@XxIron_Maiden_OpheliaxX - Funimation owns the rights to Ghost Hunt in the US. I'm not looking up where you all live, but I'd already mentioned that it's streaming on Hulu. It's also streaming on Funimation, free of charge. So all arguments about channels and money moot as it's streaming free of charge online by the company that legally owns the rights. My point is, when we have free legal access, shouldn't we be pointing people to that instead of the pirate sites?
@luvlolli - Everyone has a choice, sure, but when the choice comes down to legal versus pirated, I like to at least try to support the industry by going legal. If no one has licensed a project, I'll probably go the pirate route for sure. It just hit my button that Ghost Hunt is licensed and the entire thing is being streamed free of charge and we still have people going "Hey, awesome pirate site!"

I just want to add, I don't think everyone should be drawn and quartered for not watching from legal sources, but the anime industry is making an effort to head this off by offering their products to us for free. I don't think I'd ever buy Ghost Hunt, despite enjoying it. I wouldn't buy half of the anime that I consume, but if I can contribute to the company that gave it to me just by watching their legal streams and giving them a bit of ad revenue, than I'd like to do that. I think other people should do their part to support the industry too, even if it's just to poke people to the various legal sources of anime like
Funimation,
Crunchyroll,
Anime News Network and
Hulu. As people have mentioned, the anime industry isn't as strong as it was a few years ago. Companies are losing money. Maybe we all can't afford to buy their DVDs, but at the very least, we can support their efforts to bring us anime in fast and easy to access new ways.
