To get to the point, I'm looking for some awesome new music. I'd list all of the bands I already listen to, but that's a very long list in which I can't remember all of. Instead, I will list what genre of music I don't listen to.

Pop
Jazz
Classical (puts me to sleep)
R&B
Rap
Death Metal
Screamo
Hip Hop
Country
Pop Rock
Classical Rock
Smooth Rock
Southern Rock

I also don't like many female-fronted bands. I prefer hard rock and heavy metal in any language.

I definitely recommend Incura. Not enough people know about them. They're a band out of Vancouver, British Columbia, and it's really hard to slap a label on them. The closest you will get is symphonic metal. They have two CDs out right now but the third should be out by the end of the year. They're just finishing it up now.

Also, Shinedown if you haven't already heard of them. They're typically labeled grunge/hard rock.

These two are my favourite bands, so you should check them out. If you do, tell me what you think. I have next to no one to talk to about Incura lol

I'll have to listen to them.

I have loads of Shinedown on my iPod.

So far, I like.

With that long list, there's only a few things I can share without going mainstream radio. Let's see...

Acoustic Indie Rock Storytelling - Josh Woodward
LapFox Trax

Oh, and maybe some Blind Guardian or Stratovarius for good Power Metal, and Gama Bomb is excellent Thrash.

Parkway Drive is my favorite band at the moment, and you should definitely try them out, especially their album "Horizons". Also, As I Lay Dying is good, and so is Killswitch Engage. Hope I helped :)

Lacuna Coil, Within Temptations, Killswitch Engage, and As I Lay Dying I've heard songs from. Most of the others, I have not heard of, so I'll have to check them out.

Currently, my favorite is Megaromania.

If you happen to end up liking Epica, Nightwish, or Within Temptation, you might want to try symphonic metal like Rhapsody of Fire or Qantice. Also Dream Theater, To-Mera, or Diablo Swing Orchestra, but those three are either progressive or avant-garde metal, which I don't think would quite appeal with that list.
