She entertains people with the music she creates. I think music is art, so if one makes music, one is an artist.

So, yes. She is an artist in everything she does, be it style or music, or even her word choice. I think people overlook how their peer's vocabulary and diction. But, most of the world must like her since she is selling millions of records and such.

Yes, she writes her own music and knows how to play an instrument. She's definitely also a great entertainer. With the crazy get-ups and awesome performances, I think it'd be hard to argue that she isn't an entertainer. :heart:

Of course she is. She definitely entertains people with her crazy antics. And music is art in it's own way, so, all musicians are artists, even if not everyone likes their music. I know I like her music and her entertainment. XD

Like everyone else here has said, she's definitely an entertainer and an artist.

I mean, her performances of those like no other. Very theatrical and dramatic. She's definitely a different type of artist in the sense that her music is very inspiring because of her symbolic nature. Her lyrics are very meaningful, but entertaining as well as some of her outfits. The meat dress/bikini was actually a symbol for standing up for your own rights or being satisfied with as much rights as "the meat on your bones."

Really, I think she's more than an entertainer.

She's okay for what she is. There's only a couple songs I like from her, not big on her voice or the way she takes things over the top. I like her work with Beyonce, I hope they do more projects together. I absolutely adored her remix of Love Game with Marilyn Manson. I hope they make an original song together one day. Hated the original Love Game song, though. c.c It made me want to gauge her eyes out. All in all, though, she's not too bad.

Gaga is my idol, and my world. I love her and she is my idol. She provides us all with security of being unique. She is an entertainer on every level, She owns the music industry and has taken it for its highest ride ever. Like her or not, You know you can't stop talking about her. Little Monsters will live forever, Keeping gaga alive for eternity!!

I believe Lady Gaga is both and artist and an entertainer. Music is her art and so is all those outrageous outfits she wears. She never ceases to surprise us with what she'll do or what she'll wear next, so it's completely entertaining. Although her meat dress was a bit creepy...The world and especially the entertainment/performing industry needs more people like her who aren't afraid to be themselves and stand out. In all honesty it's completely refreshing. I'm proud to say I'm one of Gaga's Little Monsters.

She's definitely an entertainer. I mean even the people who don't like her tend to have a definite opinion on her, so she makes a big impact. I only like a few of her songs as a lot of her stuff is aimed at people who are a lot younger I think, but I like how she takes all the publicity about her and uses it to her own benefit. Like the silly rumours about her being a man, and whatever it was that she had up her very short skirt at Glastonbury that everyone screamed was a dick :lol: I laughed a whole lot about that as it was so clear that she was simply playing up to the stories there.

I actually love Gaga. She is definately completely crazy but I love her.....the meat dress was totally gross though. (cora is vegetarian)

I don't like her music all too much but her goal was to make it big as an entertainer and to do more of a performance then a concert. She defiantly does that. Even though I do not like her music, I still find her performances entertaining. It would be pretty hard to deny she can't entertain because she can put on one heck of a show.

She has fans and entertains people so yeah she's an entertainer. I myself do not really like her but that's a matter of taste and I tend to dislike pop music in general.

Lady Gaga is definately an entertainer, and I would call her an artist in an avante garde sense. I'm just not a huge fan of pop-dance music, so I only like a couple of Gaga's songs anyway. Her artistic side just seems to be more about her fashion choices and antics rather than the music. Not going to deny that there is an art to being an entertainer.

I love her <3 She's amazing.Her songs are brilliant and they are quite meaningful to me.Also her outfits are a little crazy but then again we all have our own style right?

I think Yes she is ... Lady gaga everything she does is an art pieces that works all together to form what she calls the "house of Gaga" I think my self she is the Andy Warhol of pop music.

Oh my gaga!! This has nothing to do with the question, BUT I GOT GAGA MONSTER BALL TICKETS!! It will be my first Monster Ball!! Mwahs to my mother for getting me tickets!! I have been so excited!! Sure she is. I just don't think she's a very good one, or anywhere near as revolutionary as some people claim.

i just find it weird, that when christina got half nekkid in her "dirty" vid, everyone went all crazy, and saying its
innapropriat and such. now when lady gaga does it its no big deal, and she wears less in some vids then what christina wore. and does pretty vulgar things. but i guess cuz she isnt singing about getting dirty and crap, so its gotta be "artsy fartsy"

Sorry to inform you, Well not really, But everyone got angry because "Not Myself Tonight" Was clearly a "Bad Romance" Copy... goes down to set, background drops, clothing, dance moves, and scenes.

I'm not that big a fan of her music but she is definitely an entertainer. Some of her songs are really catchy but there are also some that I don't really like that much, but that's just my own opinion.
