If you look at the top of the page, you see your username and time and date of last visit and such. Just below that is the amount of gold you have, as well as some green circle with a number behind it. Those green things are tokens - event currency. You can buy event items with it (from the event store - Shops => Special Event Store). The three at the end of the last page are "rares" or "EIs" (Event Items), which can only be bought during the event. After that, if you want them, you have to buy them from another user.
There are also other items you can buy with those tokens - Event Commons. These items were released at the start of the event. After the event is over, they will be placed in the normal stores - however, they can then no longer be bought with tokens, and their gold price will be double what it is now.
Tokens can be earned mostly through posting, and through some degree by playing the Chance game (that little card thing in the left lower corner), though it doesn't work in IE.
