Well brownie husband first came up on Saturday Night Live from this past week. It was a skit of Tina Fey and this new product called Brownie Husband. It was a husband, but he was a brownie. Simple enough. So I guess in the context you are hinting that it was used in, it could be a pretend husband, a fat husband, a fat husband who likes brownie, or a (maybe fat) husband who really does nothing and is usless.
