I really do enjoy games with massive worlds but I always find that they've replaced quality with quantity, and what's the point of a huge game world if there's nothing to do? I would love to see a post-apocalyptic zombie RPG game but replace a large game world with a smaller very, very detailed world. Combine that with a plot, lots of options and approaches to the gameplay, and I'd be set.
