area before I work, something usually goes iffy. I tend not to do astral work for this very reason. But I’m not saying that you should stop, not at all actually, just make very sure that you are protected before you put yourself out there.

Ether way, good luck, and i hope whatever is going on works out for you. ^^

05 August 2011 - approx 7:30 - 8:15 PM ; Taking a nap after a shower and a very stressful online conversation.
The sun was still up, which is annoying. I need large black safety pins to put my black curtains over the existing ones. Alas, I was laying on my bed which is in the North corner of my room. I have properly replaced all my crystals on my nightstand by my head, and I was laying on my left side facing the wall, with my left hand kind of out in front of my face. I was only wearing my underwear and a shirt as I knew I wasn't going out anymore today.

I heard my roomate watching TV. At one point I wasn't sure if my door was open or closed because the light from the TV can reflect on my door and it seemed to reflect an image on my hand that I was staring at, a character from Family Guy or somesuch, it was in those colors. I was being amused by this but I was aware that I was half asleep because I couldn't move my body.

Then someone came in my room. I thought it was my roomate, perhaps coming in to offer me some of 'whatever he was having for dinner'. After the person entered, I felt weight on the bed. I would have said someone sat down but my roomate weighs three times the amount I do so it wasn't him sitting, it might have been him putting an arm down and looking at me. Either way, I felt the weight on my bed and they observed I was asleep. I tried to ask "Mm?" at least twice but I couldn't turn over. I then heard an exhale and a "heh", the kind people make when they smile and think that "you look so innocent when you sleep". I felt them adjust the blanket on my legs and then that was it. I [think] I got motor control of my right arm and traced a question mark (?) on the wall trying to ask, who I still thought was my roomate, "What's up?" I then focused on getting myself back to full motor control and I even was so confident that it was him that I waited a while before asking if he came in my room, but he swore that he didn't come in since we spoke earlier. So... that means I was visited by someone unseen... again. This close. At least they didn't feel malevolent this time, just observing and mildly amused.

I do not know if you are still suffering an attack, as you have not documented either positive nor negative progress here in a while, but I shall nonetheless respond under the assumption you are.

First off, I would like you to know that I have been and am in a very similar situation. I too am a highly spiritual person, a mild psychic vampire and empath, and I tend to attract a plethora of spirits and supernatural creatures. I am also struck by some of the other similarities we have such as emotional/mental illness and disturbed sleep patterns to go along with our nocturnal nature. I cannot help but wonder if any of these things are/aid in triggering these visitations.

That aside, I must ask what I always do when someone(including myself) believes they are being attacked or visited by the supernatural. One, have you ruled out any and all mundane explanations you can think of? Two, have you noticed a pattern in which these disturbances develop, such as a time that you have eaten less/more, the weather shifting or starting/ending a medication? Now, I have seen that you are rather intelligent and already versed in the supernatural, so I will assume you have done what you can regarding these things.

As for advice and suggestions, I agree with both WinglessFairy's and Nekochan's tactics. Also, self-empowerment and confidence in what you believe in is your most powerful weapon. This may sound like it's cheesy or from a kid's show, but it's true: Belief is power. The more you trust in your crystals/tools, as well as whatever faith you pray to (if you do, that is), the more effective your defenses will be.

Another thing I would suggest doing is paying more attention to your other senses. I can be very difficult to do, especially during the dream-time, but it can give valuable clues as to what is visiting/attacking you. You have already described sounds and sights, as well as physical touch, but can you remember smells, changes in temperature or any unnatural mental inflictions such as dread or slight euphoria? (please note that I said "unnatural" inflictions, as in it was an overpowering feeling, one not quite "right" if you understand what I mean.) Noting these things can sometimes help you to understand what it is that is attacking/visiting you. It really isn't a for-sure thing, but it is well worth a try, ne?

If it is alright, may I know what stones and the like you use? I would like to know as much about the situation as possible before I give more exact advice. I would feel horrible if I gave advice only to have to make the situation worse....

Now, as an ending note, I do not claim myself to be any sort of expert, however I do study these things extensively and from many perspectives. I have also personally experienced very, very similar things. Please do respond when you can, I would like to help as much as I am able, even if it is only offering some of my own spells and tactics.

Blessed be, and stay as safe as you can.

First I want to say my thoughts are with you Crow. I have had multiple experiences of a similar nature not long ago. For years there was a dark presence living in my house, disturbing my sleep every night. I was able to rid myself of it by essentially casting a protective circle around my room. I used holy water and a candle to seal the circle, and though I could still feel it's presence outside my room, I was safe. I eventually began casting a protective circle of light around myself to guard myself from the shadow outside my room. I find the easiest way to keep this up was to sanctify a pendant I could wear or carry with me. It has worked for years with an occasional recharge of holy water, moonlight, and energy (I enlisted my like-minded best friend for an extra jolt whenever I could).

My second experience was with a friend. He had a pendant that seemed to be simultaneously a magnet for malevolent spirits and a ward against them. So they couldn't touch him, but they were always there. After hearing his story, I offered to help. I learned to manipulate energy at a young age, but I didn't know the extent of my abilities. I took the pendant home and began by casting a circle of protection. It was then I made my first mistake: I broke the protection seal before I broke the magnet. Immediately the room darkened and I began to feel suffocated. It took all my energy to keep my circle solid, but somehow I managed long enough to break the draw. The blackness was still there after that, but not as strong. I recast the protection on the pendant and poured a great deal of my own positive energy into it for good measure. I had to reconsecrate my room after that to banish the residual negative energy, but eventually I cleared it out. Exhausted, I grounded myself and fell asleep to recharge.

I returned the pendant the next day and checked back in with him about a week later. He said he was no longer bothered by the malevolent presences and his whole house felt lighter. The only odd thing he told me, is that for that week I was in his dreams every single night. Not in a positive or negative way, just present with him in the dream. He thanked me and that was the end. We have remained good friends and as far as I know, he's still doing quite well.

I hope my experience can prove a least a bit helpful to you. Best of luck and blessed be!

First of all, I want to apologise if I haven't responded to anyone's post in this thread. I have had some very heavy mundane issues as of late.

Another thing is, the less 'journal entries' I post in this thread, the better, as these experiences range from neutral to 'Fuck, I'm never going to sleep again!'.

It may take me a while, but for now I'm going to try to make replies in reverse order, as the most recent one is what drew me back here in the first place.

Rochiel Silverfire: Thank you for your anecdote. I have yet to figure out whether being 'energy sensitive' is a blessing or a curse. It expands your worldview to yet another area where you must carry your personal integrity into. I have a personal recepie for Holy Water. Well, I have two 'prefabracated' bits, one is a gift in an ornate glass jar with the glass blessed so supposedly any water added to it weill be blessed as well. I have yet to run out of the water. I also have a plastic bottle of water from The River Jordan in 'The Holy Land' where Jesus was baptized, and a small amount was poured into my own baptismal water. I also make Holy Water the 'Wiccan' way of consecrating the water, consecrating a small amount of salt, three pinches, three clockwise stirs with your power finger and meditate until it feels right. I also have the old Vatican banishing and blessing in Latin, and I drop a Holy symbol into the water when done. When I feel extremely threatened I use all of the above to make a bathtub of holy water and immerse myself in it and it feels like a safety blanket. I also know how to make cleansed/sacred spaces and my room is one, and I annoint guests for the first time in a while with rose water and say a small prayer welcoming their prescense in my space. Circles are reserved for preparation for something very specific and very serious and I don't go casting those lightly. I also wear protective jewelry, and one thing that gave me an anxiety attack lately was when I was somewhat 'tricked' into letting someone get more intimate with me than I wished, they were being extremely aggressive and threatened to break the chain on my 'shield pendant', which is a sword/cross with a dragon. Up until that point when relaying the story to my therapist I seemed the most shocked that this person was going to tear off what I considered a layer of protection as opposed to the other things they did that I was opposed to. I have felt, in many occasions, that I know and am 'strong enough' just to the threshold where I can attract negative attention and 'get myself in trouble'. :headdesk: Anyways, thank you for your input. Merry Meet, and Merry Part, Until We Merry Meet Again.

05 September 2011 - Approx 6 AM (and two earlier occurances)

I have alerted my roomate to my sleep troubles, both mundane and spiritual. I have given him permission to knock on my door and try to rouse (or 'save') me from sleep if I made odd noises.

The morning of Labor Day at some point I heard two perfectly timed knocks on my bedroom door. I was too drugged out to answer. It happened a second time and I was a bit more worried but as whoever it was left, I figured that all was okay.

Come the third time, I managed to within a minute's time gain enough consciousness to voice "Yeah?". I thought that perhaps I was talking in my sleep (for not the first time) and my roomate was trying to rouse me. It took a minute of hard concentration to get myself out of bed to open my door and...

... nobody was there.

My roomate was asleep, very asleep in his room, buried in blankets, barely conscious of my questioning him if he knocked on my door. I even imitated the very light almost hesitant rapping on the door and it was the same damn noise. I wondered if perhaps he accidentally hit the wall between our two rooms and I tried that as well, but the noise resounded completely wrong, it was not the perfect match at all.

Seeing as how our apartment is locked and we are the only two flesh inhabitants, I wonder who my mysterious knocker was? At least my determination to keep out any malevolent spirits may have forced them to stand outside and knock...

LonelyOtaku97: People are usually more cautious in voicing things of a spirtual matter, especially if yours differ and it might sound like you are coming down on the person or calling them crazy. I'm sure there are some that wholly believe I must consort with 'the devil' or that I belong locked up in a psych ward. I do believe there are spirits who 'mess with us for fun'. The ones that are non malevolent I tend to think of them more along that line. But just how there is a spectrum of good to evil humans, there is a spectrum of good to evil in the unseen as well.

PS: When I say 'the unseen', I imply 'unseen by most'. There are those who are simultaneously gifted/cursed with being able to actually see such things.

I didn't mean you were crazy trust me I do believe you. I've been up early because of school so just bear with me. I do see some things but not a whole lot really. It could be something trying to attack you but since I don't know to much about these sorts of things i'm not sure. The closest I've gotten to these sorts of things is tarot cards.

If it feels ominous it's usually bad. At least in my experience. Some good spirits strike fear into you, but they're usually really powerful ones and it's just instinct.
