We're in the age of technology, especially in the US. There's electronics EVERYWHERE. And the older you get, the more electric your entertainment devices become. Especially with video games. Board games now gather dust, and the baseball has become forgotten in the garage corner.
So I've a challenge for you: besides board games, outdoor sports, books, and of course electronic games- what amuses you? The answer must involve "toys" of some sort.

Ooooh. I like this question!
I play racquetball just for fun. I'm rather rubbish at it but it's a lot of fun with friends. I also own a few street bicycles and a mountain bike. I did a few bike races years ago but I haven't been training for them for a few years. Now I just ride for exercise and for fun.
Shooting's something else I really enjoy. I've been wanting to participate more often with the local gun clubs, IDPA, competitions, and the like. Luckily I have some more time on my hands!
I have a 240sx hatchback for autocross racing and fun (I consider this a toy, as it's not my daily driver). It has a SR20DET with a T25 turbo so a decent enough engine. She still has a few little kinks to sort out so I'm currently looking for a buyer for it and I'll be downgrading to a 240sx with a KA engine with what I make from the sale.
I know their not toys but I read and just research a lot for fun. The internet has really helped expand the research part.

Soccer! Soccer is fun and good for you! Nothing like running around kicking a ball.
Also Biking! Are bikes toys? XD
Legos are fun. You can build anything with them.

Oh yes! Legos. I have buckets and buckets of them.
What happens when you build a computer case out of Legos for a case modding competition?

I love playing frisbee. It's a pain in the ass getting my brothers off their XBOX, but when we do, it's fun times. Also, when we play with our dog. Sadi, a german sheperd, hasn't learned to catch it in the air yet but she is working on it xD

Unfortunately, that's an outside toy. Then again, did I say no outside toys? *Checks post* Yeah, no outdoor sports. But thanks for the input. ^_^

Legos, legos, legos! I'd forgotten legos existed it's been so long since I played with any. I remember we used to make houses and towers, and murals in walls and such. Man legos ARE fun!

Okay, new development: board games!
What board games do you enjoy and why? And they must not involve electronics whatsoever!

*laughs* While that's all great fun, none of those are board games. And bunson burners involve electricity.

Well this is rather limiting. I don't play with toys anymore. I don't even own any, save for a few that I use for decoration. That said, I have plenty of hobbies that don't necessarily involve electronics.
I played sports, such as futsal (which is a kind of indoor soccer), every week up until I injured my leg a few months ago. During summer, I like to go for long bike rides around the city in the evenings for fun and exercise. I enjoy going for long walks occasionally too.
I play board games a lot as well. I have a friend who buys a ton of really cool board games and invites people to come play at his house ever other week or so.
Recently I've gotten back into the habit of reading almost everyday, only know I'm reading Japanese books and comics instead. (Very, very slowly, I might add. )
But my favorite non-electronic activity is hanging out with friends. I love going out to dinner, hanging out, and meeting with my friends at my weekly conversation club. Just chatting with my coworkers is fun too. I used to be an internet addict, and while I do still use it an awful lot, I'm happy that I have plenty of ways to enjoy life offline too.

Hmm interesting!
Board games,
Scrabble
Boggle
Cluedo
Guess Who
Connect 4
Mouse Trap
..any of these I would happily play!
Other things that do not include electricity to have fun that I can think of,
Shopping/Window Shopping
Walking/Running/Skipping
Pampering yourself or others
Things including items (toys),
Playing an instrument
Using crafts and paints to create art
DINOSAUR DIGGING

I love all types of board games, I'm pretty much up for anything. I like card games too like Munchkin, Apples to Apples and Magick. There are some board games I'd like to own, for example Elder Sign, Star Fluxx and Gloom.

Well I really like drawing since that is a toy for me.
I like:
Making jewelry
Oragami
Throwing books
Dancing and singing (with and without music)
Decorating my room with posters, drawings, and other items.
A small ball
Bottles
Painting my nails
Did I mention drawing?
Slinkies
Playing with my Pokemon cards
Walking around aimlessly
^ I have more but I can only think of things I used to do when I was grounded and things I do when I am bored XD
My mind went -poof-

Absolutely everything amuses me.
Those that fit all of the requirements include:
Action figures.
Playing "pokemon" with buds.
Fetch with my pups.
Throwing snowballs from atop trees. Snowballs are toys, kind of.
Burying folks in snow or sand, depending on the season.
Snowmen. Snow is the main toy, where I come from.
Sledding. Seriously, many of us don't even bother with sleds. Snow is our toy and tummies work just darn fine.
Sword fights with sticks, pens, and anything else long 'n' thin.
