Maybe girl has been dating a guy for a while and somehow realizes they had known each other in a past life. Its not much, but maybe we can add to it?

Needs to be something that triggers it I think. Perhaps its in NYC or las.. angelas? where there are the "china towns" that have all these gift shops of items that are suppossed to be along the reincarnation stuff. and maybe there is a crystal ball that goes off when you've been reincarnated. something silly like that.

Perhaps its a romeo juliet thing and they were enemy familes in their past lives.
