Hikaru was on Earth, was near Chihiro. He could feel it. He had missed her so much. He can't believe it had been ten years since she had come to the spirit world and had set him free from his servitude. He can't believe that Chihiro was in college. He couldn't help but wonder what she was studying. He approached the college looking around to see if he could recognize her. Would she be happy to see him? He was excited to see her again. bloodstainedwings:

Chihiro was just finishing class. she had a strange feeling but didnt know why. she waved goodbye to her friends that were not in her track team and went off to the change room to prepare herself for track with the rest of her friends. Her one friend was going on about a guy she liked, she always did this. She groaned inside, but pretended to be interested in the latest development. Chihiro knew she should be focused on school and not on boys. Sure it was only their first year, but still, it was their future. Chihiro never got distracted by boys, but then again there were not any boys here that she was interested in being distracted by. Every time that this girl went on about this guy, Chihiro always found herself remembering a boy she had feelings for a very long time ago. It dawned on her mid way through the conversation, that it was this day, 10 years ago, where she went to the bath house for the spirits. Lost in her memories, Chihiro forgot herself.

`Chihiro? whats going on? you have some stupid smile on your face!`her friend asked

`Sorry, I was lost in thought. Lets get going everyone.`Chihiro left the change room with the mist of her memories on the edge of her thoughts.

Hikaru leaned against a tree. His eyes were closed. He knew Chihiro was here. It was just a matter of finding out where. He let his senses go out. Ten years ago this day Chihiro had come into his world. Came into his world and changed his life forever. His eyes popped open. He had found her. Now he just had to find his way to the track. He stopped a young woman.

"Excuse me can you direct me to the track?" He asked with his trademark smile.

"Of course." She said, though she was slightly flustered.

Soon he was on his way to the track. When he got there he took a seat in the stands.

It was chihiro's day today! She was on fire as she ran the track. Feeling as free as ever she had. That's why she enjoyed running so much. It was the closest she was ever able to get on her own to the feel feeling she had when she was with Haiku.

As she finished her lap, she saw something sparkle in the stands that caught her attention. She realized suddenly that it was a man. A very handsome man with black hair and a chiseled look. There was something about him that looked familiar, she almost thought it might be Haiku himself, but there was no way. Haiku is a river spirit and couldn't be here... she wasn't even sure he was real....

Haiku watched her run. It was almost as if she was flying. He very much enjoyed watching her run. He moved gracefully towards the track as she continued to run. He wanted to approach her, but what if she didn't remember him? What if, in the past ten years, she had forgotten him. Forgotten what they had shared in the spirit world. He knew he would never forget. But he was a spirit, she was human. His heart skipped a beat when she looked his way. "Chihiro." He whispered softly.

When Chihiro finished her lap, she saw the man descend from the stands, there was something so striking about him. His graceful movements, his hair in the wind... it was just like Haiku. But it couldn't be, could it? she realized she was staring at him and their eyes met. A shudder ran through her and she knew, beyond any doubt, he was Haiku. She didn't know how to react. Her heart fluttered and her mind was full of so much memories and emotions. Tears welled up in her eyes and a smile broke out across her face. She didn't know if she should approach him or if he would approach her or if she was dreaming or awake. She heard nothing and saw nothing outside of him and his eyes.

Haiku knew there were other students here. But at this moment he only had eyes for Chihiro. He moved down the stairs towards her. He had to force himself not to run. He can't believe he had finally found her. He had been looking for so long. He had almost given up hope. He gets to her and opens his arms to her wondering if she would come to him or not. He at least knew that she recognized him. He knew that the moment their eyes met.

As soon as haiku opened his arms, Chihiro ran to him enjoying every moment of their reunion. She had dreamed of him many times, but had no idea he would grow to be so handsom. So tall and dark, it was like her whole world was just him. Finally the confirmation that she had not dreamed the whole thing. That the bath house of her dreams was a real place full of real spirits. Full of Haiku.

She said nothing as she reach him she didnt know what to do. she stopped suddenly and looked down, ashamed of her outburst. She put her arms behind her back and her check flushed deeply. She opened her mouth to say something but couldnt find any words. He voice squeaked at every sad attempt. Which only furthered to deepen her blush. She waited anxiously for him to say something.

Haiku was so happy to see her. Though he was slightly confused when she blushed. "Chihiro... my Chihiro." He stroked her cheeks. He just couldn't seem to keep his hands off of her. She was really here. She was here and they still had that connection. "I have missed you so much." He leaned down and rested his forehead on the top of her head. He breathed in her scent. Her scent had changed a bit but he would still recognize it anywhere.

Chihiro's friends whispered to each other watching this all unfold. To be honest they were slightly jealous. Who was this handsome boy and how did he know Chihiro? They wouldn't interrupt but they would find out at some point who this stranger was.

"Haiku..." chihiro began... "I dont know what to say. You.. I mean.. you are here?! How did you... where did... what" Chihiro just smiled and blushed. she looked down and said "I missed you too. I never forgot about you Haiku, although for a while, I thought I dreamed you." She looked up at him at that last bit, tears filling her eyes and a smile like that of a child. She was so filled with joy she could hardly contain herself.

chihiro was completely unaware of the people staring at them. She was completely engrossed in Haiku. It was like her whole world was coming together and falling apart all at the same time.
