(( Okay, for those who read this Topic and decide to post in it. DONT, unless you're accepted in the OOC Topic! I repeat, Don't post here, unless you're accepted in the OOC Topic!!!! c: Anyways, lets start it off! ))
-----------------

“Tower to F4, Checkmate.” A long, black-haired man with a little smile said, whipping his hair out of his face. The older man in front of him looked at the chessboard and plucked at his goatee.

“You’re actually right….” Kinase whispered. Scorpius stood up from the table and gave his father a hand, the smile around his face kept getting wider. He turned away and walked off, his father kept looking at the board while rethinking all his moves. The young male on the other hand, decided that he had something better to do. When he came outside, a house cleaner walked his way with his coat, he kindly declined and asked for his horse instead. It only took a few seconds for her to run away, and come back with Eleanor, Scorpius’ horse. He stepped onto the noble animal and rode off; the small details on his clothes began to move around in the wind.

This was a standard day for him, playing a game of chess with his father and then taking a ride through the outskirts of various cities. He saw people walking around calmly and talking, holding their grocery shopping in their hands or in a basket. This was the calmest day of the week for Scorpius, this was the one day on which he could sit back and relax. He noticed several younger teenagers walking around in their black robes, students of Sammael’s School of Magic and Art. He had studied there for a year or two, but had never liked the methods; it was like the teachers and methods drained out your conscience, your will to think of your own.

Even on their free days, they were training like soldiers. However, their movements, their ways of walking and talking, were too perfect. Seeing two graduated students of that school spar with each other, is like seeing a dance, a dance between two who are ready to die at the blade of the other. Their magic was just as beautiful, both the incantations of self-made spells and the execution were outstanding. There was something wrong with it though, every time he saw people of that school, he felt uncomfortable. Everyone in Niflheim could sense the negative energy sprouting out of their bodies, uncontrollable anger or other unexplainable emotions. He looked over his shoulder; he always did that when people stared at him.

A small group of boys, a few of them glared at his direction, Scorpius’ felt the weight of his sword pressing on his back. He was known as a dropout of Sammael’s School, but also as a former member of Solasol’s Execution Force, both weren’t the best titles you could attain in your life. He could hear them talk, but no clear words or understandable sentences. Too bad his horse didn’t feel like leaving as fast as he did.

"Hey, do you think I can take on a former Execution Force Member?" A brown haired boy asked his comrades as he eyed the man on horseback passing by.

"No doubt." another boy replied with a laugh. "He's an ex-member right. He's probably too weak to have kept his post. Heard he ran away from a fight that's why he lost his title." the student lied.

"You saying I'm so weak that I could only win against a weakling?" the first boy asked, annoyance in his voice.

"Maybe. You did mess up against Conner. Lord Sammael said you should improve your footwork." the other boy retorted.

"What do you think Zmrazene?" the brown haired boy asked, turning to another boy quietly reading a book. "You think I can win if I fought that ex-Force?"

Stephen's eyes remained transfixed to the pages of his book. He couldn't care less what foolish fights his classmates would get into. He was more interested in perfecting his skills as a paladin and keeping a perfect academic record. Studying for the day's tests took priority at the moment. "Do what you want." he replied disinterestedly. He finished reading the last few lines of a paragraph before turning to the next page.

The confident boy huffed at his red haired classmate's lack of enthusiasm but didn't seem to make good on his proposal to fight the man. Even though he talked big, he was no fool. He knew that Valentino was no coward and was nowhere near a weakling. He would love to face a member of the king's elite, even if he was just a former member. But at this time he couldn't. They still had classes to return to later on and he didn't want to ruin his uniform.

Scorpius could nearly taste the arrogance of some boys in the air, which he despised. Eleanor began to jump a bit, her front legs lifted of the ground. The young man quickly placed his hand on the horse’s temple, stroking the spot to calm her down. Scorpius’ eyes shifted when he heard a single word pass a boy’s lips.
“….weakling…”

He turned Eleanor around and walked up the group of boys, his long black hair falling in front of his eyes, the sheath of his rapier sticking out at his left side. He never wore his armour during a stroll, why would he? No one was stupid enough to attack him all of the sudden or rob him. His lips were curled up in a smile.

“Arrogance is a sin…” Were the simple words, which passed Scorpius’ curved lips, the tone at which he said it, was cold, and a bit teasing.
“Or are you… Willing to prove that you weren’t just being arrogant like a student of this school is supposed to be?”

The other boys in the group turned to their de facto leader with "Ohs" and wide grins and laughter. All except The red haired student who continued to read.

"What are you going to do now Tiberius? Gonna fight him or not?" asked the snarky boy who had taunted the leader earlier.

"Pshh." said the brown haired boy with a smirk before turning to face the Valentino. "Is it a hobby of yours to pick on students, sir?"

At those words the other boys laughed. Tiberius was the best Warrior in training they had ever met. He had even won against full fledged Warriors who were teaching at the school. He would also often lead his posse around the town after school and pick fights with wandering swordsmen and brawlers just to sharpen their abilities even further. It was one of the reasons the young Lord Zmrazene hung out with them. He didn't doubt Tiberius' skills but already knew his fellow student was in way over his head.

"Walking. Thats all I ever do nowadays" -I think to my self as I walk through a little town. "Walking and... hold on whats this?" My thoughts change as I round a corner and almost crash into a group of boys and a man. At first glance there seemed to be nothing particular about this group. But something told me to look again. "hmn..." I mutter as I notice the arrogance virtually filling the air round this group.
"Well then Sapara, shall we go and see what the hubbub is all about between those four?" Laughing at a remark only I could hear I move foward to make my presence known "Excuse me , but why do you look like your about to fight-" glances at the boy quickly my eyes taking him in and judging his and then Scorpius's skill. "this young boy? After all your skill far surpasses his." Turning to the boy I look him up and down again. " You should run along... what was your name?" Waits for one of the boys to answer before I continue "Tiberius you are much too young and inexperienced to battle this man now. Perhaps, in ten, twenty years you may stand a chance; but , till then you are too young."
Through out this whole time i was speaking i did not once raise my voice or change my tone, but it still had the same effect; a spine tingling rush of dread running up their spines. Remaining standing there i watch to see if my words would have the better effect; them leaving.

Tiberius glared at the boy who had given his name so freely to a stranger. While most of the group seemed intimidated by the purple haired sword wielder, the gray eyed leader along with a few others were not. With an arrogant smirk, the boy addressed the girl. "Kid, you're too young to be telling me what to do."

Green eyes shifted from the illustrations in his book to the newcomer. There was something different about the girl's weapon. It seemed like it was alive. Well, whatever it was, Stephen didn't care as long as no one bothered his reading.

"Perhaps. Sapara; but we must not forget that he is curently studying under sammael." Looks over at the boy reading "Perhaps... " My voice trails off before I shake my head and turn to the bold boy. "Smiling I look up at him "hmn how about a test then?" i ask my grin widening "oh shush Sapara" I toss over my shoulder "I wont kill him. look Ill even give him a handy-cap." To the boy " so how about it? And if you win you get to battle the mister here" points over my shoulder at Scorpius. "however," at this my voice grew distictly colder and filled with power. "if i win i want to hear nothing of you ever battling another person again got that?" As he opened his mouth to scorn me and what not i change my tone to mocking "or are you to chicken to fight a youngling like me?"

Scorpius stepped off his horse and smirked, moving his hands through his hair before patting Eleanor on her side. She jumped a bit and rode off by herself, no one would try to steal her, they’d have their hands cut off within a second.
“No offense little Miss.” Scorpius said towards the purple haired girl, he had noticed that her sword spoke. He took Leon out of his sheath, the thin and extremely sharp blade of his rapier moved over the ground.

“But as an ex-student of this school, I’d love to see how a fight with another student turns out…” Scorpius said before raising his blade up in front of his face.
“Let me reply to your question, Tiberius, I don’t pick on little boys, I teach them the manners they fail to learn at this school.”

His lips curled up even wider, his beautiful green eyes narrowed a bit, and he stared into the gray eyes of the brown haired young man. He had seen many boys like him during his time at Sammael’s School, at that time; he managed to beat all of them with the least effort.
“Magic, Swordplay… I don’t mind, I’ve outclassed so many.”

"I'm sure mister... Scorpius was it; that you could handle these boys just fine but it drives the point home so much faster if one who is smaller then them beats them dont you agree?" Yurning my head away to look over my left shoulder "Yes, yes, Sapara, I know but... " pauses again adviously listening to something before I sigh in resignation "Oh, alright then," I mutter semi crossly "Have it your way then, Sapara, I wont fight these youngling yet" sighs as I toss back in a lightly teasing tone "You ruin all my fun you know?" Turns towards the reading boy and plops down beside him wanting to watch the outcome. "Hmn... Only question is how long can the boy keep up with him..."

"Running away kid?" began the boy who seemed second in command. "You sure talked big for a coward." The grinning boy had shoulder length blond hair and startling blue eyes. He then turned towards the slightly taller leader. "Feeling like sharing, chief?"

"Sorry, but I'm an honorable kind of guy. One on one is just fine." he replied with a smile. As with before, his closest followers laughed. They knew he wasn't as fair as he claimed. It was a creed he easily adopted from the school. Fighting is never fair. The other boys backed off to give the man and Tiberius space to fight. They knew it could get fierce and they didn't want to get caught up in it. Five of them, however, stayed at the front of the group, eager to have a close view of the battle.

Stephen sighed and finally closed his book. Looking at the fighters he saw the eagerness for blood on the boy's face.
Tiberius stood tall at the forefront, the fitting image of a leader. He carried multiple short swords. Two were on his back, four were at his sides. However, these weren't his only weapons. The sly leader also carried hidden daggers tipped with a paralyzing poison. It was one of the reasons he had won so many battles.
Already he could sense the dark bloodlust emanating from the leader as well as his companions. They weren't like this when he had first met them. But time and teachings at the school had changed them so much. They had become soldiers, hungry for battle and unconcerned for the lives of their opponents.

"Well sir, let's not forget the niceties of a duel." The steely eyed boy unsheathed a sword at his hip. He would start with one though he could easily wield two. "My name is Tiberius Rigel, son of Sir Cassius Rigel of Lord Nicola's army. May I know my opponent's name?" he asked, although he already knew.

Turning towards the second boy who had spoken and the five with him. " You look like you could provide a bit of entertainment. Wanna give me a try? All of you against little old me; Hardly seems fair doesnt it?" Smirks as I stand into a fighters crouch opting for the second hand fighters so that I can truly ram the battle into these foolish boy's minds "Come come I won't even use Sapara or my other weapon. Ill just use my hands, will that make it easier for you?" Smirks as I apply a mocking tone to my words delibertly trying to rile the boys up.

Scorpius’ smile grew even wider; his eyes narrowed a bit more, leaving only two small slits.

“Scorpius Valentino, son of Lord Kinase Valentino, from the Southern District of Niflheim. Ex-Member of Solasol’s Execution Force.” He said, so calm and at such ease that it was nearly terrifying. He had seen the bloodlust on the boy’s face; he was far more observing than some knew. His blade twisted around in his hand, vertically, spinning around a bit. He put his hair together with a small rubber band and bowed down towards his opponent.

“Don’t think, I’ll go easy on those of a young age, Tiberius.” Scorpius exclaimed swiftly, after those words, his rapier shot forwards. The black-haired man only took a quick step forwards and stabbed towards his opponent, before hitting, he would pull back and reposition his strike. He was good at faking attacks or tiring opponents out by making them block constantly.

"Hey Crow, I wanna practice." said one of the braver boys as he cracked his knuckles and stepped towards the girl. "Lemme give her a shot." He had a wicked grin on him as he cast his black eyes stare at the girl no taller than he was.

"Alright Ben." the blond haired boy replied with amusement. Ben specialized in hand to hand combat so it seemed fitting for him to fight the unarmed girl.

Without waiting for another word, the enthusiastic lad already threw a punch towards the girl and started moving their battle to an open space nearby. Now the other boys had two fights to keep an eye on.

Meanwhile, Tiberius flinched after the fake strike but regained his composure quickly. He had to be more focused now. A member of Solasol's Execution Force the man was indeed. Swiftly he lunged at the man, aiming for his neck. But this was a ruse as he gracefully spun to the right to stab at the man's side.

The black haired man crouched down and moved his sword around to parry the strike, he was much faster due to his long and light sword. He managed to see the other short swords Tiberius carried with him. Scorpius decided to change his tactics for a brief moment, second attack; his sword harshly stabbed against the other sword’s blade. He was far more accurate than some would think; he just needed to make sure Tiberius wouldn’t grab onto his other blades.

“You truly are a fighter of Sammael’s School; a quick turn is mostly good enough to take out a man, just like those tiny blades of you. However, you’re no match.” Scorpius said softly as he got a bit closer, quick slashes and lunges from various angles followed his words. The air began to feel tense and warm; he was getting into the fight. From a distance, he could see Eleanor running back again, she carried what he needed.

“Good ol’ Joshua and his ways of knowing what to do.”

My smile grew wider as he hit a blank space where I had been a moment ago. " I told you not to underestimate me." I mutter as I come up with an upper cut followed swiftly by a chop to the back of the knee. As the boy staggered from the two quick hits, I had already grabbed his hand, bending it backwards, and forcing him to the ground in less then 15 seconds. springing away I smile.

"Would you like to try again? Oh wait thats right I havent introduced my self" Smacks myself upside the head "My name is Naiaia Zaiannamai, the wandering warrior, the night walker, and druid; and you sir, are in a heap of trouble" Crouches and waits for them to rush me "Now come at me all at once, only then might you have a chance. and yes come with weapons" I say as I see a few of them hesitate. "or I shall come to you."

"Heh, I don't need to fight weaklings. Getting stronger is what I aim for and fighting fierce opponents such as yourself is the only way to test myself." He reached for a sword on his back. Tiberius decided it was time to fight with two blades to give him a better advantage against the warrior. He was already unable to block some of the attacks the man had thrown at him with just one. "Please don't distract yourself from me. I won't be looked down upon so easily."
With agility he moved forward again, his blades slashing away at blinding speed. Left, down, right, up, his movements were like a dance, a swords dance to be exact. Adding kicks and elbow jabs to his fighting style, the fierce boy was aiming only to win. Winning was everything as his teacher had taught him.

Ben staggered up, anger in his dark eyes. He disliked the fact that he had been brought down so easily. And by a girl no less. At the girl's invitation, three other boys jumped to the boy's side. One wielded a halberd, obviously a lancer in training. Another was a shaman specializing in fire attacks. The smallest of them, however, was not one with the least ability. In a matter of moments, the small boy morphed into a feral form, now a large growling beast man. He was a werewolf. While Ben headed the charge, the lancer rushed to her left, aiming to slice off a leg. The werewolf jumped over the girl's petite frame and aimed to bite her from the back. The fire mage, however held back and waited for an opportunity to strike. Though it seemed like a bum rush, the group of boys were actually coordinating their attacks. Many times have they fought as a team.

Crow did not join his friends and stayed where he was. His arrogant and easy going demeanor had faded after hearing the girl's introduction. With a frown, he returned his attention to Tiberius' battle. He had heard of the Lady Death and was disappointed to already realize the outcome of the other battle. He just hoped his comrades didn't get themselves killed while playing with her.

Most of the people on the street now had their eyes on the battles between the children and the lone adult. They, like the more fearful boys had backed as far away from the two fights as they could. While the weaker boys of Tiberius' crew had run off to the safety of the larger audience, more students from Lord Sammael's school seemed to have caught wind of the commotion and have arrived to watch. Crow and Stephen were the only two left standing in the space between the two groups of combatants, one had resumed his reading while the other watched the one on one duel.

Slices, slashes and punched were thrown at him, even though most moves were very common to him, he couldn’t block, evade or parry them all. He was taller and was easier to hit than most, a harsh elbow jab against his jaw got him off guard. A quick slash over his back caused him to take his distance. As Eleanor rushed through the crowd, he smiled. He placed his rapier into the ground and pushed himself up, balancing on the thin weapon with such incredible grace. His eyes still locked with Tiberius, the smile around his face got cockier. He landed behind Tiberius, besides his horse, his hand was already on the weapon he needed.

Scorpius dashed forwards with both weapons, he swirled the incredibly long halberd around above his head, that he could handle such a weapon with one hand while wielding another one. Clash. Clash. Clash. The halberd slammed into the weapons of the opponent with an amazing force, it kept going while circling around in the air. He and Tiberius had one thing in common; they had the same, stupid, attitude. One of them would win, even though, for both winning was everything. Scorpius began to take steps in circles around his opponent, a red rose sprouted from his footsteps. That was the beauty of his fighting style, his grace and the roses, the blood red roses that shattered as his blade ran through them.

“… Sammael has taught you the right things to be a soldier. But Solasol taught me something better, that dying isn’t the worst thing which can happen in a duel!” Scorpius shouted, the end of the Halberd slammed against Tiberius chin in an upward motion, the blade followed quickly.

Leaping up into the air i flip fowards over the halberd weilder and ben to land in front of the fire caster. " bet you thought id forgotten about you didnt you." moving quickly i slam into him knocking his breath out of him in a whoosh of air. I then pressed on a spot at the back of his neck knocking out and out of the fight. spinning I catch the halberd between both my hands before flipping over it sideways to slam my foot into the weilders face.
"Two" My voice isnt even breatheless as I wear a smile adviously having fun. turning i know face the feral form and ben once again this time waiting for their move. "Your turn"

"Guh, another weapon?!" Tiberius said as he backed up and blocked the blade that was coming up with great effort. The pain from his jaw was intense but he had to shake it off. He threw his left hand sword at Scorpius and with fast flowing movements reached into his right sleeve with his free hand. "That's.." A second afterwards, small daggers came flying at the circling ex-Force member. "..cheating!!"
The sword that was thrown was both an attack and another distraction. It was a technique he liked to use to hide the smaller paralysis inducing blades he would throw. Quickly he rearmed himself with another sword and lunged towards the man once more, believing there was no way he could block the single blade and poisoned daggers, followed by the new double sworded attack. He was pitting a lot on this chance. The man's lightning fast rapier and powerful halberd attacks were truly like nothing he'd seen before. The rose petals weren't helping either as they blocked some of his sight.

The werewolf growled and quickly dashed for the girl, aiming for her left shoulder. Meanwhile Ben took the right and aimed a powerful kick to her side. The fire caster was out but the halberd user had regained his footing and sent a vertical slash straight at her.

Scorpius slammed the thrown sword down, and felt the small daggers pierce his body, soon after that felt Tiberius’ sword impale him, he moved onto his toes on the last moment, taking the blow on a non-lethal part. He kept smiling. The smile now was more creepy, his hand kept swirling his halberd around while the other held the rapier loosely.
“Poison…” He whispered, he took a step forwards, letting the sword pierce through him.

Roses began to grow around them, long roses filled with thorns, and coloured in such a beautiful red way. They began to twirl around Tiberius’ legs first, and moved upwards, piercing their long thorns into his skin, it wasn’t just one rose which did that. Hundreds of roses sprouted from the ground around Scorpius’ opponent, and swirled around him. Scorpius placed the tip of his rapier against Tiberius’ neck and the blade of the halberd onto his back.

“You’ve lost the game.” He whispered out, painfully.

"grinning I step back, grab the beast, and spinning him around in mid air take the shash from around my waist and hog ties him. I then spinn again to the side this time planting my back to Ben as I grab the halberd user and, pinning him in much the same manner I had Ben earlier, knocked him out with a tap to the side of his neck. Standing, I then turn my body at the last second, as Ben changes his attack patern to compinsate for my movement. I lash out with my foot to his gut before pulling him foward and sitting on him. "my, my, ben you make such a comfy seat. perhaps you should change your profession."

Tiberius struggled a little against the painful thorns before finally conceding. "It seems I have." he said with another arrogant smirk. He knew that the man had suffered a more damaging blow than his own many cuts and bruises, but he could still move. The muscle stopping poison he used would take a few minutes to fully paralyze someone so his opponent could easily thrust the weapons through him before the it took full effect.

Ben tried his best to get Naiaia off of him but it seemed like no matter how hard he struggled, the girl wouldn't budge. Not only that, the pain from her blow was quite crippling. The werewolf growled ferociously but all it could do was wiggle against the strong binds. It didn't seem to occur to him to change back to his smaller form to get free. Now the lancer was down as well. This defeat was depressing to the blond haired boy but it was expected.

"All right Crow, I'm calling it a quits. Looks like I need more training." the gray eyed boy called out to his second in command.

"I told ya so." the second in command sneered, his merry manner returning to him. "Alright guys, that's enough. You heard the boss." he added, turning to the two boys who were still conscious and struggling. Reluctantly they stopped and waited for assistance. Crow nudged the distracted Stephen and pointed towards the boys who fought the purple eyed girl while he himself walked over to the two more heavily injured men. "I can heal your wounds if you'd like, sir. I have the antidote for the poison as well." he said in an uncharacteristically humble manner but still with a grin.

Stephen sighed as he closed his book and made his way towards the two unconscious boys. He didn't have as much Clerical training as Crow did but he could heal people. White Magic was inherent in his blood. "You know, you can go back to human form Jericho." he said to the werewolf. A small, embarrassed whimper escaped from the beast and soon he was a small boy again, removing the belt from his arms and legs. Stephen carried the two unconscious boys with ease and walked over to the girl. He was used to carrying heavy weights since the burden of his armor and weapons was nothing to laugh at. "Excuse me miss. You're on my friend." he said to her with a serene expression on his face.

Since the fight seemed to be over, the crowd of spectators slowly dispersed leaving only those who had actual business on the street behind.

"oh!" i say with a shout of surprise "why so I am" as if I hadn't noticed. Standing up i turn around offering a hand to help Ben up. You boys fought well together. Work with each other more. Dont be so quick to leave you team mate behind. Youll be surprised were some simple curtesies in this world would take you. As to me," I begin brushing myself off knocking off some of the roads dust. " I shall continue on my jorney good day" turning I move to my sash, pick it up, and twirling some freeing what dust landed in it. With a simple flick of my wrist it had wrapped around me looking once more like a plain sash; before I start to move back towards the orchards.

"Thank you." Stephen replied with a bow. After the boy had gotten up, he wrapped an arm around his painful stomach. Her kick was powerful indeed. Ben and Jericho could only glare at the girl while silently listening to her advice. What could they say? She had finally pummeled into them the sense to fear her. Begrudgingly they held their tongues as she walked off the victor. The group turned towards the two lead boys, now waiting for them to be finished. They needed to hurry and return to the school as their time for rest between morning and afternoon lessons was nearly over. Lord Sammael would not tolerate lateness from any student.

"Oh yes I know Sapara it was kinda neccesary though" Sitting on a building not far from where we had fought the boys I watch the people passing by in there own little word. "You know I couldnt have done that, that boy was still under the teachings of Sammael. We can only hope that he will not lose his heart like so many others have already done." Pauses listening for a moment before I respond wistfully "Hmn... maybe we should arrange for him to recieve a weapon much like you Sapara... it would befit him nicely... but yes I agree Sapara we must watch and judge him before we give him the honor. Oh well the day waxes strong and Im tired. Wake me if something important happens." And with those words I promptly laid back, and fell asleep.
