Anyone mind telling me where is the right place to ask for account support?

My old account was banned for being inactive for over a year and I don't know what to do about it. I also can't log onto it(?) I put the right password and username account to what I wrote down. I've donated to this site before and would like my account back if it's not too much trouble.

It's me you need to talk to about your old account being banned :) Your previous account won't have been banned for being inactive, please don't ever think that we do that. It's the email address that's linked to that account that will have caused the problem. If you can give me the account's name, then I'll go see whether it was manually de-activated, or it it was done automatically by the system.
