5/10.
It's a very nice spooky theme, however, whatever is going on with the eyes bothers me. It looks like you're using the silver eye makeup and then no eyes. It would probably look better with closed eyes and no eyemakeup.. the eyemakeup leaves an odd black border around the eye socket.

Also, the yin/yang symbol at the bottom but then the shoes sticking out below it is a little odd.
I'd probably go with a shorter skirt and shoes, to make the bottom half as layered and visually interesting as the top. Because as it is, it's heavy on the top, light on the bottom.

I like the colours and the idea, but honestly there's only white on the top of the head and on the feet and a little around the neck and it needs to be more spread out and use throughout the outfit in order for it to be cohesive and fit all in the right way.
