I love my hubby so much! He got me a lovely opal necklace with matching earrings and a ring. We had a weekend away from home with the in laws watching the kids and had 2 uninterrupted days of grown up time. We drank wine, saw movies above a PG rating, and stayed up all hours of the night without worry of of one of our little darlings waking us up at 6am. So my fellow Menewshans, what did your valentine do to tickle you this year?

That's cool! My boyfriend got me 6 balloons, a rose that lights up, chocolate, earrings, and a penguin watch. We celebrated early because I had to work all day today, but now I am relaxing with him. We had a good dinner and movie as well. We didn't have a lot of money to spend but he made this the best valentines day I've ever had.

We went to sonic and watched a movie >.< but I dk. It was fun ^_^

My husband is in a different state, so we didn't do anything... I sent him a card earlier this week, but that's it. ._.

My husband was away last Valentines day training for a job. I missed him so much.

It's hard... but I'm pretty used to it. We've been apart for a long time because of the economy.

I was at his house, and he made me lunch. I gave him heart candies (those that says I love you, call me, hug, etc), a homemade bookmark (he likes reading fantasy books) and a homemade card. We cuddles away almost the whole day X3

My boyfriend went to Boston and forgot to send me a gift. D:
So we texted.

My husband and I didn't do anything that seemed real special on the outside. We went to Walmart, bought some stuff we needed and also the Austin Powers Trilogy (he loves them and I well think they're alright too) for $12. We decided we'd pick up something to eat and then get ready for bed and cuddle and watch "Austin Powers:International Man of Mystery" and fall asleep.

When I went to lie down in bed I nearly smashed what he had hidden underneath my pillow - so he quickly grabbed it and set it to the side of me and said "Happy Valentines day, my love. It isn't much, but I didn't forget!" It was a really sweet card, he wrote a little note how he couldn't believe he found a card which actually described how he felt about us; A box of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, my favorite candy; and also a pack of eraseable highlighters I kept on looking at but never brought myself to buy. I was SO tickled pink. I thought for the longest time he just decided to write it off and do nothing that it really was a surprise and I really appreciated it.

I'm missing him right now...He's at work. :'( (He's been laid off the past couple of weeks so it feels weird!)

I stayed home for valentines day and I also babysat my little brother. I got a stuffed animal from my mum.

I actually spent Valentine's Day sledding with my brothers.

but on Friday I took my girlfriend out and we saw Dear John. the movie wasn't that great but we were the only people in the theater so it was really nice...

I got up really early and set out a box of chocolate, chocolates in the shape of a bouquet, and a card on his desk. (his other present was coming later) And he woke up a few hours later. I went and had a smoke and he disappeared, I thought he went back to bed and so I went and checked the bedroom, he wasn't there. So then I really started to fume, cause I figured he had forgotten and had run out to get a last min gift.

He came home, with a gift. It was a beautiful swarovski crystal necklace.
So we went to the fair in the afternoon, to watch my sister do the polar bear dip for charity. And we rode on the Farris wheel, and kissed under the clouds. So romantic.
And then we went out to a nice dinner, came home and snuggled all night and watched movies.

Best Valentines I ever had. I love this guy so much. He is my soulmate.
