Jasmine was shivering a little in the plastic box she'd been shoved in earlier. She'd been heading home from work with her roommate/workmate/best friend when they'd been taken. And they had both been grabbed, but left in different boxes while they were moved to and fro until she had really no idea where they were.

But somehow, based on the sound of the talking around her, they weren't in England anymore.

Victoria was trembling inside her own box. Through the air holes, she could just see another box that she knew Jasmine was inside, and that made her even more scared. She had no idea what was going to happen to them; all she knew was that it wasn't going to be good and the chances of them being somehow rescued with pretty much nil.

Jasmine fell against the side of her box when it was lifted suddenly and moved away from Victoria's and into a private lab room. The door opened and she emerged, slowly, carefully. It was a cell, really, and she knew it.

But that didn't keep her from putting out Omega fear and distress scents. She kind of had to wonder how the two Beta guards could stand it.

Victoria was put into a room a ways away, far enough that she couldn't smell Jasmine anymore. Her fear and distress pheromones spiked when she was allowed out of her box and into the sparse cell, and she immediately looked around for a suitable spot to hide in. There weren't any.

Jasmine paced for a while. And then she tried to find her own place to hide, which turned into poking, prodding, and hitting various places all over her cell. And then she paced some more.

So when the door opened, she wasn't sure how long she'd been there.

"Good evening, Miss Daniels," an Alpha said as he walked into the room. Jasmine moved to put as much space between the two as she could, eyeing him warily, though her fear and distress pheromones spiked sharply as he showed his teeth in an expression too hard to be a smile. "What do you know of trauma-bonds?"

Victoria huddled in the far corner of her cell, as far from the door as she could get. She could smell the Betas outside her door, and the occasional scent of an Alpha drifted past once or twice, and it made her distress spike again. Finally, the door opened and the Alpha she had smelled walked in. He gave her a too-wide, too-sharp smile, and she began to tremble.

Time passed. Jasmine was left on her own the whole time. Sometimes she woke without remembering falling asleep, with needle pinpricks in her arms. She had no idea how long she'd been there; between interrupting her sleep, meals spaced too widely to give a good indication of time, and losing chunks of time, Jas had no idea what time it was, what day it was, how long she'd been there. She just knew that she hated it, and nothing good was going to come of this. Especially since she knew their plan.

Victoria was losing time, as well. She was never aware of falling asleep, only of waking up with new marks on her arm and new aches in her body that told her she wasn't getting enough food or proper rest. Her stress levels were high the whole time, as well, and the sharp quiver of anxiety was constant. Her stress took a huge jump once they told her what their plan was, though, and it kept her right on the edge of panic.

When the lights started flickering, Jasmine was sure it was some sort of trick. Something to make her more panicked, or to lure her into a false sense of security. She wedged herself into a corner near the shower head, which was a little protected from the rest of the room by a privacy screen, and waited to see what would happen.

Bucky, meanwhile, was less Bucky and more Barnes, and was not quite enjoying shooting all HYDRA agents with extreme prejudice.

Victoria was right up on the edge of honestly panicking, and she had herself wedged back in the corner between the cot and the wall. She had no idea what was going on, but the flickering lights and the growing noise outside the door were working her into genuine distress.

Clint kept an eye on Barnes.

"Easy, man," he said when Barnes started taking a few more trick shots than necessary. "Fury wants at least one of them alive, maybe two."

"Natasha's got one," Bucky said with a flicker of a grin too hard to be amused. "And you can shoot another one with a stun arrow, or something."

"Upper levels are all clear," Nat's voice came through the comms. "Looks like we've been through almost everywhere, there's just one last pocket of them secured in a room."

"We're on it," Clint replied over the comms. He tilted his head at Barnes and headed towards secured room Natasha had mentioned.

Barnes pulled the door open with his mechanical arm, shot two agents, and briefly split up from Clint to check the rest of the area. Despite what Clint had said, he did knock one out instead of killing him.

"Clint," he said, his voice low as he looked down at security feeds of two occupied cells. "You need to see this."

"What'd you find?" Clint asked, going over. When he looked at the security feeds, his eyes widened. "What the hell are they doing here?"

"I don't know." Barnes was working to pull up information already, scanning the few files he could find with a scowl. "Some kind of programming." His expression went kind of flat at what he was reading. "Creating loyal spies."

"Creating them?" Clint looked from the screen to the feeds and back again. "That's sick." He checked his quiver quickly. "Looks like we're going to bust down some more doors."

Barnes nodded to the hallway and took one side, trusting Clint to take the other. He checked every door until he pulled one open and the overwhelming scent of scared/distressed/panicked Omega swamped him. He pulled a face, wanting to punch a few more Hydra goons in the face, but made himself step inside carefully.

Jasmine heard the noises outside her cell and pushed herself farther back into her corner, her fingers scrabbling for purchase against the cement.

Clint opened the other door and carefully crept into the room. The scent of distressed Omega nearly choked him, and it made his Alpha instincts flare.

"Hello?" he said. "I'm not going to hurt you. My name is Clint, I'm going to get you out of here."

Victoria jammed herself as far into the corner as she could, huddling down behind the cot. The scent of Alpha was stronger now that the door was open, but this Alpha's scent was better than the last. It still wasn't comforting, though, and she was still terrified.

Jasmine couldn't quite hold back her faint whine at the smell of Alpha that pervaded the room, and her pulse jumped again. She didn't think she could speak, and she wasn't even sure what she'd say, if she could. So she just watched him from her corner, her eyes too wide and her pulse too fast.

Barnes held absolutely still until he found her, the little Omega that was so scared. He held his hands out a little from his body, palms out, in the classic "I'm harmless" pose.

"Easy does it," he told the Omega, crouching down when he was a little ways away from her. "I'm not going to hurt you. I'm here to help." Slowly, he moved his head so he was showing her his neck, showing her he wasn't a threat.

Clint crept closer, making sure to keep both hands in sight.

"I'm going to get you out of here," he said slowly. He carefully reached out for her. "Come with me."

Victoria gave a high, keening whine as the Alpha got closer. She couldn't get any further away from him, since she was jammed as far into the corner as she could get, but she watched him with wide eyes.

Jasmine watched him, still trying to figure out if this was some new form of torment from whoever had grabbed her. She whined a little again, her instincts warring. After a few minutes, through, she shuffled forward a few inches, cautiously.

Barnes stayed crouched where he was, his voice a little rougher than normal from the clearly extremely distressed Omega. "It's alright, I'm not going to hurt you. I'm going to get you out of here." He did make sure to speak slowly and evenly.

Clint stayed still, not making any sudden movements. He needed her to trust him at least long enough to get her somewhere safe.

Victoria watched him for a few more moments before slowly creeping out from behind the cot. She moved towards him slowly, clearly still skittish.

When he really didn't move, Jasmine edged her way forward, and then actually got up. Her hands were shaking, and she couldn't quite speak yet, but she met his eyes and briefly ducked her head. She'd go with him, for now at least.

Barnes held very still, watching her but trying not to keep his eyes on her the whole time. He'd been told his stare could be unnerving, and he didn't want to frighten the Omega more.

"That's it," Clint said. He moved slowly, just enough that he could maneuver her to the door. "Come on. Let's get out of here."

Victoria cautiously got closer to the Alpha, shoulders still hunched a bit as she tried to make herself a smaller target. Her Omega hindbrain, though, couldn't help but notice that the Alpha had very attractive eyes. They would be lovely eyes to pass on to a little one.

Jasmine didn't quite feel secure enough to give him her back, but she did stay close to his side. She did pause at the first dead Hydra agent she saw, though, with a questioning little whine.

Barnes nodded his approval of that. "Follow me," he said, keeping his voice carefully not an order. He moved slowly at first, to make sure she would keep up.
