Bio:I was born into a land that I loved. Different from the others of my kind I am. Many at first feared me because I was rather dark for our time and my gift of darkness set me apart form the others of my kind. I was born with a strange set of marking on my left shoulder and the same on the back of my neck. At first my parents thought nothing of it as I did. Though my life soon changed once my powers showed themselves. My power over the darkness scarred many even my parents they took me to the elders. While I was there my parents died from a strange monster attack that occurred. The first in many to occur I am afraid. Since that day I have been raised by the elders to be a chosen as they call it I call it a weapon....but how am I a Neko suppose to fight monsters? Where are peaceful and have never fought....I am not sure how things will turn out but I do know there are others like me or their was some of the others have died that is why I was given two elements to control. I don't want to be the only one to have to fight the monsters that loom in the darkness waiting to kill us all.

Bio she was let to her own a few days after she was born. A neko man found her and took her in as his own. It was this man who made his mark on her life, and taught her everything she knew about light.

Fay stood outside the main part of the city where the lesser and unfortunate where forced to live. Her long black hair with her light blue strips hide her blue ears making her look like a stranger to her kind. If it wasn't for the markings on her left arm and the fact that she wore the belt of the elders on her waste. She moved about the ruins of their great city feeling depressed the further from the inner city she ventured. She walked for hours and ended up in a strange clearing far from the safety of the city. The clearing was full of ruble from what looked like a old forgotten temple. She walked up the crumbling gray granite stairs and walked into the granite and marble room where a large lake formed in the middle of it. She walked to the water and stared down in it at her reflection. Her eyes winded as she saw another refection in the water along with hers. She turned quickly jumping seeing her twin brother. She quickly ran to him and wrapped her arms around it hugging him tight. A smile appeared on her lips as she gently let go and stood before him happy to have him back. She missed him and was happy not to have to face the elders without now. "I didn't think you were coming back. The elders said we Chosen have to fight we have no choice. What if we're not strong enough?"

"Did I scare you little one? You know now why we must fight why we must save our kind. You see now the pain and feel the emotions of the others." He said as he looked at her his eyes reflecting love for his dear little sister. He smiled as he saw her leap at him and wrapped his own arms around her as he kissed the top of her head. He had been gone for some time and wasn't surprised that she was the first person he found now that he was back. He had thought of nothing but his little sister. He smiled as he heard his dear little one . "We are strong because we are the hope of many therefore we can't lose. Now I'll be by your side to fight along side with you."

Adella sat at the gates of the seniddle. She had long to be a part of there ranks since her father had told her about them. It had been a few years since he had died, and she felt alone in the world. She was the only one of her kind. Not quite fully human, and not quite a neko. Adella watched at a brother and sister reunited in the gates. She longed to be part of a family, to have someone to run to, someone to love. She held on to the Iron gate, and watched them.

The the twins Ran down the hall, they were late for there classes again today. They had been out way to late the night before. Lex had been chasing some girls the night before. He brother on the other hand didn't have much intrest in the oppistit sex. Rex rolled his eyes at his dear brother. "I told you... We should have come home earlier..." Rex said. Lex just smiled. "Just think one day we will be great heros and then all the babes will want us." he said. Rex just rolled his eyes again. They got to one of the big halls. "Sorry master Were late." the twins said at the same time.

Fay stared at her brother and let the feelings pass she had as she watched him welcome the other into their moment. She had learned years ago her brother was always right and what ever he did was for a reason. She smiled and gave the girl a warm smile. If her brother had been looking for her she must be a chosen as she and he where. There were others she knew and they had to be found.



Vandor shifted his eyes as he saw another by the gate and smiled giving a wave to the girl. He smiled and walked over to where the girl was. " Once shouldn't be alone in such times. You are late are you not? The elders have been expecting you element of light. I have been looking for you and the others but apparently you where here all along." He said as he stared at her his own eyes reflecting kindness and warmth as he stared at the girl. He held out his hand for the girl to take so he could lead her to the elders. "We are late for class."

Adella stood up. "What are you talking about?" she asked as she took his hand. There was something about this man was different. "You mean I'm in?" she said as her eyes filled with tears. She knew this is what her father had wanted for her. He wanted her to be free to use the powers the gods had given her. "I'm not fully Neko though." She said as she looked down at her feet. "Are you sure I'm wanted?" she asked the man.

Vandor smiled and laughed. "Chosen are chosen and you are Neko. One drop of Neko blood makes you Neko. Come we are late as it is. Do not fear you have me the and the elders on your side. I promise to have you back. My little sister Faye will be on your side as well. We have to find the others and learn as much as we can to help our people. Now don't be shy I am your friend." He said as he took her hand leading her to the school. He walked into the school and lead Adella to the class room and took a set beside her.


Faye walked along behind them quite as a mouse as she thought about how strange this was for her brother to just take to someone so easily. She didn't know the girl and wondered why she had to take up for the girl and protect her. She didn't look like a chosen but if her brother believed so she wouldn't question him yet. She walked to the class room and took her set by the window and stared out it.

Adella looked around at the other nekos. The twins caught her by surprise, they looked so much a like but yet so different. She looked back over at the guy who let her in. "What class is this?" she asked. She didn't feel like she fit in much here. Adella knew she looked more human then Neko. She was scard that no one would like her. It had been that way growing up, and even now so the neko's looked down on her.... Well most of the nekos did.

The twins looked over at her and smiled. "Names Lex." Lex said with a corny smile. Rex just waved at her and smiled.

Faye ignored the others who talked among themselves about Adella. She sat there growing ill and tired of them. Her eye's began to glow as a blue aura came from them making the others in the room move back. She glared at each and every one of them letting them know they had went far enough. The others quickly stood and and left the room leaving her, Vandor,Adella and a pair of twins in the room. She stood as she faded into how own shadow then appeared out of the windows shadow and took a set in the window seal. She was like Adella in her appearance. Her own ears where hide by all her hair making her look like a human not a neko. She knew what it was like to be made fun of and didn't want that for Adella. It was hard enough growing up being someone else burden much less having everyone make fun of you for features you do not have.She knew she had broken a rule and used her power in the open but Vandor was a chosen and Adella was apparently. She didn't know about the others but at this point it didn't matter. "The elders will be here soon. It looks like class for the others is dismissed. They should have left some time ago. We are trained differently." She said as she looked at the window.

Adella nodded. "So are the others chosen?" Adella asked as she looked at her mirror image. She didn't know what to think of the young girl. "I don't know if I should be here..." she said softly. Adella looked around the old room, this building had to be really old. The twins sat beside Adella. "Where did you come from?" they both asked at the same time. It took Adella by suprize, when they talked, mostly because she was looking around the room. "OH..." she said. "I came from the south a few towns past this one." she said.

Vandor shook his head seeing the younger Neko. Faye was a odd soul he had to admit. He turned his attention to Adella and gave her a warm smile as he sat at the desk. "You should be here dear Adella we all should. Well we can go there and help first if you like Adella. The only way we are going to learn to master our powers is to start helping." His eye's fell upon the twins as he looked at them. "Well what do we have here? I am sorry for my rudeness I am Vandor and the dark little one over there is my dear sister Faye. I didn't know there where others in our own village who where chosen. The elders will come soon. We better get to know one another we will be spending a lot of time together." His eyes shifted to Faye as she nipped at his ear making him jolt and move his head from her. He quickly cut his eye's to her letting her know she had said enough. Adella already felt like a outsider she didn't need to feel like a even more one. All chosen had a twin but as time would have it Adella's had died and gave Faye their power over darkness so in the end Faye was to be the girls twin.

Faye turned as she heard Vandor and Adella. She looked about the room and found her attention shift from the rather strange girl Adella to the twins. A smile appeared on her lips as she stared at them. She didn't know why but she liked them or seemed to anyways. They looked like they where going to be some fun and a little different from most of the others about the place. She held out her own hand as she began to play with the shadows making animals out of them then roses. She giggled as she changed one of her shadows in to a fox. The fox nuzzled her witch made her giggle. She loved that her things she made seemed to be alive having their own thoughts and needs. She liked the fox and would let it be till the elders came any how. " Don't mind the others here Adella they are rather rude. Don't be fooled by Vandor he is a real pain and can be some words. And We call him Van. Who wants such a boring name as VANDOR!" She said as she smiled at her dear twin before apparing behind him and wrapping her arms around his as she nipped at his hear in a playful manner." We are Yin and Yang. He is fire and I am Ice. Together we are great trouble. Though where is your twin?"

The twins just looked at Van and then started to laugh. "Were Rex and Lex" they said as they began to talk to one another. The twins looked over at the dark one and laughed even louder. There was something very funny about how much people that this so searous.

Adella looked down at her hands. "I don't know where my dear twin is. We got split up when we were just kids. I haven't been able to sence her in a very long time." She said as she looked up at Fay. "She was they only other one that was like me..." She said as tears came to her eyes. "I thought I was okay with her being gone." she said as she looked back down at the desk.

Faye moved back and looked at Adella then at Van then to the twins. She then looked out the door and ran from the room leaving the others. She ran till she felt herself falling. She closed her eyes and open them once she felt something wet hitting her body. She open her eyes and found herself outside in a old rose garden. The rain was pouring down as she looked about trying to see what she had ran into the knock on her the ground. She looked behind her and saw a old oak door that had been pushed open apparently by her. She had ran because of the feeling she had around the others and Adella. She was scard and sick of how Van treated Adella. He treated her and looked at her in ways she had never seen him do for any before. She was going to lose him to that girl and there was nothing she could do. She said there as the rain poured as tears fell from her own face. She just wanted to be a child carefree and not having to worry about fighting and saving others she didn't want to be a chosen but she had no choice. She longed to be like the twins with her own twin but he had died long ago once Van became so determined to find the others and save the world.

Van looked at the twins and smiled. "What a pleasure to meet you I am sure. Vandor...Van for short." He said but was cut off as he saw faye bolt from the room. He watched and then looked at Adella. " She didn't mean to up set you please forgive her Adella she hasn't been the same Neko for years. We aren't close any more witch is rather sad. We where once like Rex and Lex and knew everything about one another but I changed and it is my fault she is this way. I just wanted to save the world."

Adella just took everything in. She wasn't really ready to talk to much. She didn't know how they would react. She just sat there and waited for class. She had felt a tug on her hear when Fay left as if they were connected some how. She just didn't know how or why they would be connected. she looked over at the twins and smiled. She wished she knew what append to her own twin. She was lost with out that someone to make her whole.

Faye walked back into the school as she took her set as the rain dripped off her soaked body. She watched the man came into his class room along with the other elders. They locked the door and stared at their group. "Welcome our children. I am glad to see you have gathered yourself. Each one of you hold a gift from the elders. Each of you holds the power of life in some aspect only together can life be. The twins Rex and Lex Life and death. And you our dear Adella the light in our darkness. And Van Fire." The man's eye's shifted to Faye as she hung her head knowing what he would say. "And Faye the one that connects them. Both darkness and Ice."

Adella eyes widened. "Fay is... My" she didn't finish, she couldn't finish. She felt the tears swell in her eyes again. "Why didn't anyone tell me she was still alive? I've felt so alone for so long. I just thought that was how it was supost to be." shed said softly. Lex and Rex looked at Adella. "Its okay now you have all of us. Were your new family." the twins said, and then began to laugh again.

Faye crossed her arms over her chest as she glared at the elders. "Great....thanks so now I can die like the other linking twin. Why don't you tell them that! Or how ever chosen before us has died! You are selfish old men for making us Chosen. Putting our life on the line." She said as she grew mad.

Van shook his head as he rose and put his hand on Faye's shoulder. "That's enough. Adella is just happy to have you back. You should have been too! We have both been amiss with you. Now that is enough rejoice we are all here together and happy and safe. I am." He said as he walked over to Addella and gave her a warm hug.
