I really want to say thank you to the Mene crew for the hard work put into these items, and now that I've had the chance to mess with the multi-items, I can't think of why anyone wouldn't love this! On other sites you have to buy the item over and over to layer it, but you guys allow us to use every form with only one purchase. There are people who are put out by the gold limiter who need to know about this. I mean, I've just equipped Fancy a Cuppa? and I've got ELEVEN items equipped. I'd say that's worth the 6k I spent on it. Now I just need to save up for a good sky back drop and I'll be set. So, thanks guys for not making us sell our organs to make great avatars and making awesome items with better layering capabilities.

it is one of mene's best features
not just because we get to use every pose layering makes possible
but because mene puts it's members*and they don't call us 'users'*first over monies
*big warm mene hugs all around*

Of course we're not users. We are minions.

You are snacks.
Thank you Alex It's always really heartwarming to see appreciation of how we do things. The way multis equip was something we were absolutely adamant about when they were first coded. Specifically because of how they work elsewhere, and what a rip-off that is.
Of course the flipside of that is that people do only need the one CI, and for us that has to be a large part of the reason for why we don't make any profit and can't expand because of that.
Did we shoot ourselves in the foot by being ethical? Seems like it.

That was the main reason I stayed actually... and I'm sure the same for many others.

Yeah, I'm sure it was a deciding factor for a lot of people, but it really has turned into a double-edged sword for us.

I laughed so hard at that... but as a poet I'm not sure that was a good idea...

I could comment on that, but you might get the wrong idea. I happen to be an enormous fan of many forms of poetry, unfortunately most people aren't.
It's not poetry's fault, at all. I blame the rising levels of vapidity amongst the majority of the populace.
But yeah, either way, most writers aren't Stephen King or J.K. Rowling, and tend to sleep on other people's sofas. And most poets tend to perch on the end of the sofa, not as a status thing, but just because they're weird. XD
Important Edit: Mind you, I like weird.

Most full-time poets go insane and kill themselves. I actually had poets come to my poetry class in college and tell us to never do poetry full time... it's fatal...
