Ok, a few things:
This thread is going to serve as the RP itself. DO NOT POST unless you're the one RPing with me. I haven't made an RP in a while.
Onto the story.

Background: Welcome to Oran, a planet mostly covered in water. This extention of the human race seems to be in the Victorian age, although technology has allowed for giant steam driven machines to thrive. This being a planet of water, it is mostly ship controlled. Humanity has clustered on the few islands that exist or settled on the new man-made islands scattered across the globe. However, the ships are no longer limited by sea, for they have taken to the skies. 5000 years have past since the age of the airship, huge hunks of metal rule the skies. And where there are ships, there are pirates. The most famous of these pirate airships was the Leviathain, the biggest one of them all. It disappeared hundreds of years ago and hasn't been seen since, untill now...

Story: You are a young girl living on an island near the equator. The airship craze hasn't taken over entirely on this island, and you feel deprived of adventure. One day you spot an odd boy (me) at the marketplace. He is buying up most of the food and carying it around in a wheelbarell. He's obviously not from around here, so you decide to trail him. Eventually he leads you to a hidden cove where the largest ship you have seen is docked. The boy boards the ship with the food. A few seconds later you're spotted and captured, and ship takes off into the sky.

Bio (background): The only son of the late Captain, he has inherited his father's ship. However, he prefers to use the observatory in the back, so he appointed a new captain, even though most of the crew sees him as the head authority leader. Doesn't like to talk about his past much. Has a great appreciation for science and art.
Personality: Despite the picture, he's mostly cheery. He is a good person to come to when you have a problem and he has a very good eye for detail. However, he can be a bit reckless.
Weapons/Powers: The ship XD, His scimitar.

Personality: Curious, calm and collected. Pretty naive and at other times plain cold and annoyed. Acts wiser than she is, values knowledge and wisdom most.
Weapons/Powers: Magic, elven and purifying. And elemental Bending. Though she needs her violin to do both, except for teleportation of non-living things. That's how she would get her violin when in trouble.
Anything I forgot :p : ._. ugh... Ah! She got almost white eyes and hair. But when you look a bit closer, you can see her hair is just a whitish shade of purple, and her eyes just a whiter shade of yellow. Uhmmm....
