Hello one and all, Phoenix of the Immortal here as your host for the evening. Come, one and all, don’t be shy. I don’t bite, honest!
Here's what's going on: my current role play partner is moving and not going to have internet for a few months, and I cannot go that long without roleplaying. Roleplaying is in my blood. Currently, I'm accepting partners, but I will warn you right now that I'm a bit picky about who I partner with. There are only a couple of things I'm picky about, but they're kind of important, very important for a few reasons. To everyone reading this, I ask you to
please read the entire post, otherwise I’ll have to turn you away, and I don’t want to do that and gain any enemies here on this lovely site, unlike another roleplaying website (which is honestly why I’m a little hesitant to even do this). This is a fair warning to everyone who applies: I can, and will, refuse offers that I don’t feel are a good fit.
Reliability – I understand that people have a busy schedule: school, work, general life stuff, etc. If you need to stop roleplaying for whatever reason, please let me know why. I’ve had friends who roleplay on this wonderful site and their RP partners just went silent on them for no apparent reasons, and they didn’t like it. I’d rather not experience this myself so let’s not do it, okay? Thanks.
Once again, I want to say that I understand people have a busy schedule. I have an eight to five job and cannot post until 5:20-ish Monday through Friday. With that being said, if you don’t think you can reply once a day, or once every two days, then don’t bother applying. As I said before, roleplaying is in my blood. I don’t want partners who post once and then vanish for a week,
UNLESS you tell me beforehand. (And I will let my partner(s) know in advance if I’m not going to be able to respond for whatever reason). If you tell me before hand that you can only post once every whoever-long, then that's fine, but don't leave me with the impression that you're going to post often and then leave me hanging.
Spelling/Grammar – I know that no one is perfect when it comes to grammar and/or spelling, and I make mistakes too. However, if your post makes me scratching my head as I read, then it’s not going to work. It doesn’t matter how much you post if I’m constantly deciphering your posts.
-Important Notice-To be honest, I don't really care much about post length. I can go anywhere from a few sentences to a few paragraphs, depending on what's going on at the time and how much I have to work with. If you have a preference, let me know and I'll do my best to match it.
IMPORTANT! I would like to take a moment to say that I'm a long-term roleplay partner (ask Mageling if you don’t believe me. We burned out at least five computers between the two of us.) I'm not looking for something that will only last a few weeks, I'm looking for something to last months, or even longer, and I'm looking for the same in the people I roleplay with. I also need partners who post frequently. I cannot repeat this enough:
I cannot live without roleplaying. This goes back to the whole 'don't stop without warning' thing from earlier, as well as the frequent posting above.

Twilight
Horror
If you aren't sure about whether or not I'll do something, just ask. The worst I can say is no.
Now go back and read the post again. No, really. More often than not, people skip straight to the like/dislike/denied list and don't read the rest. READ THE REST. DO IT NOW.
I don't mind starting threads, I don't mind letting my partner start the thread. But if you're going to start the thread, actually put up a real post. Putting up some "This is a private rp, don't post here plzkthnx" doesn't count as a real post, and I find it to be a little obnoxious. So please don't.
I know I probably seem kind of strict in my requirements, but I did say I was kind of picky about my partners.
