I live in Texas and right now we're being engulfed in fires. It's really awful and scary. The weather is actually cooler now, it's bearable to go outside, but we can't really because of all of the smoke. It's windy and dry, we haven't had rain in months.

It's been stormy and rainy over where I live~

I'm here in Shreveport, LA and it is beautiful! The sun is out, the wind is just slightly blowing. All summer it has been over 100 degrees (F). In fact, we broke the record of longest days over 100 by 15 days! Today, the high is 88 and we are all loving it. I wish I didn't have to work, it is so nice outside.

It's a bit chilly here in Georgia, which - I think anyways - is unusual for this time. Oh, I was actually talking to someone earlier today about how our winter will be too since it's already getting colder. XD

OMFG. It's so flippin hot in AZ.
This week is spirit week and today we had to dress up in class theme.
I'm a sophomore and we were Greek. Everyone wore togas and when we went outside for judging, every one of us DIED. And the worst part is, is that it was raining while it was 98 degrees on Tuesday.

Going between chilly and cold autumn rains and hot, late summer sunny days. xD Been hopping between the two all week.

Oh my, Kya, that's terrible! About two weeks ago, I drove through a much smaller scale fire along the highway, and that was scary enough. You couldn't see anything through the smoke. Stay safe!

This morning, it's very foggy, but that's normal for my neighborhood. It was built on the side of a very steep cliff that runs around a valley, and our houses are right at the fog line. It gives our whole view a sort of misty, pretty appearance, though it sucks to drive in. It's been really hot lately, though, and it's only supposed to get hotter. No one up here bothers to buy an A/C unit, so we're in trouble. Yikes.

It's cold and cloud covered here in England, and it goes dark at 6pm at night.

I can't imagine having fires, it would be nearly impossible for that to happen here. I hope you're okay there!

I live in central Wisconsin.

It's cold in the morning but not cold enough to crab the winter clothes or put the heat on because by lunch time it's insanely hot.

It's rainy in the netherlands. Dark, boring, cold weather.
We had a bad summer. One of the most rainy summers since 1900-something. Booooriiiing.

It's the only thing on our local news. But I haven't looked at any other channels, so I wouldn't know. There have been multiple stories on Yahoo news about it since the 4th, but again, I don't use other sites, so I wouldn't know if anything else is covering it. The fires here are bad, we've lost almost 4 million acres since November.

Well the news network here always places these little things from whats going on in the world,
I'd expected something about fire in Texas, but the news just ended and I only saw crap about
an earthquake here in the Netherlands and 9/11 9/11 9/11 9/11.....

Oh for sure, it's all about 9/11 right now. It's almost annoying. We get it, it happened, it was awful, people are still hurting from it, but there is shit happening right now to people that is awful too, quit harping on the past so much, it's not even the 11th yet.

Yeah well I don't realy mind it that much, but if every single chanal here is broadcasting something
about it (even discovery and national geograpic) then I'm kinda losing it...
For a few days it's fine, but not 2 weeks before the actual date. But yeah it's been 10 years.

Technically, it's a national holiday. It has been since Bush declared it the year after the attacks. So... I don't really let it bother me. It's just like every other holiday, which is on the news for several weeks before its' arrival, just a little sadder.

Bush fires are really common here in Australia since for many tree species here, fire actually helps seeds to drop and grow.

I live in NEW ZEALAND! and the weather here is a little cool as we are just exiting the colder winter months. At this present moment it's night time so cold and windy!

As of currently it's nighttime and I can't really say anything. It's 6:26AM and I have no fucken idea what it is like outside. I'm quite warm in my house but I think it's cold outside. o.o; I don't know...
