So I'm curious, how OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) are all of you??? Not the least bit, slightly, average, or majorly???
For me, I'd say that I'm majorly OCD. For example, during dinner today - I was put my soda to the left of my plate, since there was an empty cup in the way of where my soda was. I got annoyed since I kept almost grabbing the empty cup instead of my soda, so I moved the cup forwards, and put my soda where the cup just was. My step brother was watching, and pointed that out, saying that I'm so OCD that I don't even know it. Then I noticed that there were a few DVD's outta place on the shelf, so then I fixed them by pushing them back in.
But yeah, if there is something outta place, I fix it. If something doesn't seem right to me, I'll fix that problem. If something is sideways, I'll fix it. I also wash my hands like ****ing crazy >.< Oh, and my friend showed me this one poster (which she had in her slide show for health) that bothers me SO much DX
Anyways, post things that you guys do.

Well, I am majorly in my opinion. Like, when I copy and paste something on the computer, I Have to click copy at least 3 times, Idk why. When I set an alarm, I have to set it at least 5 times, otherwise I am afraid it won't go off. I can't stand "popped" collars, tags sticking out of shirts. I also push DVD's in on my shelf. I have to have my drink on the right side. I also hate odd numbers on the tv volume...Volume has to be an even number. I am very OCD about "fat" silverware...If it has a handle that's too wide, I refuse to use it. It's only happened at home. I have a different set of spoons, forks, and knives than the rest of my family. Turns out, my sis's bestfriend has teh same issue, so she uses mine when she comes over, lol. My tendencies can get annoying to even me, but I've never had to go to a doc or anything for it.

I have a couple of quirky habits, but nothing that would make it where I struggle to function which would require help. I think the biggest thing (that really gets hubby lol) is I am extremely anal about locking the door, and I will test twice to see if the door has locked properly. I'm always worried I'm going to not lock it and walk off or something. It's one of those things you do without even thinking...Except I lock it and check it twice as a habit.
I'm also one of those people who will either give myself 150% or I won't give at all. And it applies in all aspects of my life. If I get something done, I want it done right and I want it done perfectly. It's something my high school art teacher pointed out to me and when I told my husband how that comment has stuck with me he's like that is SO true!

I have a couple habbits like that too. Like if someone moves my eraser i'll get really mad for no reason and put it back in its place, and like that picture if that was real I would put the pencil back in its place. It just bothers me when things are out of place. XD

I wouldn't say I'm OCD I just like my stacks to be straight and stacked from largest item to smallest, or in alphabetical order, or both, yeah I guess I am a bit OCD ;>.>

JennaDoll - I do a few of those things too. Like, yesterday my step mom's tag was sticking outta her shirt, and I was gonna go over and fix it. But then she walked away, so I didn't notice it anymore XD. And about the silverware thing, I'm sorta the same way. Though I always like to grab the longest fork or whatever outta the drawer. Or I'll grab the odd looking silverware that I like. I don't know. I'm odd like that o.O. Also when I'm cooking, I have to use the dishes that I'M used to using. Like, when I make omelets for example, there are a few spatulas that I could pick from. But I always have to use a certain one to flip the omelet XD
Izumi - I'm not the same way when it comes to locking the door, I just lock it, check it once, and then leave. But when it comes to being perfect with something, I'm a complete perfectionist. If something doesn't come out right, then I'll give up and won't bother with whatever I was working on. Or I'll start all over again. Though this drives me crazy, seeing as I'm an artist. And whenever I finish a drawing, I always notice all of my flaws @.@
DemonCat - Ugh, I hate when people move my stuff, it drives me crazy. I'm like, "I PUT THAT RIGHT THERE FOR A REASON, DON'T MOVE IT!". My step brother liked to move my soda, and I'd always move it right back to where it just was. And yeah, it also drives me crazy when things are outta place. I'd always make sure that things were perfect on my desk XD
Sixkiller - I'm the same way. I hate when things aren't stacked perfect, and aren't from biggest to smallest e.e, and I had one of those OCD moments with my manga. I put my manga in the order of how I got it, and then I got tired of having to take a minute to find what series I was looking for. So I took out all my manga, and put it in alphabetical order. But when it comes to my games, I have them in order from my favorite to least favorite. And my favorite ones are to the right, and least favorite to the left. Also when it comes to my dresser. The top of it may look cluttered, but I know where everything is. My girlfriend tried to move things to where she wanted them. And it drove me crazy since nothing was where I wanted it @.@ (so when she wasn't looking, I moved things back XD)

i can be sometimes. mostly with just keeping papers organized. like, i'm having a lot of trouble right now keeping all of my important papers in place cuz i don't have any folders for them, and it's driving me crazy! plus, whenever i play cards, i always like to keep the pile of cards neat and tidy. i can't stand it if they're scattered everywhere!
this just kinda reminds me of an icon that i recently found. it says "i'm CDO, it pretty much the same as OCD, except the letters are in order like they should be." i think that's what it said anyway.

I'm not really all that OCD but there are some things that just have to be a certain way or else it will really bug me until it's fixed.

I am slightly, but it's just little things. When I have to mark readers notes in my book for my english class. They have to be perfectly straight with the text, and an certain amount at the end has to stick out. I have to stack my things from largest to smallest otherwise it just looks awkward if something small is below something large. With my book collection I have to have it in alphebetical order by series and numerical order within the series. My friends say I'm OCD about the condition about my books, because i don't want the binding to begin to bend. I can't stand when people fold pages in my books because that crease will always be there. That's what bookmarks are for.

OCD is an unnatural anxiety that can only be eased by a repetitive and/or ritualistic action. In that sense, I don't believe I have OCD. Like everyone, I have little oddities such as items having to be in certain places and what not. But I don't think I would classify any of it anything as severe as obsessive compulsive.

Im quite OCD but in a different way. I cannot have anything being neat, if something is in a neat pile i just cant focus, I cant even sleep. (yes i know im weird). People could say it is just because im lazy or a slob (they wouldn´t be wrong there) but I think OCD does not only have to be a "neat freak", it can also be a person who can´t have order.

When I was at work, people used to say that I was OCD when it came to cleaning. I just didn't like working around spills that I or other people made, so instead of cleaning up when there was perhaps a better time, I'd sometimes stop what I was doing and wipe up the mess. I've gotten better about it now, so I can actually wait until a lull in the action to take care of it. I don't mean huge spills, but just little spots here and there.

Well, considering I am neither a psychologist nor a psychiatrist and therefore am no way qualified to diagnose myself ...
I'd say I'm average, but I feel more OCD on what I do on the net than in real life.
Now I design websites (not yet for a living), and this attitude may be in part because of how in web design, if only one thing is off the entire web page is broken, but it also how I feel what I make needs to be perfect for me.

The picture didn't bother me. I really don't think I am that OCD but maybe slightly. My brother has a lot of pens laying down around his monitor and keyboard but I don't really care. So that would be a points off in being OCD. o.o

I dont know if i would really onsider myself OCD
im a somewhat messy person but there are some things i like to keep in order but i dont really make sure theyre in order all the time lol xD
i make sure all my books are pushed all the way into the bookshelf, or i organize all my stuff to be together like i dont really like putting my chargers in different places around the room i like to know were to find everything, although it gets hard when the room starts to get messy xD i just kind of fix little things that seem out of place occasionally too but i dont do any of this stuff constantly
