I'm new to Menewsha, but I'm certainly not new to Roleplaying.

My name is Xera and I'm currently a college student. This means that yes, I will be busy at times. But this is not to say that I can't put in a few posts every day or every couple of days.

Now, as far as rules go, here they are:

1. Please be semi-literate! I don't expect you to write a novel for every post... but I do enjoy some meat with my potatoes, thank you. I prefer quality over quantity. And I just want to have fun! Having to write out drawn-out scenes can be quite tedious at time.

2. NO god modding! I've had this happen to me... where we would have a scene and then suddenly, my character is whisked off somewhere else! It's annoying, I hate it and I will bite your legs off if you do it to me.

3. No Yaoi, Yuri, or Incest. I have nothing against people who enjoy these types of roleplays, but I am not fond of doing them. This is not to say I won't play a male character. Doubling is your friend!! Just know that my main character of choice will be female regardless.

4. Fade to Black, please! Romance is a must for me. It makes things interesting and more enjoyable to me if there is a love interest, but please... if things get steamy, just close the curtains, will ya?

5. Don't abandon me! This is not to say I haven't done it before... and I'm very regretful of doing it. :( But I do not enjoy when someone just leaves. Tell me if you aren't enjoying the story and we can start something else!!

6. Double up, please!! Look to Rule 3 for more info.

Hello. I'd be interested in playing with you. I don't mind doubling up on characters but I do prefer to roleplay on a private thread. It's just so much easier for me to keep track of the past story.

I would like to try a Pern or Avatar rp or even a steampunk rp if you have a good idea.

I don't have any ideas on a plot or anything, but I have the world and would love to play in the world.

Sweet. I've read only a few of the books myself.. but the idea of Dragonriders and the whole Impression thing.... plus going between and all that... It's so cool!!

As for a plot... I was thinking either that we start at an Impression where our characters first get their dragons.. or when they're already mature riders. I'm thinking that it's just before the start of a new Threadfall. Pretty basic, I think. I enjoy the idea of female green riders and I would like to try playing a brownrider too for the male character.... You?

I would like to try a greenrider female character and a bluerider for the male character. I like the idea of starting at Impression.

The only problem with starting at Impression is the process of the dragons growing and whatnot... we may need to do a timeskip later in the rp so that the dragons are grown enough to start chewing firestone and whatnot so they can fight thread. But yeah... we can start it at Impression and go from there.

That would be fine. I don't mind time skips.

Lord of the Rings? Somebody say Lord of the Rings? I would love to do an elf rp.

Oh?? Fun fun!! What do you have in mind? I was thinking something during the regular timeline of the stories... just... alternate of the Fellowship's. Or maybe some years before the Fellowship, when the darkness is just stirring.

During the Fellowship sounds cool. I like the idea of my character sneaking off from the elves to join in the fighting....or maybe sometime before the darkness. Ha, the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of being in the middle of the darkness. Elf and human? Or elf and elf?

An rebellious elf leaving the safety of home to fight.... I would rather prefer to be an elf.... so elf and elf I would guess. I can always throw in a human from time to time or whatever. Lemme look through some pics and see what I can make up for a character :) I like making characters on the spot for whatever story I want to do... :3
