Haha that is an awesome photo! I wonder how the photographer found out that he was on there.

Forget that! I'd gladly be caught if it meant not hanging off the side of a building.

I don't have resolutions really. Last year it was to learn to eat with chopsticks. I failed that one, but not terribly. If I HAVE TO use chopsticks, I'll manage. It'll be messy, but I'll manage it, which is much better than just starving while staring at the pretty foodstuffs.

I found chopsticks pretty easy to learn to use. You can do it! I am still thinking up resolutions.

Chopsticks arent that hard to use! Act as if it's a pencil, but have both sticks in your hand. Also, the chopsticks should form an X shape. If you're too lazy, just use a clothespin instead.

I hardly have the opportunity to use them. When I do it's never the same food. Sometimes rice based, sometimes Pho, sometimes sushi and even those experiences are few and far between. The noodles are probably the worst. I never can seem to get good grip on them and it ends up with loose dangly noodles which is considered ill mannered. I was also told not to cross the chopsticks in an X shape, either in laying them down or in use. I haven't heard that everywhere and I haven't seen that everywhere, but I'd follow the friend that said it moreso since she's actually from China and is usually the one that will invite me to traditional dinners. Part of it is also learning all the etiquette rules. My primary focus is Chinese, since my friends are from there, but I'd like to learn the differences for Japanese as well.

I don't do resolutions much, but this year my resolution is to finish my novel and just generally waste less time.

Get back to school, stop my nail biting habit and get a driver's license.
So far, the back to school process is getting on a roll and my nail biting is doing okay. :)

I don't make them. If I'm going to do something it's going to be the day I think of it not just because it's a new year.
