It drives me nuts, I hate it! Especially when they just replied...

Is it that hard to say yes or no?




Anyways what do guys end up thinking when that happens? Does it bug you too?

I don't really care most the time unless it's something important or like I plan on hanging out with the person. If they don't reply I figure it's just not important enough for them to care about so I make other plans. I ignore texts sometimes though if I want to be left alone.

I don't usually text - and when I do, if they don't reply I figure they put their phone down and simply forgot. I do it all the time[When I do bother to text that is].

I typically assume that the person is busy with something or in the case of a friend of mine, fell asleep. I don't always have time to be texting people, so I completely understand if someone doesn't answer me right away.

I used to know a guy who would convince himself that I hated him every time I took over ten minutes to answer a text message. Going through that pretty much every day, really made me start to hate him.

No, not really. It ticks me off when people get all uppity about how soon I reply, so why should I do it back to them?

I don't expect a response back immediately; that's the beauty of a text. It's cheap and you can save it and reply later when you're not busy or preoccupied.

i hate short texts... especially when your tryin to have a conversation and they constantly give short texts back the whole time... i always end up sayin somethin back like " runnin out of ideas here!!! say something else other than 'yea'!!!"

I don't give a shit unless the person is important to me or I really need an answer to something.

If I've asked them a question and they don't reply, I usually just assume they're either busy, lost signal or use pay as you go and have run out of credit.

I really don't take it personally or anything, and I understand that other people have lives to get on with, just like I do.

Typically I don't really mind until the next day if it's just a casual text. When 24 hours pass I assume they just don't want to talk to me, even though it's more realistic to assume they forgot to reply back.

If it's an important question, I send another within 30 minutes.

The only time it bugs when is when it's something important, I always think of the worse things and assume they got hurt or something, lol.

I don't care all that much if someone doesn't reply to a text for awhile when they just texted me. Though what makes me a little irritated is when someone sends me a text to just chat, and I reply back, and then THEY don't reply back for hours :U

It annoys me. If they don't reply I just think, "diiiiiiiiiiick."

And with my closer friends, I'll text them again, insulting them, and yelling at them till I get bored or they reply.

Depends sometimes good if I hate talking to them and want to do my own thing, or bad because it's like jeeze asshole....

I'm the one that doesn't answer. I'm too lazy and I've always forgot my phone somewhere or I just don't hear it or something.

I only mind when I'm roleplaying through texts. Otherwise I don't really care.
