Cadence makes his way back to his new apartment, after gathering his clothes from Viktor, his ex-boyfriend's place. He grumbles. "Damn prick. Being a fucking baby." He unlocks the door annoyedly.. He stops when he sees a light under the door next to him. "Ah, neighbor?" He shrugs and tosses his clothes on the bed. He then sits on it and closes his eyes.

Hara looks out the door then she sees the new neighbor goes in. Then Hara went out and knock on the neighbor door to have a happy welcome in her ripped jeans and torn shirt.

Cadence grunts when he hears the knock, expecting it to be Viktor. "I said I was-- Oh. Hello." His annoyance changes when he sees Hara in the doorway.

Hara look at him then said " welcome " and gave him a box of candy.

Cadence takes it. "Thanks. But I'm not really new. I lived in this complex a few years back," he explains.

Hara look at him then said " Just take it i dont really wanted" then she looked at her pants

"Kay. I'm Cadence. Cadence Kyrell." He fights back an eyeroll at the possible reactions at his name. He holds out a hand for her to shake.

Hara look at him then said " Hara Tran " then poked his hand to the side

Cadence nods, leaning against the door jamb. He doesn't look too surprised at the lack of reaction to his name. His band, Shattered Emerald, wasn't super popular yet. "What do you do for fun?" he asks, while taking his hair out of the ponytail, and letting it fall down his back.

Hara looked at him and said " i play guitar and listen to music" that is basically all she does because she lives alone and has no friend since her parent died

Cadence nods, perking up. "How long have you been playing?" He looks slightly excited for some reason.

Hara looked at him strangely then she said " When i was 10" then Hara started to bite her lip

"And how old are you now? I'm nineteen, by the way." He tries to curb his bluntness a bit, not wanting to scare her off, but seems to be having issues doing so.

" im 18" starting to freak out because hes asking so many question like a detective or something. Hara want to walk away but she wanted to be nice

'Eight years,' he thinks to himself. 'Longer than Viktor by a year.' Cadence nods to himself. "You wanna be in my band?" He grimaces a tad at the way that came out.

Hara look at him and said " me me me" she look in surprise because no one ever ask her for anything because she was quite the loner

"Yeah, you. You've been playing for a year longer than Viktor, so why not? The rest of the band can help you." He shrugs. "Unless you don't want to."

" oh i want to and who is Victor??" Hara giggle a little then she walked away then said " i will see you around......9ish"

"Viktor's our ex-guitarist. And my ex-boyfriend." He nods. "Yup. You want me to come get you, or you wanna just meet us there?" Cadence yawns after he's done speaking.

OH ok ill see you later, then she poked him and laughed

Cadence nods and heads back to his room, texting quickly. At the correct time he heads back over and knocks carefully, humming to himself as he does.

Hara felt very weird saying yes to a guy who she just met. Hari felt an merge to go and knock on his door but all she did is just sit there and stair and mumble to herself

Cadence knocks again, not sure if she heard him. At the same moment, his phone goes off, playing a loud metal song. He flips it open and texts quickly.
