Jayden walked along the street. Though he could not shake the feeling of someone watching him. Headphones were around his neck as the silent beat played through the earphones. He stopped in front of a bush, taking in a breath of crisp air.

Liz jumped out of the bush and grabbed Jayden and said "hello there" She smiled sweetly--she was overcome by a strange but powerfull feeling and released Jayden. She stared at him confused

Jayden turned to the girl who had grabbed him. He could see something strange about her. "What do you want?" He asked rather coldly. Then again, she had grabbed him for no real reason.

"i....uh...um..i mean...sorry" Liz was dissapointed in herself for not just drinking his blood and getting it over with! For some reasen she didnt want to KILL him she wanted to KISS him!! What was wrong with her?!

Saya couldn't beleive the sene that unfolded before her but then again she could she was used to seeing Vampires fall in love with a human once in a while it even happened to her "look where that got you." she thought as she dissapeared into the night.

As Liz heald this beauttiful human in her hands she thought what would happen if she had himjoin her. She didnt want to just let her ex prey go!

As Saya was walking down the street she dicided to turn around and run back as she did she was the vampire leaning over her victim. she ran tword them "STOP! DON'T DO IT!" she yelled.

Midnight stepped out of the party she had been attending that night. All her old friends....very old friends...of corse if you were a vampire old was alot older than a human would think. She personally had been around since the new world had been found. All her friends she had met along the way were at this party. They wore their old gowns from balls way back when and danced as they would have so many years ago. She walked along the street looking around smelling human blood. She didn't expect anyone to be out. She moved faster when she heard talking and found herself looking at three people. One was a vampire, one was a human. The other was the one who had screamed. Midnight wasn't sure if she was human or not. "What's going on here?" She asked her voice was loud and full of athority. No matter how old a vampire was when they changed it tended to be the younger ones who were really older and knew not to be catching victim's in the middle of the street. She walked forward closer the them her dress dragging on the ground and her blond hair blowing out of the neat updo it had been in falling down her back.

Saya looked up at the woman and knew it was another vampire she sighed all she wanted to do was save this human and go home for the night. She new also not to mess with this vampire no matter how old she was "I...I'm Saya Otonashi...I saw what was happening and I...I'm sorry I had to stop it. I can't bear to watch innocent humans being sacrificed for no good reason." she said shifting from one foot to the the next.

Jayden looked down at the girl, cocking an eyebrown. "It's alright Deary." He said, flicking his music off. He noticed a look in her eyes. One that showed she was checking him out. Jayden did notice her fangs right away. Another girl came screaming up to them soon after. Though Jay did not say anything right away. "It is nice to meet you Ms Saya. I am Jayden Hall. How about you my dear?" He said to Elizabeth.

Midnight smiled at Saya. "I'm Midnight Rose and you are a very wise young girl." She said before looking at Elizabeth. "You should not be hunting so out in the open. So many of our kind are just down the street. It is not right to kill when so many other food sorces are around." Finally she looked at Jayden. "What are you doing out at this hour?" Midnight asked she sensed something different about him but didn't know exactly what untill she spoke again. "Hall?" She asked knowing many gifted humans with that last name.

Liz looked puzzled at her ex victum and let him go "b-b-but...you...they" she desided to give up trying to ask questions. "Im Elizabeth...but you can call me Liz" She couldnt shake a feeling about Jayden... a feeling that she couldnt understand, couldnt explain.

"Elizabeth are you ok? You seem confused about something." Midnight said walking over next to her and whispering so only she could hear. "He is gifted, don't be fooled he is almost as strong as us." She wasn't really sure what the young vampire was thinking but knew she was confused over something with Jayden.

Liz shook her head to attempt to clear her mind and sat down on the curb."I-I-i'm fine...he...." Liz burried her face in her hands and couldnt believe that she had fallen, fallen HARD, for a HUMAN!!!

Saya looked between the vampires she then turned to the boy "May I walk you home I just don't think its safe out here any more." she said as she looked around.

Midnight let out a small laugh. "Well, maybe I should be the one walking you both home. If you're with a vampire no one will bother you, and I swear I won't kill either of you." She smiled at them both. "Elizabeth could come too, it'd be even safer. Right Liz?"

Saya sigh she was annoyed that a vampire wanted to help walk her home when half the vamps already know who she is as thoughts and memories crossed her mind. She sighed in annoyance but nodded all the same she didn't want anyone noticeing what she was.

Midnight wondered why the girl seemed so annoyed. "Um..I was just offering to be nice, you don't have to accept you know." She said deciding that Saya obviously didn't want help. Well it was her loss.

"I'm sorry but its hard for some one to treat me this way...what I meant to say was no has treated me with care in so long...its just not natrual for me." she said stoping the vampire. Saya looked sadly down at her self this woman reminded herself of her mother before...she shook her head and turned to see a group of vampires comeing their way "Oh carp!"

Midnight looked up to see the group of vampired coming their way. "They were at the party I just went to." She said frowning slightly. Most of them looked stuck up and she wouldn't be suprised if they tried to attacked although she hoped they didn't. "I have a bad feeling about this." She mumbled looking at the two humans and her fellow vampire.

Saya sigh and mummbled under her breath "Wish I didn't have to use it but it worse comes to worse then I'll use it." she said as she took out a black glove a slipped it on her right hand "Here goes every thing" she thought.

Liz still looking at the boy sighed and turned to the group of vampires heading her way. All this had set her back way behind schedual and she was still starving. "should i walk him home?" Liz pleaded trying to use her powers...she didn't want to use them but she wanted to stay with Jayden! She at least wanted to tell him good bye!!

"We can all walk together once these vampires are gone." Midnight watched the incoming group, wondering what they wanted. She glanced back at Saya wondering what she was doing.

Saya knew this girl was useing some kind of power over her and she had a hard time fighting it "Quickly get him out of here and if I smell his blood I'm comeing after you." she said as one vampire made a move. she summond her anti-vampire sword from her glove and blocked the vampire "GO!" she yelled.
