In Blood We Trust



Fearmist is home to the Grimhell family, a coven of vampyres that have been around for centuries. The oldest amoung them is 3,000 year old Rosalind Grimhell. They regard her as their leader as the word 'Queen' has been long lost. She has finally made their home here in new york city. She bought a rather large club in the undergrounds of the city, hoping to blend in with the everchanging culture. Her family runs the club...however Rosalind chooses not to be seen in the main rooms. She hates goths, emos or anyone posing to be a vampyre (which is funny because those are the types that come to visit Fearmist) Will her plan of running a vampyre club and blending in be a success? Or will hardship befall the Grimhell clan?

bio: He was the third vampyre created and vividly remembers his human life as the prince of ancient egypt. He was the cause of the darkmist wars and claimed many victims during the war. Some believe he made the queen but he denies these controversial claims. He has a sadistic sense of humor and enjoys watching humans experiencing harsh pain. He is a somewhat cruel ruler and never really follows the vampyre law.

Bio: though one of the younger vamps, she takes the rules seriously and is usually the one telling the other young ones that what they are doing is against the vampyre law. She escaped from a mental institution when she was 19 and found Rosalind, Rosalind feeling sorry for the girl changed her.

bio: He is a truly vile vampire. He victimizes young children and is often mistaken for a vampyre. He was the boyfriend of one of King Xander's "Blood Whores" and got changed because he tried to defend his girlfriend.

Rosalind Grimhell stood in the hall, watching the humans entering her vampyre club known as fearmist. She let their scent run through her nostrils taking in the sweet intoxication that came with their scent of blood. She smiled letting her tongue run along her top lip in anticipation. 'foolish mundanes' she grinned exposing her perfect pearly fangs. She hadn't fed in quite some time, tonight was her night. Of course she wouldn't be enticing any human, she would have one of the other members of her clan do it for her. She continued to watch as all matter of goths, emos and vampire posers walked through the doors. Her smile turned to a grimace at the sight of them. 'Complete idiots' she hissed within her thoughts.

Kraven Walked Down the Street, followed by a goth looking Girl "Are you Sure this is the place?"He Asked, and the girl nodded her head. He then smiled and faced her "You have done a Great Service to me, here is your Reward " He said, then he looked like he was leaning in to kiss her, but instead bit down on her neck and Drank her Dry. After Feasting, He walked into the club, keeping his face hidden. He wanted to make this a Surprise for his Foster mother, but in a club like this it would be near impossible.

Rosalind felt a small breeze pass through Fearmist as a particular member of the Grimhell clan entered, Kraven the crowned prince had returned them. Not wanting to have to interact with the humans in the club she sent a telepathic message to her 'son'. to him she said 'come over here! i have not seen you in so long, how dare you stay away so long' though she seemed to be chiding him in truth she was not. She was merely joking with him. She stretched out her arms, awaiting his embrace.

"Damn this Overflowing club, I wanted to Surprise you" he said then he embraced his mother "Mom.....its been so long" He smiled at her "We have much to talk about, And much to share, Also dont think I didnt bring you anything from my Travels"he said, grinning, then he looked at the clubbers in Fearmist and Frowned "What is with all the Posers?"

Cassie pulled up to the club and let her friends get out while she went to go find a parking place. After finding one she walked back to the doors, her friends had already went in but that didn't bother her. She tucked a piece of her hair behinde her ear and walked in, to her she didn't seem to fit it with the crowd. She walked threw the crowd until she found a table then sat down she wasn't going to drink she was just here for her friends.

Rosalind laughed. "Did you not realize that Fearmist manor is now Club fearmist. One of the most prestigious vampyre/goth clubs in all of new york city." her red eyes danced beautifully as she smiled with mirth upon seeing her travelling prince. "How long has it been? Where have you spent all of your time?" she questioned, keeping her voice low as to not alert any of the humans nearby.

Raven had just finished dressing when she heard the guests begin the arrive. She tucked a strand of red hair behind her ear before walking out into the 'club' part of fearmist. Most of the people were unappealing to her, the usual goth/ emo scene. She was already tired of the club life, she was scanning the room when a girl not at all dressed like a 'vampire' caught her eye. It indeed was Cassie. Raven walked over to the humans table and sat down. She fixed her black corset top as she did so. "You look quite uncomfortable here." she smiled, her white fangs showing.

Cassie looked over at the girl and said "Yea, well being in places like this isn't really me", she looked back out at the dance floor and then said "You look like you belong here." She smiled at the girl then leaned back in the chair she knew that it was going to be a long night, so it was nice to know that some of the people here liked to talk.

Raven laughed musically. "I live here." she said with a seductive wink, her green eyes usually entranced most everyone she tried to seduce. Though right now she wasn't trying to seduce cassie. Only toy with her emotions a little. "Let me guess." she rested her chin on her propped up hand. "You're the designated driver?" another soft angelic laugh passed the beauties lips, her pale skin glowing resentlessly even in the dim light of the gothic club.

"Iv been around the world truth be told.....Never going some place more then once, never staying more then a Year, Iv been from the moutains of Peru, to the Forbbidan Temple in China, to the twilight Catherdral in London. The Sights iv seen have been no short of Wonderus, but I thought that, after 500 years, it was time to come home. So I took the Nearest flight in Spain and came here"

Rosalind smiled softly, her eyes darting behind him. "I think it is time for me to go to the meeting room." she linked her white coated arm with Kravens and led him to an elaborate room, it seemed to be a sort of throne room. She took a seat in one of the larger elaborate looking chairs. The ones next to her were empty, reserved only for the royal Grimhells. "I have very much missed you Kraven." she nodded and began to toy with her white feathered scarf. "I pray you will stay around for a spell?" she lifted her eyed to him before motioning for him to sit next to her. "We've been having problems with rogue vampires." she confessed.

The smile on my face Grew extreamly Wide "Really?!" You notice that my Build is slightly bigger then the last time you saw me. "If you got problems that need fixing, im just the guy to do it" he said, slightly flexing "oh that reminds me...." he reached into his Bag and pulled out a Jade and Emerald Staff "I won this in the Royal Dragon Tournement"

"Oh course you did." Rosalind smiled warmly motioning for him to sit in the throne next to hers. "And yes, quite a few rogues have been bothering us." she sighed smally and reached over to run her hand over the staff. "It is very nice." she commented her red lipsticked lips parting in jealousy.

"Of course it is, anything of yours is nice "He said, laying the staff in her lap and Smiling "I told you I brought the family Gifts that will be gived. The staff is only one of many "He said, then he reached into his bag again, pulling out a box. "These are assorted gems and rings that I found on my Journey, these are the small things I will keep " he explained then sat down next to his mother "Would you like to see them?"

Cassie smiled at the girl and said "I couldn't stand living here it seems dark but then again I guess that it for the crowd it draws." When the girl guessed why she was her she smiled again saying "Yup, I'm not really a drinker but my friends told me that I should come out for the night." She looked around the dance floor to see if she could see any of her friends but it was hard with all the lighting.

Rosalind smiled and held the staff. "Its beauty is matched only by my vain heart." she clicked it once on the ground observing it, before putting it carefully back on her lap. "And of course I would love to see your treasures." she was happy but seemed a little tired, and sluggish. "Please excuse my composure Kraven, I have not fed in quite some time..." she trailed off and watched him take the top off his box.

Raven laughed. "It seems they ditched you." she nudged Cassies side with her elbow softly as to not hurt her. "It doesn't seem like you'd be friends with a bunch of vampire posers." she rolled her eyes playfully. "Come on, I'll get you a drink." she offered. "plllllease? my treat." Raven thought cassie seemed very interesting, and wasn't about to give up the only non goth company she'd ever had. 'just don't think about how shes filled with blood' she thought with a smile.

Lala stood outside of Club Fearmist, evaluating it. There seemed to be way too many vampire wannabes and goths in here. It made her wonder why humans thought of vampires like...that. Lala had come home from a recent trip to Paris...and London, and Milan - she had been running around Europe, attending parties and modeling. "Ahh, good to be back..." She entered the doors and squished through a couple of goth groupies trying to act vampire-ish. They made her sick. Oh, whatever. I wonder where mother is...

"I had a Girl lead me here, So I rewarded her by ending her Pitiful life." He said, opening the box, inside were Several Bracelets, Gem stones the Size of a Eyeball, rings the shone like little stars, and a Single Gem clusterd Necklace "These little triffles are pricey Stones, but whats more is that they are one of a kind. The Necklace is called the 'Star of Kazan'. Its going to be Sisters, I found it in our homeland of Romania, So I thought she would like the gift."

Cassie looked at her and smiled saying "No they are here to have a good time and this is me having a good time", when she mentioned vampire posers she laughed a little then said "No one really knows what a vampire really is so they try their best but I never thought that my friends would end as some". When she offered her a drink and then almost begged her she smiled and said "Sure but nothing with achahol".

"She surely will." Rosalind smelled the air. "and speaking of your dear Sister, she is in our club now." Rosalind made her posture more leaderlike and held the staff. It looked like it belonged there, as if she'd always had it. "Lala." she said out loud, knowing her daughter would hear her and be led to the meeting room. "Lala, Kraven and I are in here." She yawned again, her body feeling unhealthy an ill. She would soon need blood but at such an exciting time she didn't want to bother with hunting.

"And you claim to think you know what a vampire really is?" Raven rose her eyebrow at the human girl and snickered a little. "Amuse me why don't you, what do you think it is?" she led them over to the bar and ordered Cassie some exotic soda and for herself, vodka mixed with blood. Naturally at a vampyre club they served blood. No, it wasn't human but animal. Raven didn't like it as much but their leader had refused to give the guests human blood.

"I'm coming, you guys!" Lala gracefully moved around the crowds of dancers and tried not to get hit by the drunken ones. She had heard her foster mother's voice coming from the meeting room, and apparently Kraven was back from his travels the same time she was. What a coincidence. Lala strode down the hallway and walked in the door to the meeting room. Actually - she didn't walk in the door, if she did, she would probably hit her head. She walked in the doorway to the meeting room. Lala threw her arms around her mother in an embrace, and then proceeded to hug her foster brother. "So how were you two?"

Cassie smiled and followed Raven over to the bar and the took the sode and then said "I only know what the stories say, but vampiers don't exist anyways" she paused then said "But the stories say that they have fangs, pale skin, cold to the touch, and drink blood." She didn't believe in vampires to her they were just a myth ment to scare kids. She took a sip of the soda and then said "Oh, my name is Cassie nice to meet you" she smiled and then took another sip.

"Perfectly fine, Here sis "He said as he reached into the Box. He pulled the string of Gems out of the box and laced it around her neck "You are now the owner of the Star of Kazan. its from Romania."

Lala's eyes widened as she touched the neckalace given to her. "Woah." The necklace adorned with many different sparkling jewels and gems, and she could tell that it was unique and no other copy will ever be successfully made. "Star of Kazan, huh? It's so pretty. Thank you so much!"

He Smiled, Glad to have given his sister such beautiful things. Then he searched inside his bag "Mama, you remember that you once told me that you would have loved a Black silk Dress from Paris?"He asked as he pulled out a Garment bag.

"Oui." Risakubd laughed softly and hugged lala. "i do remember telling you such a thing." she looked to the door, Sensing the king was near but he didn't materialize by her side yet so she guessed he was iff causing trouble. "sorry your father isn't here." she apologized and eyed Kraven suspiciously. "WHAT is that?" a light smile crossed her lips.

Raven smiled. "pleasure. though i think you are rather close minded not to believe in vampires." she led cassie back to the table and sat down. "i bet i can change your mind."
