Has anyone every wondered why common sets are given human names? You know, Lory, Ayumui, ect.

Recently one was even reused. Octavia. With two fabulous common Sets named after her (The Gowns and dresses) Who is she? Why does she have so many fabulous dress's? Is it just a name someone on staff really likes or is there more to it? Have they already reveled this and Neph has just forgotten?

Whoever this mysterious lady is she has good taste in flowy fashion fabrics. XD

Ayumui made her items. I think.
Glammy designed her items.

Octavia is a woman with too many dresses named after her.

I'll hold up my hand and admit that I'd forgotten there was already an Octavia dress This one was called Octavia because it's August and that's the eighth month of the year.

The Lory dress was Alice in wonderland themed - the Lorys from the book :P That's how it got the name!

There is a Maria dress named for me :P that I made XDDD Because we couldn't think of a better one.

Also - the nemesis dress was named because that dress was really my nemesis - seriously - took me a year to get it right (of course it probably would have been better if I hadn't started to learn to pixel by pixeling a DRESS XD)

What's the other Octavia dress?

I unavoidably say "Octavia" with the Latin pronunciation I was taught. I really like Latin. I love Rome. I imagined it was somehow linked to some woman named Octavia from history. 'Cause it makes me think of Augustus, A.K.A. Octavian… I was a little confused and figured I forgot something.
