Just name off the major words that you dislike/hate.
One word that I absolutely HATE is boob. It's so ugly sounding and vulgar. Why can't you just call it by the proper name, breast. Why is that so bad? I hate it when girls call their breasts, boobs. I want to hit them. Or you can just say chest, but boob? Eugh.
News Flash! This is what boob actually means.
Boob: A stupid or foolish person; a dolt.
Also, I don't like how the word gay is used as an adjective for stupid. "That's so gay". I remember when I was in Highschool, we had a club called Gay Straight Alliance, and everytime our annoucements said "Gay Straight Alliance in room B-2" the people in my class would giggle. It's awful, why do people have go and corrupt nice words?

People tend to make fun when confronted with a concept they're uncomfortable with. The words I absolutely hate the most are "can't" and "never". I know I use this a lot, but I used to work in a Jr. High, and every time a kid would say " I can't" I would look them square in the eye and tell them, in my "you're in trouble now" tone, that I never wanted to hear that word again. I would, of course, follow it with an appropriately uplifting speech, but I always had their attention. And if I hear one more person say "I'll never...", I do believe I will start screaming.

This word makes me angry because I had a hard time pronouncing it when I was younger, a few people made fun of me because of it as well.

I'm right up there with poster #2 with the negative words. I actually hate the word hate, because its a such a strong word and shouldn't be used as a replacement for 'great dislike' - if I wanted to say I greatly disliked something, I'd say I greatly dislike something. But hate has to be held one level beyond great dislike in my book. For example, "I really like you" isn't quite the same as "I love you" - amirite? Anyway, in old Greek they had far more words to describe types of love and levels of hate than we do nowadays. =D

I dislike 'Penis' and 'Vagina'. Especially when I'm reading a fanfiction and the author uses them while describing the sex. For some reason they just don't sound right in my mind. There are also a lot of other words that I dislike, but most of them are chat-speak text like "plz", "u", and other abbreviations/mispelled words.

Seeing this reminds me of the time my dad mentioned watching a movie and the girl in the film referred to her breasts as 'Play-bags'. I went totally "What the feck? o_O" It struck us both as odd how a girl would describe her breasts with such a degrading term. Of course, it wasn't her fault that the script was written that way, but still...

I completely agree with the "new use" of the word gay.
Gay means two things:
Happy & joyious
Liking someone of the same sex.
That is all!
Boob is iffy for me, I always say chest or breasts, but trying to be cuties I'll say boobies a lot, so will my fiance. >.>;
For words I dislike, like. Just the fact that stupid teenage preppy girls have to use it thirty times in a ten word sentence is aggravating, redundant, & ridiculous.
& I guess this technically isn't a word, but stereotyping people probably comes off worse to me than hearing words.
Calling someone one thing because of how they dress, 1) isn't right, 2) makes them self-conscious over clothes that they just like to wear.
Let people dress how they want & stop belittling them over it!

Any racist word no matter how it is used. I don't even care if it's for a joke. I take offense to them all, because I don't think anyone should be looked down upon just because they are different.

I'm another one against using "gay" as an adjective for stupid and whatnot. It makes absolutely no sense. There's another word that is common slang for gay, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it. It used to be slang for cigarette, if that clears things up.
