Name: Lyna C. Lunair and Riya A. Lunair
Age: 23 & 5
Profession: Singer/Mother/Cook & preschooler/daughter

She loves her family and does everything that she can for them, after all her whole life evolves around her family up to the point where she had moves out and cut all ties from them. Though this is only because of the fact that her life wasn't exactly what most would have thought it would turn out. Her father was a cop and was never home because of that job, her mother on the other hand tended to spend money they didn't have and didn't even truly raise her own children. She was raised by her eldest sister and there were things that she did and that happened to her that she never told anyone about. As for Riya, that is her daughter and as for her father, well Lyna does not talk about it around her. She never finished high school and she didn't go to college either, though she is an excellent cook and sings in her spare time though currently she is searching for a job so that she may support her self and her daughter.
Personality: kind, loving, thoughtful, mature, patient, odd sense of humor, passive aggressive
Extra: She loves to sing and cook, though she hides a darker side of her self from others, she tends to smoke a drink when she is super stressed out

The green luscious grass was spread out before the colorful mansion, nicely manicured hedges, and tress lining the road nicely. The moonlight shined down on the home, hitting the fountain that was hidden by flowers in the middle of the road loop, causing it to appear as if stars had been trapped with in the water. Lights graced the windows along the bottom floor, lively chatter could be heard from one room while off at the other end of the house, the smell of cooking food could be found.
In the kitchen, there stood a brown haired female with her haired tied back out of her face, a lollipop in her mouth as she hummed to her self. Having stirring some of her food, a door off from the kitchen was open, this being the room that she was sharing with her daughter. Leaning back some as she peeked at her, smiling to see her sleeping soundly in the bed. "Well, I know the feeling Of finding yourself stuck out on the ledge And there ain't no healing." she had started to sing out loud to her self, though that was short lived as the flame that she had been using to cook on grew to extreme heights, she couldn't help but to throw an arm up to hide her face from it, falling backwards onto the floor. She quickly crawled away before snatching up the fire extinguisher kept for such things, but much to her surprise the fire had turned into a demon, stepping from the stove as it came towards her.

Aella looked up at the house with her sky blue eyes briefly narrowed in thought. She could feel the waves of energy clearly, like hell fire was burning not far from her feet. She'd found the hell mouth she'd heard of, finally. She had heard whispers of the family looking for someone to help with a few 'strange events'. What a crock... how did they even survive sitting on such a portal straight to hell? There was more about this job then the stuck up family said, that much was for certain. Oh well, Aella had long ago lived longer then average for her family... or humans in general for that matter. If they expected to trick her they had a long way to go... Still, even as she thought this she felt the ripples of shifting reality and the burn of hell spawn being born into theirs.
She ran to the nearest entrance she could feel near it and when she found it locked quickly simply sent the force of the air into the lock so she could force it open. A turn of air with the force of a key later and the door flung open against the wally. Her hand was already glowing with holy energy as she held it out towards the beast. Words in some ancient tongue flew from her lips, other voices seeming to join hers as if every woman in her blood line was chanting them at once. As she did so the light flickered brighter and soon was launched straight into the demon's chest. It seemed to meld with it, shifting over it as it was knocked backwards. Within a moment the light was covering the beast so it too was glowing. It then exploded into sparkles of light and once the haze of them cleared it would seem as if nothing had been there at all, as if no demon had attacked at all.
"I'm Aella, and it seems we have a secret to share." She mused lightly to the other woman as those sky blue eyes drifted to the brunette. She moved to where the other woman was and held out a hand to help her up, her gaze distant and thoughtful. The woman was pretty, with a nice golden hue mixing with the brown to form a sort of bronze color, but definitely a normal human. Part of the job was keeping such matters secret to avoid panic or people seeking power that demons could easily use. It seemed Aella would have to do something...
"That creature was a demon and i guess me... me you'd call a holy witch if that makes any sense. Of course, being a human like you are you really aren't suppose to know these things. So we have a choice to make my dear. I can erase your memory and you can leave this house... or we can make a pact and you can help me." She drawled simply, as if she was talking about the weather. It was a matter of course really...

Lyna cried out once more, scrambling to her feet to pull her room door close before she crawled back to the fire extinguisher. The creature or demon, whatever it was, she had no clue but she did know is that it was trying to kill her. She could hear the door bang open and hit the wall. "HELP!!!" she cried out, not knowing who it was or if they were even willing to help a simple cook, considering no one else heard her cries. She cried out in pain as the beast had grabbed her arm, once she was free from it, she couldn't help but curl up a bit as if that was going to protect her.
She could hear some one chanting or talking, this caused her to look up to try and finally see who had just came into the kitchen, you can imagine the shock look that graced her face as the monster was killed, disappearing in what she could only describe as sparks from a sparkler on the fourth of July. Amber eyes met with sky blue ones, the delicate features, the red hair that made those blue eyes pop even more. She was beautiful, this much was clear as she gazed at her, slowly she took her hand, flinching when it was her injured arm.
"Lyna Lunair......i am the house cook." she said to her after she was standing up, nursing her arm before she moved back to her bedroom door, opening the door so that she could make sure her daughter was okay. "I....what....i don't understand." she said to her, taking a seat at the island, after grabbing a wet cloth to put on her arm. This was all happening to fast for her, she couldn't keep up with what was going on around her or who or what this strange woman was. "WHAT? leave this house? I need this job....if i don't have this job then......" her eyes watered a little bit as she looked towards her daughter, biting her lip before she looked at the female once more.

"Then you'll just have to make a pact with me. I protect your daughter to the best of my abilities and you keep magic secret from any outside this household. Once this pact is made you will be unable to break it without loosing your ability to speak ever again." She said simply, again speaking everything so conversationally. As she spoke she was rummaging through her bag for various supplies and soon had them sat out on the table. She took the other womans arm then as she waited for an answer. She put a few herbs against the burned place and wrapped it in place. She would cast another spell ocne more with a soft whisper that seemed to echo slightly so that the herbs healing properties would be amplified to heal the wound almost instantly. She would leave the wrap in place, however, to clear up any remaining wound and began to put the supplies away.
She could feel the hell mouth had withdrawn slightly in reaction to her presence along with various other dark spirits who went into hiding. It wasn't unusual for this to happen, which was often why haunted places only showed they were if you stayed long enough. The ghosts were always 'curious' and in this case likely afraid. They could sense the power of the witch in a way no mortal could, they knew she was not one to attack when she was expecting it. That was just a good way to end your existance and rather quickly at that being they didn't trust eachother well enough to work together.

Lyna sighed heavily, sniffing a bit before she cursed, quickly standing up to go and finish taking care of dinner, turning it off before she was stopped by the red haired taking her hand so that she could fix her arm. The tenderness and the care that she was showing her, made her take a seat once more, her face was a bit flushed before she snapped out of it. "Thank you.....so that was a demon and your a good witch like from wizard of oz? And if i don't stay quiet i will not be able to speak...meaning i can not say anything not even to my daughter....." she said to her be for sighing heavily, clearly thinking about everything as she watched her put everything away, biting her lip once more.
"Alright.....i will make the pact with you. I really need this job and as long as Riya is safe then......i agree to your terms." she said to her finally as she smiled softly, she stood up once more, looking her bandage arm once more before getting her a bowl of stew and slice of cornbread to eat. "Have something to eat. I will be right back, have to go serve dinner." she said to her as she smiled a bit more, putting the food into some fancy dishes, pushing them out to the owners of the house and their guests. A few minutes passed before she came back, blushing slightly before she pecked the girl on the top of the head. "Thank you for saving me....and for taking care of my burn."

"the rules are the rules, though those within the household are fellow witnesses. Your daughter I leave to you to keep quiet.. and the family will keep quiet on its own." She stated blandly, not bothering to explain. It would require going into history and take hours for anyone to really understand why the magical community kept itself so strictly secret. She was surprised as she found food delivered to her but did accept it as she mused absently that the family already had a pact with something far darker then her. She pushed away the thought, however as she found herself thanked and a kiss against the top of her head. Was she being mothered now? A look of puzzled irritation crossed her face.
How long had it been since she was mothered? Once she'd reached six her parents had already had to stop, their job of exterminating evil having to take first place. It made being mothered now seem rather silly... especially by a human most of which she was more then old enough to be the parent of herself. She shook her head but began to eat the soup as she waited for the others to arrive. Once the family arrived she would take the family head to the side and have a whispered discussion. She didn't really care about a fee, just silence and information. As expected the head was vague, hiding the demonic involvement. She rolled her eyes but said nothing and once all was agreed to would return to her soup while the head looked irritated which just made her smirk.

"I will try my best but there is no guarantee that my daughter will stay quiet. Besides they will think she just has a very active imagination anyways." Lyna said to her, it seemed to happen a lot since her daughter always seemed to make up things such as monsters and such, but now she was beginning to believe she was telling the truth about it all. She smiled as she began to clean up the kitchen, humming to her self slightly as she cleaned up after everyone.
""Mommy!!!!" came the cry of a sobbing young girl for the door way that was off from the kitchen.
"Riya." Lyna said as she dropped what she was doing, concern was written all over her face, though before she could do anything a little girl came out. She looked just like Lyna except she had golden blonde hair and her eyes were hazel, tears were streaming down her face.
"Mommy!!!!" she cried as she ran over to the fair skinned woman, wrapping her arms around her waist as she started to cry into her stomach.
Lyna sat on the floor, pulling her child into her lap as she stroke her head, rocking with her as she hummed. "Tell me what is wrong love. What happened?" she said to her softly, stroking her hair once more as she wiped her tears away from her face. A loving and tender look could be seen when one looked at the mother.
"Mommy.....you were.....you had.....died!!!!!" she said to her as she cried even more, it seemed to be the only thing that she was able to get out as she clung even more to her mother, burring her face into the large chest of Lyna.
"There, there. I am okay see I am alive. It was just a nightmare love." she said to her comfortingly, kissing her head before she started to sing a lullaby to her, rocking a bit more as she worked on trying to put her to sleep once more.

Aella simply listened as the two spoke, quiet. She continued to take small bits of her soup before she finally would stand. The family was talking about her now, likely debating if she was real, but she wasn't too concerned with them. The demons had decided to collect past debts, and soon the family would not be able to ignore the problem long. No her attention was on the little girl and her mother. The girl was 'touched'..... Oh human enough, unlike Aella, but touched by magic. She doubted the father had been fully human. Not a witch, no, but descended from a line of glittering magic. Perhaps a human spell-caster, shaman, or seer of some sort. He himself may not of known it... She didn't approach until the child was asleep once more. For now the child could only 'see' in the occasional dream a possibility, a glimmer, but there was no telling what the child would develop in the far future if she survived this.
"It may not be just a dream.... Your child has a spark, a flicker of magic in her soul...I would guess from the fathers side since it is not in you. The demons will be attracted to it." She said quietly. She stood leaning against the wall slightly as she gazed at the mother thoughtfully, her hands in either pocket. She did wonder about the father but she would leave it to the mother how much she wanted to tell her. She did know the child would bring the darkness, all light did. Could the human mother handle that?

Lyna smiled softly as she kissed the top of the young girl's head, love was in every action, even every look that she gave the child. This child was her world, for the most part it seemed as if she only had room for her, only needed her but that wasn't true. After all everyone needs that special someone that they could be their self with and just be honest with their emotions. If paid attention to enough, you would be able to see that she had given up everything and literally only cared about her daughter.
Once the blonde haired girl fallen a sleep once more, that was when the mother stood, holding her close to her body as she moved back to the room that she had been sleeping in. Looking at Aella as she approached, motioned for her to keep her voice down as she tucked the blanket around her. "....." she didn't say anything as the female spoke, laying down next to Riya as she held her tight, as if it would keep her safe. "NO! S-she can't be anything like that man!" she couldn't help the strong desperate cry that escaped her as she clung to her daughter. Tears had sprung to her eyes, she was at a lost, desperate to make sure her child was nothing like her father, but it was an impossible wish.
"I am sorry.....but my daughter is nothing like that man. She may have some of his dna in her.....but other then that she has nothing else that in common with him." she said to her, not able to stop the tears that streamed down her face, her chest hurt, and it was painful for her to talk about it but it was clear that she was struggling with wanting to finally tell someone and sucking it up and keeping it locked down inside as she had done for many years.

"In that D.N.A was magic, soft but there. If i can sense it, so will others... which will attract much even with suppressing charms. What do you know of her father?" She said softly, slowly as if to make sure the other would hear her. She did reach out a hand to place it over the other womans, simply watching her face. Those silver tinted blue eyes were filled with slight concern and a bit of pity. Whatever had happened between this woman and the child's father it wasn't going to get any easier.... just harder. Oh she could make charms for them that would make things easier, hiding them from lesser demons and so on but someday the girl might have other powers that showed themselves...

Lyna wiped her face of tears, sniffling a bit as she sat up, noticing that the family was going off to do what ever it is they normally do after eating. She looked at the hand that covered hers, for some reason she found comfort in it, she followed the pale skin up the arm it was attached too, letting her amber eyes lock on the blue ones that were set behind glasses. She searched the red head's face for any sign that she was going to be judge, biting her lip a moment before she seemed to resolve her self in something. "Her father.....the only thing i know about him is......he.......was just a one night stand.....and i haven't seen him since." she said to her, her voice starting out strong before it slowly got smaller and smaller. she looked away from the female, afraid of what she may find in her eyes after hearing such a thing. She didn't want to see the look that she had seen for days after she did such a thing, upon the face of this woman whom claimed she would protect the one thing that mattered the most to her.

"I see.... I can not say what you're daughter will be then, but she does have magic and it will be unpredictable since we know nothing about the sperm donor... I will make a charm that will hide her a little. I am sorry for what happened to you, and I wish I could tell you more. She said softly after a moments thought. She seemed to have dismissed the father at this point but not judged the woman. That type of... circumstance was never the victims fault to her. Then again she did do jobs where a demon could fool a humans mind and twist their emotion to force them other ways so was probably more aware that one should never judge the victim then most.
She turned to her bag then after giving the woman's hand one more comforting squeeze. She would get out several objects and saying spells over some, tying together others, she would have a simple charm made in a few minutes. She made two, though each had different spells. They appeared to be simple beaded bracelets with charms hanging from them. Only the charms were visible, a gold coin that vaguely reminded of a shield with runes as well as a flower charm on it for the girl and a blue stone with a bird carved on it as well as a coin with similiar but different runes on it on the other. She would slip the bird on Lyna's and the other bracelet on the child.
"Touch the coin charms together and you will be surrounded by a shield of light that will make you invisible to demons or other dark supernaturals and not allow them to step inside. If you kiss the bird on yours a bird of light will appear and lead you to your child." She said simply to explain her. The girls was just protecting her from being sensed mainly and the more active effects she would leave to the mother. She couldn't be around twenty four seven after all and there was the possibility she could get caught after all... her kind had short lifespans do to their battle.

(sorry staria I have been busy and forgot completely about this)
"I do not think I could handle that part of her by myself. Though I had always prayed she would not be anything like that man. If she is like how you say then I will not be able to help her with such things." Lyna whispered to her as she kissed her daughter's forehead, brushing her hair from her face as she made sure that she was safe and was still sleeping. She smiled softly before looking up at the female with her golden like eyes, squeezing her hand back as she gave her a kind motherly smile.
She was touched the female was doing such a kind thing for her, and her child. She blushed as she slipped the bracelet over her wrist, fingering the charms on it before she tested each one out as they were explained to her. Her heart skipped a beat, her breath catching for a moment before she looked up at the female with a loving like that only a mother could give to someone. "Thank you so very much.....fo being so kind to us." she said to her before she leaned towards the female, placing he hand onto her cheek as she smiled softly at her.
"Thank you, Aella. You are more then I could ask for even if it is by an accident that you are doing this for us." she said to her in a low whisper before she kissed her forehead much like she had done to her daughter moments before. She blushed slightly as she stroke her cheek before she finally pulled her hand away, standing up as she motioned for her to follow, going to set her up with a room of her own.
