The Doctor was glad that adventure was over and headed back to his TARDIS. He had a feeling he was missing something but couldn't figure out what it was . He was sure he had fixed everything and that things were back to normal. Now all he needed to do was head back to the TARDIS and find a new place to visit.

There was a buzzing sound in the back of her head. A whirring noise. It was so familiar. Her own way of communicating. Now it was only a noise in her head. She opened up her eyes. Wait. Eyes. She had eyes! She sat up quickly, examining the world around her. "This is odd." Real talking! This was a strange incidence. What had he done now? Wait. Where was the Doctor?

She didn't quite recognize where she was. But her head hurt, so that could be the reason. She stood up, shaking a little. What a weird day. "Doctor? Doctor!" Where the heck did go off too? Leaving her behind, how rude! How many doors had she unlocked, robots dismantled. And he just leaves her here. For a person to be alive as long as he has, he still manages to forget the important things. She made her way to where she hoped he may be.

( sorry about taking so long. Got a little bit distracted by a new game I got. )

" Hello there. " The Doctor said seeing the woman in the room. " This might seem odd to ask , but I think I might know you. " He said wondering who she could be. " I've seemed to have lost something very very important to me. I'm glad I realized it now and not when I need my sonic. I never lose it." The Doctor said and checked his pockets again.

(No problem, that sounds like something I would do.)

There he was! And...he didn't recognize her. Well, she didn't blame him. "I...don't think we have." He'd go nuts if he figured out he screwed up. She bit her lip and used a little quick thinking. "I'm Galaxy Smith." Great. That didn't sound like a made-up name at all. "You lost, something important?" Aw, that was sweet. "Do you have a spare, perhaps?" Wait, she tried to remember how humans act. "Uh, and what is a... sonic?" Better. "And you can't say you've never lost it if you just did." She brushed away some hair that had gotten in her eyes and smiled.

" Dont have a spare really. I tend to like to reuse old cases and modify them. It's nice to meet you Galaxy. Unusual name but quite nice. I lost my sonic screwdriver and it's my fault I misplaced it. I'm sorry about being upset. I lost my best friend and I know it sounds odd " The Doctor said feeing sad.

Aww, he thought of her as his best friend. She started smiling, then controlled herself. Serious situation here. "But what about the time you burned it when you met Marth-" She covered her mouth quickly. She was supposed to know that! Oops. What a screw up. "I mean, uh, maybe we can find it?" Galaxy wondered whether the machine left the item or not, or if it disappeared when she came. She dug through some rubble where the machine had been before.

A part of her wanted to straight out tell him that she was his sonic, but.. she wasn't quite sure how he'd react. She remembered what it was like when he had to say goodbye to the TARDIS when she became human. It broke his heart. Well, hearts. If something happened to her too, she didn't want him to go through that again. She decided to wait, maybe she would tell him later.

" How did you know about that ? Yes and I feel bad when that model blew up when I saw Amelia for the second time. Are you sure you don't know me, someone who's used the same software since before he left Gallifrey and still is trying to install a wood setting. " The Doctor said feeling happy yet sad at the same time. " You are my sonic aren't you?" He asked.

Galaxy took a step back, rubbing the back of her head. "I, uh, what gave you that idea?" She tried to fake a smile, but she failed miserably and looked at her feet. Her shoulders visibly dropped. "Yeah. You should have been more careful with me around that machine, Doctor." She looked back up at him, her emerald eyes shining. "I was afraid to tell you." She said, her voice sounding sad.

"I am sorry." The Doctor said gently putting his hands on Galaxy's shoulders to help her." I didn't know this machine was still operational and that you were put in there." He said not wanting to change her back, though he really couldn't. The machine was in bad condition and he had no way to fix it.

Galaxy shook her head and smiled. "Nah! It's okay!" She did a little spin, childishly. "It's weird, but kinda fun to be a human! Now I can talk, and run and- Woah!" She fell face first on the ground. "Fall. I can fall now too." She hopped back up, without skipping a beat. "I wanna see what the TARDIS looks like to me now that I'm human!" Without waiting for a response, Galaxy dashed off.

" Galaxy wait for me!" The Doctor said and ran after he. The last thing he wanted to happen was lose her again and his time for good. " I don't want you to get lost. " He shouted hoping she was alright.

Galaxy heard the Doctor shout to her, and she skidded to a stop. She rocked back and forth on her heels as she waited for him to catch up. "I'm not gonna get lost. The TARDIS isn't that far. She looked around. "Uh, I think." She added quietly. "But if you really want me to, I won't run off."

" We're not too far. " I'll even show you around. Though it up to you on what you want to see. " The Doctor said with a smile.

"I wanna see the library! And the pool! Is it still in the library?" Galaxy did a little twirl. She really was quite childish. "I don't care what we see. I just want to see it with my own eyes!" She went over to the Doctor and grabbed his hands. "Come on! Come on! Let's go!"

" It isn't in the library anymore and maybe that's a good thing. Wet books are not cool. " The Doctor said trying to keep up." I'll even make you banana pancakes and fish fingers and custard! There's so much I want to show you!" He said and was glad to see the TARDIS.

Galaxy listened to what the Doctor said. "Yippee! Oh, this is gonna be fun!" When she saw the TARDIS, she squealed and ran over to it. "Hello! Nice to see ya!" She said, as if the TARDIS was a person. She grinned and looked back to the Doctor. "Can you unlock it? I'd like to go inside!"

'I wonder where we will go next? Or what adventures are in store? What bad guys will we fight? Oh, this is exciting!' she thought.

"It will be exciting. " The Doctor said and unlocked the TARDIS. " Please don't be angry with Galaxy. She's not to blame I am. " He sent to the TARDIS. "So what do you think of Idris? I wish I would have asked her name when we stole each other. She means so much to me as do you. " The Doctor said to Galaxy.

Galaxy grinned. "'Ello Idris! It's nice to see you." She turned back to the Doctor. "So, where are we going? The Past, the Future? The end of the universe?" She shrugged her arms. "Anywhere would be terrific! Amazing! Fantastic!!" She giggled and started to look around the TARDIS more. The interior was beautiful. As always.

" How about a jungle? Oh! How about the color pools of Purrila? I've always wanted to see them and I hear the hotel there has wonderful food. " The Doctor said hoping Galaxy wanted to go as well.

Galaxy tilted her head to the side. "What's a color pool? And where is.. P..Perwila?" She asked, accidentally saying the name wrong. "Well, whatever it is, it sounds fun!! Color pools and yummy food! Let's go!" She giggled and leaned against some railing of the TARDIS. "Hey...do you think you could teach me to fly the TARDIS one day? That would be aMAAzing!"

" A color pool can be any thing some change color when you speak to it. Some tell the future and others were once used to travel. Purilla is in the 50th century and I think I could teach you. " The Doctor said and glad the TARDIS was happy with Galaxy.
