Does anyone here listen to soundtracks?

If I really like a film I usually get the soundtrack to it (if it exists). I've bought: The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship and Two Towers CD's, the first Harry Potter movie soundtrack (just because I was a massive dork at the time and really, the music was good), District 9, Wall-e, Legend, Transformers 1 instrumental and vocal versions, Transformers 2 instrumental (didn't much care for the movie, but I loved the music), Forbidden Kingdom and Nightmare Before Christmas.

I'm pretty sure I have others, but I can't remember them at the moment XP

I just think some soundtracks are really well made. I find the ones I get are better than the crap that generally plays on the radio. And soundtracks are about the instrumental stuff I listen too (with the exception of things like the New Age genre and a few other exceptions).

I have a few though I wouldn't say as much as you seem to have. :)

My favorites are probably the 'Queen of the Damned' soundtrack, and 'Sweeney Todd' soundtrack, those films were filled with epic songs.

I have several soundtracks that I listen to. I have the Heroes and Villains Soundtrack which is a Powerpuff Girls Soundtrack for the cartoon. It is full of all my favorite 80's/early 90's bands. I've also got A Knight's Tale soundtrack, The Final Fantasy 8 piano soundtrack, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Blue's Brothers, almost all of the Ghibli movie Soundtracks, and several others. Though really, I don't listen to soundtracks all that often. Usually I just buy the album of the artists I like.

The only two I have are the Twilight soundtrack and the Transformers soundtrack. My favorite of the two would be the Transformers one, because Transformers had some awesome music.

I get video game soundtracks because I am attached to instrumentals. The only movie soundtrack I liked was the Daredevil one but I usually do not like all the songs. If I like some, I download off iTunes or something.

Game soundtracks rock!

Mostly only game ones for me (All Four Halo ones [including ODST], Bladestorm: The One Hundred Years War, Metal Gear Solid 3 [my favorite MG game], FFX, so on)

I never really go for movie ones cause I'd rather just watch the movie to listen to it (and I'd rather listen to a game Soundtrack or regular CD in the car)

Though I suppose there's one I might want. I just haven't heard it yet, where ever it is.

I don't listen to many and I own none but I really love the soundtrack to the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie.

I will usually just go on limewire and download the songs I like, if I only like one from the soundtrack there isn't any point getting them all.
Though I do like the Grease soundtrack, Mamma Mia & Dirty Dancing.
