i kinda have the feeling i'm going to be pretty horrible at it for a while. i mean, number one, there's so much stuff in the game itself. second, i'm really good at smash64, decent/okay in melee.. i see a downward trend in my abilities lol.

but that's just me :)

Brawl looks fantastic. :) Anticipation may drive me insane before it finally comes out.

My close friend has deeply thought about getting a straight jacket to put me in since I keep freaking out about it and anything that reminds me makes me giddy. XD So far I've been able to keep my cool but once Sunday rolls around that's the only thing I'll be doing...I won't sleep or nothin. XD I love both the previous games and I've been waiting for this one ever since it was leaked out...even more so when it was suppose to come out in December. T^T
I love Brawl...can't wait to beat the crap out of Pikachu with Link. <3333

BTW is anyone going to the midnight opening for Smash? I've contemplated on forming a line already so people can be like, "What the hell?" XD

I am Australian, so sadly, the release date is not seeming so soon to me! Still, I am looking foward to this game, very much so. I have been listening to the soundtrack for this game, and it is the best game soundtrack i've heard yet. So if the music is this good, the game will be a definative fanboy nirvana.

My friends have been jumping up and down all week shouting "Saturday". I think everyone else is beginning to think we are crazy. I'm really looking forward to it, and hoping that it will be easy to play against other people online.

Does anyone know if online play is random, or if you can contact your friends to play against them? I would really love to have extreme battles with all of my friends.

I really wish that I could go to the midnight opening but I have to babysit tonight. I preordered it though, just have to wait until like one o'clock tomorrow to go pick it up. I hope you guys have fun playing before me. T.T

I don't think I'll play but I'm going to stick around and watch a couple battles. >w< Then I'm gonna go to my friend's house and have us play Smash till we keel over.

I went with my bf and a friend to the GameStop because my bf reserved it. We waited in line, he went in.. and came out with a bag full of awesome.

The three of us are currently taking turns playing to try and unlock as much as we can!

I usually play as Link. I prefered Teenage Link in Melee, but he's been replaced by Toon Link and I'm wary about the play differences in Brawl. It may be time for me to learn a new character.

I played as much as I could but eventually had to put the Wiimote down. XD I haven't gotten too far *only to Samus/Pikachu* but I'll be playing all day tomorrow as well. >w< I must say that zero suit Samas is awesome but Ike is really fun to play with. ^ ^

Man you guys are making me jealous. I couldn't make it to the midnight opening so now I have to wait until noon for Gamestop to open so I can run over there and grab. My sisters and I are passing the time by playing Soul Calibur on the ol' Gamecube. My little sister wanted to play Melee but I thought that would be toture.

Only a half an hour longer to wait.

I'll be experimenting with Pitt and Ike mainly, Snake a third option, but my usual character will remain Marth. <333

After I get Marth on SSE I'll be playing Vs. rounds mostly, honestly don't care about most of the extras after Falco.

I love Pit, but he is a pain in the butt sometimes. Peach is a bit easier for me. I really hat using the sideways wii-mote, I haven't tried the other options yet. I want to try it out with the nunchuck or the gamecube controller.

I love this game.
But it's hard to get used to the controls. x.x

I've been experimenting with a lot of the characters and I have to say that Metaknight is actually pretty cool. I'm usually Marth but while I was playing with my sisters I tried with Metaknight and found him real easy to handle.

Right now my sister and I are working on co-op adventure mode. It's so much fun.

Anyone want to play sometime?
