In the year of the 50th century the earth has become overpopulated. People are abundant and the earth has formed together as one united empire. Many animals have gone extinct. In fact the only animals left are for people to eat. They become processed food for people to eat. These resources are in danger of being fully depleted. In an attempt to help the humans get past the meager space on earth a new space station is being built. One that can travel past our galaxy and find an inhabitable planet. The problem with this is that the building of it is running behind in time. They need to figure out a way to speed it up. If "Pegasus" does not complete by the deadline they have set then the entire earth is in danger of collapsing. They have found that regular work is not doing what they need. They need the help of the "Talents."

The world has evolved well so has the people. There are many different kinds of people on the earth now. Each type has his/her own rank and part in this society. The earth itself is no longer called earth but it is know as "camaraderie" which is togetherness. Languages are diverse throughout but instead of each society having its own language each rank or creed of people has there own language.

Talents- People who have a special power. People whose minds have developed past the norm. These people get a special rank above all else because they are most useful. Although talents are known as blights on humanity by some the majority of people understand that they are very useful.

Norms- Normal people who have found a place high up in society. They have jobs such as diplomats and govenors. They possess a great spirit and the majority do not care for the talents as they are the ones who achieve greatness only in mind while the norms have achieved greatness through generations of well chosen mates.

Hovels- Poor people who are living in special commodities made for people who are blights upon society. Everyone gets a certain amount of food and clothing when needed but these people are on the lowest rung of society.

Laws of the planet

1) Talents must mate with other talents in hopes of producing children with the same talents they have. The higher the talent the better chance of having a talented child. No class must interbreed.

2) Only two registered children per Hovel. Once a person has sired two children they are fixed in a way whether that be castration or tube tying. It is a painless operation that should help eliminate the unwanted of society.

3) Any unregistered person is to be taken immediatly to the high office to be registered and then used as a slave until they are used up. From then they must be exterminated.

4) Once you reach the age of fifty as long as you are not a talent you are to be exterminated so as not to be a blight upon society.

5) After graduation from school at the age of ten a child is to be employed as his talents best fit him. If a child under the age of 12 is injured in any sort of way they must be sent to the hospital to live. There they will undergo treatment and after the treatment is fulfilled they may return home but must immediatly seek employment.

6) Anyone unemployed for longer than 60 days will be exterminated.

7) If for some reason you are terminated from a job you will have 30 days to seek another. If you do not find one you shall be terminated.

8) In order to fully cope with people anyone who does not show up for yearly checkups or does not recieve medical vacinations that the high office sees fit will be terminated.

9) If you are caught breaking these rules you shall be terminated or sold into slavery.

10) Once a person is born an ID bracelet will be given to them. This is permanant and can never be removed. It is a way for the high office to keep track of everyone on the planet.

Talents and there specialties

There are many talents that have been exposed through registration of people. All talents have one inate ability. They can all communicate via thought. Many talents have to learn how to control there thoughts so that they can talk thought instead of shout thought. Because of super keen hearing and mental capacity..talents have to sleep in special quarters. In these quarters the rooms are super soundproof. A small noise can cause them severe discomfort. They sleep on special netting that tracks there minds as they sleep in order to keep invaders out. Some talents use their abilitys for good while others use them for evil. Terrorist talents are the most dangerous. Among these talents listed in order of importance are these:

Telekenesis- The ability to control and manipulate objects often in ways not visable to the human eye. This ability is a very useful ability. Often it is used for building things including delicate small items that are easily broken. These talents usually end up working in factorys helping manufacture important items. They have to have a work day of only six hours as this can wear them out and leave them with bad headaches. Telekenetic talents often have to rest for several weeks to recover from a hard day of work. Their main weakness is the fact that lifting an object drains their minds of its mental capacity. If they over exert themselves then they may wind up in the hospital.

Manipulation- The ability to create things out of different objects. These talents can create fire from air and flowers from water. They can use a certain type of element to their own control and personal usage. Each person can only control one type of element. Fire. air. water. or earth. Their main weakness is that each of these elements is in short supply. Each talent usually has an item that they can use to manipulate : ex: fire talent would have a lighter on him at all times. A earth element would have a bag of dirt..........ect ect..........

Creation- These talents can create things with their thoughts. They need only think something for it to be true. The main weakness is that they must have actually seen this object in real life in order to use this ability. They can not create extinct animals because they saw it on a movie. They must actually see this object in real life and for most actually have touched it.

Finder- The ability to find a lost item or even person. All they must do is see the item in some form or have an object that that person had at one point in time. The sooner the person had it the easier for the finder to locate it. The thing is the finder can only see an image or hear sounds. So its all based on knowing where the location is. A finders only weakness is extreme connections to the person they are locating. IF the person is distraught the finder will become the same. If a person is sad the finder will also feel this way. ect.ect
